Evening Session: 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Purvanchal Projects is proud to continue the “WE CARE” initiative for our residents. As part of this initiative, we are pleased to announce a blood donation camp in collaboration with the Government Institute of Medical Science (GIMS) and the Red Cross Society, which will contribute to Healthy Living.

The blood donation camp will be organized on 09th June 2024 with a team of 4 doctors and 5 nurses from GIMS and the Red Cross Society. The camp will be held at Club Royale from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Interested participants are requested to register their names at the estate office. Please note that participants must be at least 18 years of age. The collected blood will be donated to the district blood bank.

To ensure an effective outcome for the blood donation camp, an awareness drive is proposed on 08th June 2024.

Field Visits: Conduct field visits to provide a better sense of security and confidence, ensuring that our Senior Citizens feel cared for and supported.

Personal Assistance: Offer help with any personal problems that may arise, providing a reliable support system.

Security & Safety Advice: Regularly advise on necessary security and safety measures, tailored to the physical environment and lifestyle of our Senior Citizens.

As we implement this program, we continuously seek ways to enhance and add value to serve our residents better.

Dear Residents,

We hope this letter finds you well. We are writing to address a crucial issue that has recently come to our attention regarding the installation of kitchen sinks in the kitchen lobby and their connection to the rainwater harvesting line.

It has been observed that some residents have connected the waste pipelines of their kitchen sinks with the rainwater harvesting line. This action has unfortunately led to damage to the bore of the rainwater harvesting system. As a result, it has become imperative for us to take immediate action to rectify this situation.

In light of this, we kindly request all residents who have installed their kitchen sinks in the kitchen lobby and connected them to the rainwater harvesting line to relocate them to their original locations within the stipulated time frame of 15 days.

We have already undertaken the necessary steps to re-bore the rainwater harvesting system to ensure its proper functioning. However, to prevent any further damage and ensure the efficient recycling of water, the kitchen sinks must be relocated to their original positions.

We understand the convenience of having the kitchen sink on the balcony however, it is our collective responsibility to maintain the integrity of our rainwater harvesting system. Failure to comply with this request may result in additional maintenance costs for the community.

We sincerely urge all affected residents to cooperate with us in this matter and take prompt action to relocate their kitchen sinks.

With this new feature, only residents with an authorized access control card will be able to use the lifts to reach their respective floors. To facilitate a smooth transition, each resident is required to obtain their personal access control card from the estate office.   2. Use your electric devices efficiently. Turn off any appliances that are not in use and try to minimize the overall electricity consumption.
  3. Please service your kitchen chimney regularly. Since oil residue does not evaporate from the chimney, regular maintenance is essential to prevent kitchen fires.

Following extensive market research and analysis, we have observed a significant increase in current rental rates in our area. This upward trend is primarily driven by factors such as inflation, housing demand, and escalating property maintenance costs. In response to these trends, we have re-evaluated our rental pricing strategy to maintain fairness and competitiveness for all residents.

To ensure transparency and consistency across all rental transactions, we have established recommended minimum rental amounts for semi-finished flats in various categories:

Rent for a semi-finished apartment in the B1 category is ₹35,000 per month

Rent for a semi-finished apartment in the A3 category is ₹40,000 per month

Rent for a semi-finished apartment in the A2 category is ₹60,000 per month

Rent for a semi-finished apartment in the A1 category is ₹75,000 per month

To this end, our professional electricians will be visiting your flats from 06-5-2024 between 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 P.m. to perform a thorough inspection of the electrical connections, specifically the MCB and LCB.

The purpose of this maintenance visit is to ensure that all connections are tightened properly and functioning as they should. It is an essential preventive measure to minimize the risk of electrical hazards and maintain the electrical infrastructure of our building. By conducting regular maintenance activities, we can enhance the safety and reliability of the electrical system, providing you with peace of mind.

During the visit, our experienced electricians will need access to your flat to inspect the MCB and LCB connections. As we approach the upcoming election on April 26, 2024, we wanted to take a moment to reach out to each of you with a message of unity, community, and civic responsibility.

Elections are a cornerstone of our democracy, allowing us to voice our opinions, select our leaders, and shape the future of our community. It is a privilege and a duty that we should not take lightly.

As you may be aware, the Lok Sabha election of 2024 is swiftly approaching, scheduled for April 26th in Gautam Budh Nagar. As previously communicated, Polling Booth No. 640 has been designated at Purvanchal Royal City, specifically at Club Royale. In light of this significant event, we would like to inform you of some operational changes within our PRC.

Kindly note that the clubhouse will be closed on April 26th, 2024, in preparation for and during the election. Additionally, on the 26th of April 2024, access to laborers such as car painters, interior workers, electricians, AC mechanics, etc., will not be permitted into the Purvanchal Royal City complex. Furthermore, both the Purvanchal Estate office and the Club House will remain closed on this day.

On April 26th, let us come together as a community to exercise our right to vote and shape our shared future's direction. We can build a stronger, more vibrant community for ourselves and future generations.

Circular No-578 – submission of renewed Lease/Rent Deed/Agreement.

Dear Residents,

Hope you are keeping safe.

On scrutiny of the lease agreement of tenants, in this complex, it is found in some cases, that the date of their lease agreement, has expired. In such cases, affected tenants are considered as staying illegally.

It may happen that their lease agreements might have been renewed but a copy of the same has not been submitted to the estate office. All affected owners/tenants are requested to kindly check the dates of the lease agreement of their tenants. In case the date has already expired and the tenants are still staying, these should be renewed immediately and copies handed over to the estate office, to update their records. Those who have already renewed their lease agreements but a copy still has not been handed over to the estate office are requested to hand over the copy to the estate office by 15th April 2024.

In the failure of which Estate Office of PRC shall be constrained to stop all services, iSociety app, club entry, etc. concerning the said flat and shall further notify the concerned police station, to the effect that the said flat is being occupied by persons of whom no details are available with estate office. therefore, in the event of any security concerns, as may be raised by the concerned police stations, you alone shall be solely responsible for all the consequences arising therefrom.

Early and prompt action from your side will be highly appreciated.
