Circular No 577 – Important Information Regarding Recharging Your NPCL and DG Meters
Dear Resident,
We trust this letter finds you in good health and spirits. We wish to ensure that you are well informed about the procedure for recharging your NPCL and DG meters, essential for maintaining an uninterrupted electricity supply to your home.
For recharging your DG meter online, you have two options:
iSociety App: Utilize the iSociety app, which offers a user-friendly interface and detailed, step-by-step instructions for recharging your DG meter. Alternatively, you can visit the estate office to recharge your meter.
To initiate the recharge process in the iSociety app, first, navigate to the account section. From there, select the electricity option and tap on the payment tab. Enter the recharge amount, ensuring it is at least Rs. 500, then proceed to make the payment. A new tab will open where you can verify your details and press "Process to Pay." Choose your preferred payment method, and upon successful transaction, your recharge will be completed.
Live Monitoring: With the iSociety app, you gain access to real-time data from your meter. This enables you to monitor electricity usage and track your remaining balance effortlessly.
You can recharge an online platform on the NPCL website.
To recharge your NPCL meter online, please follow these straightforward steps:
Visit the NPCL website: https://iwebapps.noidapower.com:8032/SMeterPPMT/Quick_pay.aspx.
Click on the "Generate New Coupon" option.
Input your consumer number, mobile number, and email address in the designated fields.
An OTP will be sent to your mobile number for validation.
Follow the prompts to select your recharge amount and preferred payment method.
Upon successful payment processing, your NPCL meter will be recharged, and you'll receive a confirmation message via email or SMS. After a successful recharge, you'll receive a recharge code. Enter this code into your display device using the format *12345 123456 12332132 #.
it's crucial to maintain a sufficient balance in your NPCL and DG meters to ensure uninterrupted access to electricity, thereby avoiding any inconvenience due to power outages. Circular No 575 – Re-opening of Swimming Pool - Important Guidelines and Precautions
Dear Residents,

We are pleased to announce that the swimming pool at Purvanchal Royal City will be re-opening on Monday, 15th April 2024. After a period of closure, we understand the anticipation and excitement surrounding the return of this cherished amenity. However, we all must adhere to certain guidelines and precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of every individual utilizing the pool facilities.
Outlined below are the guidelines and precautions that must be strictly followed:
Supervision of Children: Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by their parents or guardians at all times. They should not be left unattended either in or outside the pool area.
Appropriate Attire: Please ensure you wear proper swimming attire and headgear (swim cap) before entering the pool. Swimming in normal clothes is strictly prohibited.
Health Conditions: Individuals with any open cuts, wounds, bandages, injuries, or illnesses such as colds, coughs, fever, skin diseases, or upset stomachs are advised not to enter the pool area. Additionally, those suffering from dermatological diseases or having extended abrasions, blisters, or open wounds should refrain from swimming.
Hygiene Practices: It is mandatory to shower both before and after using the pool. Please refrain from using creams or lotions before entering. Furthermore, utilize the foot basin containing a chlorine solution to disinfect your feet before entering the pool area.
Diaper Usage: Toddlers must wear swim-proof diapers while in the pool. Regular diapers are not suitable for swimming and may cause leakage.
Pool Maintenance: Kindly note that the swimming pool will be closed every Thursday for thorough cleaning and maintenance purposes.
Safety Measures: Avoid bringing food or drinks into the pool area, as it can attract pests and increase bacteria. Furthermore, refrain from engaging in conversation with lifeguards, running around the pool area, or engaging in roughhousing.

Circular No 574 – CHAITRA NAVRATRI FESTIVAL

With great enthusiasm, the PRC Cultural Committee is delighted to announce the upcoming Navratri Festival at the Purvanchal Royal City Club House. The festivities will commence on Tuesday, 9th April 2024, and continue until 17th April 2024. Here are the details:
A designated hall at PRC will host Daily Pooja followed by Aarti during Navratri.
Every day from 10:30 AM and from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, there will be soulful Bhajans and Aarti. Additionally, some devotees may visit the venue to assist with decorations. The responsibility for Bhajan/Kirtan, Aarti, and Prasad during Navratri lies with the PRC devotees.
We've arranged fixtures and furniture, including a Sound System, chairs, and Carpet, all adorned with white bedsheets.
Prasad will be prepared in the Club Kitchen and distributed by a select few devotees, coordinated by the CC Team, to ensure an organized and controlled process.
Please note that the deadline for contributions towards Prasad for Navratri is 05/04/2024. Should you wish to contribute voluntarily, kindly liaise with your tower representative.
On the auspicious day of Ram Navami, which falls on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, we will celebrate Lord Rama's birthday.

As the rainy season approaches, we are writing to inform you about a crucial maintenance initiative that will be taking place in our PRC. In preparation for the anticipated increase in rainfall, we will be conducting drain cleaning and manhole maintenance to ensure the efficient functioning of our drainage system.
The onset of the rainy season brings with it the potential for flooding and waterlogging, especially in areas with inadequate drainage. To mitigate these risks and safeguard our community against potential water-related issues, we must undertake proactive measures to maintain and clear our drains and manholes.
The scheduled maintenance will involve clearing debris, silt, and other obstructions from the drains to prevent blockages and ensure the unimpeded flow of water. Additionally, our team will be inspecting the manholes to identify and address any signs of damage or deterioration that could compromise the integrity of our drainage infrastructure.
To facilitate this essential maintenance work, we kindly request your cooperation during the following period:
Starting from April 3, 2024, and continuing onwards, there will be maintenance work scheduled from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
During this time, there may be temporary disruptions in certain areas of the community where drain cleaning and manhole maintenance are taking place. We also appreciate the suggestions by the flat owners gave regarding the improvement in maintenance services and we are sincerely thankful for your valuable suggestions. Due to your cooperation, we are amongst the top well-maintained group housing complexes in Noida & Greater Noida. We are confident that this gesture of co-operation will continue in future too.
As we move into the current period, we want to remind you that maintenance charges are now due. At our company, we prioritize providing exceptional maintenance services while ensuring transparency and fairness in our maintenance charges. In line with this commitment, we are pleased to inform you that our Management has decided not to make any increase in maintenance charges for this period also totalling 3.70 paise Per Sqft. per month. We believe in fostering trust and value in our relationships with our clients, and this decision reflects our dedication to maintaining affordability without compromising on quality service delivery.
According to the agreement outlined by the allottees of Tower 1, 2, 3, 4, 16, 17, and 1-BHK Flats of Tower 18, maintenance charges totaling Rs 4.10 paisa per sqft per month and Rs 5.00 per sqft per month for 1-BHK flats in total were initially set. However, we are delighted to announce that our Management has decided to reduce this amount to Rs 3.70 per sqft. per month. The detailed sheet for category-wise maintenance charges to be paid by the flat owners is attached as “Annexure-A”. Therefore, it is requested to arrange to deposit the maintenance charges as per the category of your flat mentioned in the attached “Annexure-A” on or before 10.04.2024.
Your cooperation is solicited for timely payment. No separate reminders will be sent to you, please ensure sufficient balance in your Bank Account on the dates mentioned in your cheques. If you are opting for the quarterly option the dates of the cheques should be 10.04.2024, 10.07.2024, 10.10.2024 & 10.01.2025 and all these four cheques should be handed over at our estate office on or before 10.04.2024.
If you opt for the quarterly option and make an online payment, the payment should be received on or before the due dates as mentioned above. In case of default in the payment, the following penalty schedule will be applicable:

We hope this message finds you in good health and high spirits. The PRC Cultural Committee is thrilled to announce the celebration of the Holi Festival in our complex. We are preparing for an event filled with joy and camaraderie, and we extend a heartfelt invitation to all residents to join in the festivities. Below is the schedule for the event:
24th March 2024: Holika Dahan - 8:00 PM onwards at the main gate.
25th March 2024: Rangwali Holi - 9:00 am onwards at the parking area between tower 11 and the main gate with DJ, Food Stall & water sprinkler system. DJ Will be Available between 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Only.
Security Measures: To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all residents, we have implemented the following security measures:
Play Holi only in the designated area near gate no 2. No Holi colors will be allowed in any blocks, staircase, clubhouse, swimming pool, or fountains area. Please keep the common areas and walls free of color.
Please be informed that on Wednesday, the 25th of March 2024, gates 2 and 3 will be temporarily closed from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM as part of enhanced security measures for the Holi festival. However, gate 1 will remain accessible exclusively to residents.
No Guests will be allowed to enter Purvanchal Royal City during this time. In case of necessity, guests will be allowed after approval on the intercom, and only after the owner or tenant escorts them at the gate.
Laborers such as car painters, interior workers, car cleaners, and dhobis will not be allowed to enter the Purvanchal Royal City complex during the Holi festival on 25th March 2024. No private jobs will be allowed on the occasion of Holi.
Please inform the main gate security if any unidentified/suspicious person is moving into the complex. No visitor cars without a sticker will be allowed inside the campus on the occasion of Holi.
On the occasion of Holi, the Purvanchal Estate office and Club House will remain closed on the 25th & 26th of March 2024. Fire system checking is a precautionary measure aimed at ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our fire safety infrastructure. This routine inspection is essential to identify potential issues, ensure the proper functioning of fire prevention and detection equipment, and promptly address any concerns.
Our dedicated team of professionals who specialize in fire safety systems will conduct the inspection. They will visit your residence from 18-03-2024, between 9:00 to 5:00. The checking process typically takes no longer than 15 Minutes per flat, depending on the size and complexity of the unit.
During the fire system checking, our team will:
Inspect the fire Sprinkler system inside your flat.
inspect smoke detectors and fire alarms to verify their functionality.
Verify the integrity of fire hoses, and other firefighting equipment on your floor.
Provide residents with general fire safety tips and recommendations, if required.

Hope you are well and keeping safe.
We greatly appreciate your continued support and commitment to the upkeep and maintenance of Purvanchal Royal City. As you know, timely payment of maintenance charges is essential for the smooth functioning and preservation of the facilities and services provided to all residents. 
The collected maintenance charges play a vital role in covering the expenses related to essential services, repairs, maintenance personnel, common area upkeep, security provisions, and other necessary amenities that contribute to all residents' overall well-being and quality of life. 
It has been observed that a few of the residents have not been paying their Maintenance regularly which is causing issues and R. R. Management Consultants Pvt Ltd has been paying the penalties due to the delay.
We request all residents pay their dues on priority, failing to do so we would not be able to support the maintenance. The deadline for outstanding maintenance charges is March 23, 2024. After this date, a list of residents who have not yet paid will be posted on the notice board for reference.

Following extensive market research and analysis, we have observed a significant increase in current rental rates in our area. This upward trend is primarily driven by factors such as inflation, housing demand, and escalating property maintenance costs. In response to these trends, we have re-evaluated our rental pricing strategy to maintain fairness and competitiveness for all residents.
To ensure transparency and consistency across all rental transactions, we have established recommended minimum rental amounts for semi-finished flats in various categories:
Rent for a semi-finished apartment in the B1 category is ₹32,000 per month
Rent for a semi-finished apartment in the A3 category is ₹35,000 per month
Rent for a semi-finished apartment in the A2 category is ₹55,000 per month

Circular no 563 – submission of renewed Lease/Rent Deed/Agreement 
Dear Residents,

Upon examination of the lease agreements of tenants in this complex, it has come to our attention that, in certain cases, the expiration date of their lease agreements has passed. In such circumstances, impacted renters are considered to be illegally present.
While lease agreements may have been renewed, copies have not been submitted to the estate office. All affected owners/tenants are requested to double-check the lease agreement dates of their tenants. If the date has already passed and the tenants still reside there, the leases should be renewed promptly, and copies should be provided to the estate office to update their records. Those who have already renewed their lease agreements but have not yet submitted a copy to the estate office are urged to do so by March 10, 2024.
Failure to comply will result in the Estate Office of PRC being compelled to cease all services, including access to the iSociety app and club entry, related to the specified flat. Furthermore, the estate office will notify the concerned police station that the said flat is being occupied by individuals for whom no details are available with the estate office. In case of any security concerns raised by the police stations, you alone will be solely responsible for all the consequences arising from such situations.

After careful deliberation and planning, we are delighted to announce the merger of Purvanchal Royal City with Phase 2. Henceforth, the entire complex will be referred to simply as Purvanchal Royal City. This consolidation aims to streamline services and facilities for the benefit of all residents.
In line with this merger, we are pleased to inform you that all three entry gates will be operational from 07 March 2024, ensuring improved accessibility and security for everyone. Here are the details regarding the use of each gate:
Gate No. 1 (Near Tower 17):
Exclusive access to residents and their guests, as well as to essential service providers such as maids, servants, laundry workers, car cleaners, tutors, and delivery personnel. Additionally, property dealers and cab services are permitted entry.
Gate No. 2 (Near Tower 10):
Exclusive access to residents and their guests, drivers, milkmen, and a range of vendors including mechanics, carpenters, painters, electricians, cab services, and AC technicians.
Gate No. 3 (Near Tower 4):
Accessible to residents, Cab services, and maids, servants only.
We are currently in the process of implementing RFID technology, which involves installing new boom barriers. After completion, gate number 1 will offer exclusive entry with RFID access. Additionally, there will be a separate lane designated for guests.
We have implemented stringent security measures at all entry points to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone in Purvanchal Royal City. We kindly request your cooperation with our security personnel to facilitate a smooth and secure entry process.
