CIRCULAR NO. 771 – IMPORTANT FIRE SAFETY NOTICE

Dear Residents,

We regret to inform you that a fire incident occurred early this morning in Tower 12. The fire was triggered by a cigarette butt carelessly thrown from an upper floor, which landed in the balcony area of a flat and ignited the materials kept there. The UPVC door of the balcony and some wooden panels were damaged in the fire. Fortunately, the residents of the affected flat acted swiftly by using water to douse the flames before the situation escalated.

 

This incident serves as a serious reminder of the dangers posed by negligence. We strongly urge all residents:

Do not throw cigarette butts, matches, or any flammable materials from your balconies. These can easily fall into another flat and cause a fire.

Be mindful of your surroundings and ensure no fire hazards are left unattended.

We are in the process of identifying the flat from which the cigarette butt may have been thrown. We request that residents, if anyone witnesses such an act, please report it immediately to the Police and the Estate Office. Strict action will be taken against those found responsible.

Mandatory Compliance for Flats with Modifications

It has also come to our attention that some residents have altered, tampered with, or obstructed fire safety systems inside their flats. Such actions endanger not only the occupants of that unit but also the entire community. This is strictly prohibited.

Residents who have carried out such modifications are instructed to restore all fire safety systems to their original condition immediately. Any further compromise of fire safety measures will be treated as a violation of community safety standards and will invite strict action.

We regret to inform you that a fire incident occurred today in Tower 8, caused by a diya left unattended in the puja area of a flat, which led to the fire.

Thankfully, our fire detection and suppression systems operated exactly as designed. The detectors promptly raised an alarm, and when the temperature escalated, the sprinkler system was automatically activated. This immediate response successfully contained and extinguished the fire, preventing it from spreading to other areas. Our emergency response team was promptly on site, assisted in bringing the situation under control, and provided support in cleaning and restoring the affected flat.

This incident serves as a serious reminder of the risks posed by negligence. We strongly advise all residents to:

Place diyas, candles, or any open flames only in safe, non-flammable areas.

Never leave them unattended under any circumstances.

Dear Residents,

This is to bring to everyone’s attention two very serious issues that have been repeatedly reported, despite earlier reminders and advisories. These actions are creating nuisance, safety hazards, and showing disregard for community living norms.

 

Throwing Garbage and Food Items in Lawns

Some residents have been throwing garbage, leftover food, and other waste into the lawns of ground-floor flats. This is absolutely unacceptable. Such behavior:

  • Creates unhygienic and unpleasant conditions.
  • Endangers pets and children who may unknowingly come in contact with or consume such items.
  • Disrespects the privacy and well-being of fellow residents.

This must stop immediately. Throwing anything into another resident’s lawn, balcony will be treated as a deliberate nuisance, and strict action will be taken.

 

Flower Pots on Balcony Ledges

Despite repeated reminders, many residents continue to place flower pots on balcony ledges. This practice is extremely dangerous. Pots can fall at any time due to wind, rain, or accidental movement, putting the lives of residents, especially those on the ground floor and those walking below, at serious risk.

Let it be clearly understood: placing flower pots on balcony ledges is strictly prohibited. Any such violation is a serious safety hazard and will not be tolerated.

 

Final Warning

Both of these issues—throwing waste into lawns and keeping flower pots on ledges—are violations of community safety and discipline. Any future violation will attract strict action as per government bylaws.

We urge all residents to act responsibly and respect the shared values of safe and harmonious living. These rules are not optional—they are necessary for the safety, dignity, and well-being of everyone.

Dear Residents,

In order to improve traffic movement and minimize congestion at Gate 1, the Estate Office will be implementing a trial traffic management system with separate entries for residents and visitors. This has been planned keeping in mind safety, convenience, and faster access for all.

Key Changes Under the Trial Arrangement

RFID-Enabled Vehicles (Residents’ Cars):

A dedicated entry lane will be created exclusively for vehicles with valid RFID stickers.

This lane will allow smooth, contactless entry without delay.

Only vehicles with RFID tags issued by the Estate Office will be permitted to use this lane.

Guest/Visitor Vehicles:

A separate entry lane will be designated for all guest and visitor vehicles.

These vehicles will continue to undergo the necessary security checks before entry.

RFID Sticker Collection – Mandatory for Residents

Residents who have not yet collected their RFID stickers are strongly requested to obtain them from the Estate Office at the earliest. Vehicles without RFID will not be able to use the resident entry lane, which may cause delays and discomfort to others.

Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM 

Trial Period and Feedback

The arrangement will initially be implemented on a trial basis.

If the system proves workable and beneficial, it will be continued permanently.

Residents are encouraged to share their feedback with the Estate Office during this period so that necessary adjustments can be made.

Certain flats could not be inspected as they were locked at the scheduled time.

The Estate Office has received multiple complaints regarding the misuse of the society gym. It has been reported that a few residents are occupying machines, dumbbells, and other equipment for extended periods to conduct group training sessions. When other members request access to those machines or equipment, they are often denied use.

 

Please note that:

  1. Group training, coaching, or any form of commercial activity is strictly prohibited in the gym.
  2. The gym is a common facility meant only for individual fitness and exercise.
  3. No resident is allowed to restrict others from using any machine, weights, or space. All equipment must be shared fairly and used with courtesy.

 

Any resident found conducting or participating in group classes or commercial activities inside the gym will face strict disciplinary action.

We request all residents to kindly cooperate in maintaining the gym as a shared facility for the benefit of everyone.

Despite repeated circulars since 2022 and continued follow-ups by the Estate and Security teams, non-compliance remains an ongoing issue.

MANDATORY ACTIONS:

All flowerpots/planters must be removed from balcony ledges and parapets immediately.

No item should be placed in any position where it could fall and pose a danger to life or property.

CIRCULAR NO. 759 – RESTORATION OF FIRE SAFETY SYSTEMS IN FLATS (TOWER 1 TO 17)

Dear Residents,

We hope you and your family are doing well.

As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain fire safety standards, our technical team recently carried out inspections in Towers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 12A, 14, 15, 16, and 17.

During this process, it was observed that 109 flats had modifications made to the fire safety system.

In some flats, 2–3 reminders have already been sent earlier, yet the required corrections have not been carried out. Additionally, a number of new flats have now been added to this list.

To ensure the safety and effectiveness of the fire protection systems in all units, all residents whose flats are listed are hereby directed to immediately restore the fire safety system to its original state without any further delay.

The updated list of flats is attached to this circular. Residents are reminded that compliance with the original fire safety setup is mandatory in the interest of the entire community.

All residents must dismantle and remove any unauthorized modifications to the fire safety infrastructure in their flats and restore the system to its approved condition within ten (10) days of this Circular, at their sole risk, responsibility, and cost. Our team is available to provide guidance or assistance if required.

 

Non-compliance within the stipulated timeframe will leave us with no option but to escalate the matter to the competent authorities.

As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain fire safety standards, our technical team recently carried out inspections in Towers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 12A, 14, 15, 16, and 17.

 

During this process, 764 flats could not be inspected as they were locked at the scheduled time. To ensure the safety and effectiveness of fire protection systems in every unit, residents of these flats are requested to take the following action:

Circular No. 757: Important Reminder – Recharge Your DG Meter Timely to Avoid Disruption

Dear Residents,

This is a courteous reminder regarding the recharge process for your DG (Diesel Generator) meter, as outlined in previous Circulars. To ensure an uninterrupted power supply, it is essential to maintain a sufficient balance in your DG meter, especially during power outages.

You have two options to recharge your DG meter: either through the Estate Office or via the iSociety App.

To check your DG balance, open the iSociety App, go to the ‘Energy’ tab, and tap the exclamation mark (!) on the right-hand side. A pop-up will appear displaying your DG meter balance, usage details, and other relevant information.

To recharge your DG meter using the iSociety App, return to the main menu and select ‘Accounts’. Scroll down and tap on ‘Pay’. Under ‘Bill Type’, choose ‘Electricity’, then enter the desired recharge amount (for example, ₹1500). Tap on ‘Make Payment,’ and a new page will open. Please review all the details carefully. Once verified, click ‘Proceed to Pay’, select your preferred payment method, and confirm the transaction. Upon successful completion, your DG meter will be recharged automatically.

Dear Residents,

It has come to our notice that some underage teenagers, without valid driving licenses, are using scooters, cars, and other vehicles within the society premises and engaging in rash or unsafe driving. This behavior is strictly prohibited as it poses a serious risk to the safety of all residents, particularly children and pedestrians. Such acts can easily lead to serious mishappenings and endanger lives.

All residents are reminded that they must ensure their children drive only if they hold a valid license, strictly follow traffic rules, and observe the prescribed speed limits within the society.

We request all residents to actively ensure compliance and educate their children on the importance of safe and responsible driving.

In case you observe any incidents of rash or underage driving, please report them immediately to the Uttar Pardesh Police so that prompt action can be taken.

It has been observed that some adults have been using the children’s play area within the society premises. Residents are reminded that the children’s play area is exclusively meant for children, and adults are strictly prohibited from using these facilities. This rule has been established to ensure the safety, enjoyment, and well-being of all children in our community.

All residents are requested to actively ensure that adults can not use the play area designated for children. Any interference with the intended use of the play area compromises the safety of our younger residents and disrupts the environment meant for their recreational activities.

Residents are also requested to report any misuse of the children’s play area by adults to the Estate Office immediately at 9717291592 or 8800190810, so that timely action can be taken.
