Circular No 541– Reminder – floors are required to be cleared at all times

Dear Residents,

We hope this letter finds you well. As part of our ongoing commitment to resident safety, we are writing to inform you about a crucial matter about the fire evacuation system within our community.

Ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents is of utmost importance to us. In the event of a fire emergency, our fire evacuation system must operate efficiently to facilitate a quick and safe evacuation. To achieve this, all residents must cooperate and maintain clear pathways on the floors at all times.

We understand that personal belongings and decorations contribute to the individuality and comfort of your living spaces. However, we must prioritize the safety and well-being of everyone within our community. Clear pathways are essential for quick and unimpeded evacuation, potentially saving lives in emergencies.

Together, we can create a secure and protected environment for all residents. Your commitment to maintaining clear pathways will contribute to the overall safety and well-being of our community. Lift lobbies on all floors are required to be cleared at all times, of cycles, flower pots, etc. as per the requirement of the Fire Department, for quick rescue operation in case of a fire incident. The fire department team keeps coming to inspect this aspect, frequently. They can levy heavy penalties on us if they find anything kept in lift lobbies. You all are requested to remove such items from lift lobbies on all floors.

Therefore, we kindly request your utmost attention to the following guidelines:

• Keep Common areas free from personal belongings, furniture, and any other obstructions that may hinder or delay evacuation.
• Avoid storing items or leaving objects unattended in stairwells, hallways, or emergency exit areas.
• Do not block or obstruct fire doors, emergency exits, or fire extinguishers.
• Exercise caution when placing plants, decorations, or any other items near emergency exits to ensure they do not impede the evacuation routes.

By adhering to these guidelines, you will help us maintain a safe and secure living environment for all residents. Your cooperation is vital in reducing potential hazards and ensuring that our fire evacuation system functions optimally during an emergency.

Circular No 540– Winter Closure of the Swimming Pool

Dear Residents,

We hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. We wanted to inform you about an upcoming change in our PRC amenities. As winter approaches, it's time to prepare for the closure of our swimming pool for the season.

Effective November 6, 2023, the swimming pool will be temporarily closed for the winter season. This seasonal closure is a necessary step to ensure the safety of our residents and the proper maintenance of the pool during the colder months. The pool will remain closed throughout the winter and will be reopened in the next season, allowing everyone to enjoy it once again when the weather is more conducive to outdoor swimming.

During this time, the pool area will undergo routine maintenance and preparations to ensure it is in excellent condition when we reopen in the spring. Our maintenance team will also conduct necessary inspections and repairs to guarantee the pool's safety and functionality.

We understand that the swimming pool is a beloved amenity for many of our residents, and we share your enthusiasm for its use. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all. In the meantime, we encourage you to take advantage of other community amenities and activities, which will continue to be available throughout the winter season.

We will keep you updated on the exact date of the pool's reopening as the next season approaches. Dear Residents,

We hope this letter finds you well. As we approach the festive season, we would like to take a moment to remind everyone about the importance of safety and consideration for our fellow residents in our community.

The use of firecrackers and fireworks, especially within the confines of a residential building or in common areas, poses a significant risk to our safety and well-being. While we understand the joy and excitement that comes with celebrating various occasions, we must also be mindful of the potential hazards these activities can create.

Firecrackers are not only disruptive but can also cause harm, both to individuals and property. They have the potential to start fires, damage structures, and, in some cases, lead to severe injuries. Moreover, the loud noises can be distressing to neighbors and can cause undue stress to senior citizens, young children, Pets, and those with medical conditions.

In light of these concerns, we kindly request all residents to refrain from using firecrackers and fireworks within the flat or tower areas and common spaces of Purvanchal Royal City. It is of utmost importance that we prioritize the safety and comfort of all residents.

Please be aware that using firecrackers in violation of this request not only endangers your fellow residents but also breaches the rules and regulations of our community. In case of continued non-compliance, we may have no option but to report such incidents to the police to ensure the safety and well-being of the PRC.

Dear Residents,

Diwali Fest is a means to let people celebrate the joyous festival of Diwali in the best of spirits and enhance the feeling of harmony and brotherhood in society. We are glad to bring the Purvanchal Royal Diwali Fest, where our residents will be partnering to make this event memorable for all of us.

The entire event will be illuminated with different decorative lights and convey the positive message of Diwali throughout the entire society/event.

In keeping with the festive spirit, we will offer stalls for food, games, toys, arts, crafts, clothing, jewelry, home décor, and more. The little ones will have a play area where they can engage in various activities.

Thank you very much for the cooperation extended by you for maintaining the residential complex of “Purvanchal Royal City”. We also appreciate the regular efforts being made by the flat owners/residents for the improvement of the maintenance services and we are sincerely thankful for their valuable suggestions. It is only due to your co-operation, that we are amongst the top well-maintained group housing complexes in Greater Noida. We are confident that this gesture of your co-operation will continue in future too.

Please refer to our letter dated 29.03.2023 concerning the demand for maintenance charges for the period from 01.04.2023 to 31.03.2024. Kindly make the payment for the 3rd Quarter maintenance charges, covering the period from 01.10.2023 to 31.12.2023, for the maintenance services provided in the residential complex of "Purvanchal Royal City," located at GH-05, Sector-CHI-V, Greater Noida.

All flat owners are requested to make the payment of maintenance charges for the 3rd quarter, starting from 01.10.2023 to 31.12.2023, according to the category of their flat mentioned in the attached "Annexure-A," on or before 10.10.2023.

If you have already made the payment for the maintenance charges online but have not submitted the transaction details, please provide the details so that a receipt can be issued. Kindly ignore this reminder if you have already made the payment.

In case of delay in payment after 10.10.2023, the interest @ 10% per annum shall be charged for the first 30 days, and thereafter, appropriate penalty/action will be imposed against the defaulters in addition to the levy of the interest as mentioned above.

Circular No 534 – Navratri Festival

Dear Residents,

We hope this letter finds you well and in good health.

Navratri is obtained from two Sanskrit words ‘Nava’ means nine, and ‘Ratri’ means night. Navratri is a nine-day-long, auspicious festival celebrated all over India. It is culturally dedicated to Goddess Durga, an exemplar of Shakti or cosmic energy.

The Cultural Committee of PRC is organizing the Navratri Festival with enthusiasm from Sunday, October 15, 2023, to October 23, 2023, at the Purvanchal Royal City Club House.

Daily Bhajan and Aarti will be conducted between 10:00 Am to 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Apart from that, some devotees may visit the venue to take care of decoration, upkeep, and Akhand Jyoti.

The hall needs to be kept at a minimum light during the night to take care of Akhand Jyoti. Dedicated security manpower (02 No's: -01 male, 01 female) will be deployed 24*7 at the venue and Bhajan/Kirtan, Aarti, and Prashad will be the responsibility of the PRC devotees.

Prashad will be prepared in the Club Kitchen and distribution can be done by a few devotees nominated by a group of devotees to be executed in an organized and controlled manner to mitigate the risk.

The last date for Navratri to be intimated for Prasad etc. would be October 10, 2023. You can contact your tower representative to share any voluntary contributions you would like to make (this is in response to a request from some devotees to contribute to Prashad).

It's time to step up the festive vibes with a live Dandiya/Garba dance party. The PRC Cultural Committee will organize a Dandiya/Garba Night at the Purvanchal Royal City Club House on Monday, October 23, 2023, featuring vegetarian food stalls. All PRC residents are welcome to attend.

Circular No 530 – IMPORTANT Notice Regarding PRC Residents Committee Selection 

Dear Residents,

We hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. We are writing to inform you about a crucial update regarding the PRC Residents Committee selection process.

Further to our earlier communication thanks for your overwhelming response on the formation of the PRC Residents Committee.

We have received 72 nominations across the towers except tower no 14 as stated earlier in case of multiple nominations, the draw will be done by draw of lots by the applicants in the presence of the estate office for their respective towers after the form verification. We greatly appreciate your active participation in this important community initiative. 

We understand the significance of the Residents Committee in addressing community concerns and fostering a harmonious living environment. Your involvement in this process is highly appreciated, and we are committed to ensuring a fair and inclusive selection process.
