Circular No 443 – “Navratri Festival”

Dear Residents,

Navratri is obtained from two Sanskrit words ‘Nava’ means nine, and ‘Ratri’ means night. Navratri is a nine-day long, auspicious festival celebrated all over India. It is culturally dedicated to Goddess Durga, an exemplar of Shakti or cosmic energy.

The Cultural Committee of PRC is organizing the Navratri Festival with enthusiasm from Monday, September 26, 2022, to Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at the Purvanchal Royal City Club House.

Daily Aarti will be held between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m., and daily Bhajan/aarti will be held between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. Apart from that, some devotees may visit the venue to take care of decoration, upkeep, and Akhand Jyoti.

The hall needs to be kept at a minimum light during the night to take care of Akhand Jyoti. Dedicated security manpower (02 No's: -01 male, 01 female) will be deployed 24*7 at the venue and Bhajan/Kirtan, Aarti, and Prasad will be the responsibility of the PRC devotees.

Prasad will be prepared in the Club Kitchen if required and distribution can be done by a few devotees nominated by a group of devotees to be executed in an organized and controlled manner to mitigate the risk.

The last date for Navratri to be intimated for prasad etc. would be September 15, 2022. You can contact your tower representative to share any voluntary contributions you would like to make (this is in response to a request from some devotees to contribute to Prashad).

It's time to step up the festive vibes with a live Dandiya/Garba dance party. The PRC Cultural Committee will organize a Dandiya/Garba Night at the Purvanchal Royal City Club House on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, featuring vegetarian food stalls. All PRC residents are welcome to attend.

Circular No 440 – Ganesh Chaturthi

Ganesh Chaturthi, also known as Vinayaka Chaturthi, or Vinayaka Chaviti, is a festival to celebrate the arrival of Lord Ganesha to earth from Kailash Parvat with his mother, Goddess Parvati/Gauri.

The Cultural Committee of PRC is organizing Ganesh Chaturthi with enthusiasm from 31st August 2022 to 2nd September 2022 at the Purvanchal Royal City Club House.

On the day of the festival, the clay idol of Lord Ganesha is placed in the clubhouse in decorated tents for people to view and pay their homage. Invoking life into the idols while mantras are chanted. This celebration aims to raise awareness among the children about their traditional customs. The way to celebrate them is to have them commemorated as World Senior Citizen Day. The day aims to appreciate our seniors for their contributions and dedication to building this world we live in. Residents are hereby advised not to keep flower pots, water pots, etc. on the balcony ledge as it may cause serious accidents and could be life-threatening if they fall. as it is dangerous and may cause major accidents. For this, we have mentioned that we will not be responsible and the flat owner will be held responsible for the same, and all legal actions will be taken against that family who has placed their pots on ledges. 

Hence, we again request that all the residents don't place their plants on ledges.

The Sanitization Process through Sodium Hypochlorite is sprayed in all towers, lifts, lobby areas of each floor, railing and staircase, residence main doors, main gate & guard room, and common areas, etc. every day, likely to be touched by a resident to be cleaned for maintaining the highest level of sanitation and hygiene.

The fumigation treatment around the Royal City Residential Complex will be done daily between 6.30 PM to 7.30 PM.

Circular No 436 –Caution PRC: Segregate Waste in These 4 Categories, No More Collection of Mixed Waste from Homes

Dear Residents,

We hope this letter finds you well and in good health. 

Further to our circular for non-segregated waste, please note that we will not collect non-segregated waste from any house.

To tackle the problem of waste management, the Greater Noida Authority cautioned residents to strictly segregate the waste in their homes because personnel engaged in its door-to-door collection will not collect mixed garbage. The administrative body appealed to the residents to segregate waste into four categories: dry, wet, sanitary, and hazardous.

Taking the Swachhta Mission a notch higher in Greater Noida Segregation of waste into the desired categories has been made mandatory. If the waste is not segregated in your household, it won’t be collected. We need to work together to ensure a green and healthy environment for our families. Our residents will participate in the drive with the same enthusiasm as we did at the beginning of the year.

We appealed to the residents to segregate waste into four categories: dry waste, wet waste, sanitary waste, and hazardous waste in different biodegradable garbage bags. It is mandatory as per law and, most importantly, it is our moral responsibility in the interest of the environment.

The garbage will be collected from the house from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. only.

We have installed PET poop garbage bins around the PRC Campus. We request pet owners to utilize these facilities (drop the poop in the bin) to make our society clean and green and to extend your support.

CIRCULAR NO 435– Wheel Lock to tackle wrongful parking

Dear Residents,

We hope this letter finds you well and in good health. 

It is being observed and reported by many residents that wrong-parking in parking slots is continuing. At times, residents find that their parking slot is occupied by somebody else, and even after reporting to security staff, their parking slot is not vacated.

To control this wrong parking menace, if any two-wheeler or four-wheeler is found wrongly parked, a tyre lock would be put on that particular two-wheeler or four-wheeler by the security staff and it would be opened only on payment of Rs 500/-per day in the estate office, as a penalty. The locks won’t allow the vehicle owner to move it from the spot where it has been parked.

We again request you to park your two-wheeler or four-wheeler in your designated parking slots.

Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav

Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav is an initiative of the Government of India to celebrate and commemorate 75 years of independence and the glorious history of its people, culture, and achievements.

This Mahotsav is dedicated to the people of India who have not only been instrumental in bringing India thus far in its evolutionary journey but also hold within them the power and potential to enable Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of activating India 2.0, fuelled by the spirit of Aatmanirbhar Bharat.

The official journey of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav commenced on 12th March 2021 which started a 75-week countdown to our 75th anniversary of independence and will end post a year on 15th August 2023. Following are the five themes of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav.
