The said ANPR Cameras setup is equipped with feature which shall automatically track the registration Nos. of all vehicles, which shall be entering/exiting the residential complex. The said system shall also automatically feed the database which shall record all vehicular movement, with any manual intervention. The said facility, as mentioned forgoing, shall be effective and operational w.e.f 28^th February, 2022.

CIRCULAR NO: 372&ndash RE-opening of gymnasium & SPA

Dear Residents,

Greetings of the day!

As the number of active covid cases have become less than 1000 in Gautam Budh Nagar, previously applicable restrictions shall be lifted from 12-02-2022. Restaurants, Gyms, Cinema halls, etc. can now open as per order.

We will be resuming the Gymnasium from 12^th February, 2022. And SPA will Open from 14^th February, 2022.

PRC gymnasiums shall comply with all health-related guideline/SOP/notification issued by the Union/State Government from time to time. Self-monitoring of health by all and reporting any illness at the earliest to state and district helpline.

Spitting should be strictly prohibited, and Installation & use of AarogyaSetu App shall be advised to all.

For air-conditioning/ventilation, the guidelines of CPWD shall be followed which emphasizes that the temperature setting of all air conditioning devices should be in the range of 24°-30°.

Staff residing in the containment zone shall not attend the facility till containment zone is de-notified.

We request that residents who have not got issued Car RFID Tag against their parking slot(s) kindly contact our office and get RFID issued and pasted on their Cars by 20.02.2022 after that no vehicle will be allowed to enter into the premises without Car Stickers & RFID.

We have requested to collected RFID&rsquos and stickers multiple times however due to non-response we are unable to enforce the security governance through technology.

Circular No-368 &ndash Critical Updates

Dear Residents,

Just to keep you updated, the setup of &ldquoMini Theatre&rdquo is almost 85% completed and is going through final installation process and expected to be operational from 15^th March 2022 (subject to no restrictions from Govt authorities due to covid situation). This will be a state of art theatre giving you the comfort of a miniplex within your society.

To give you the background &ldquoMini Theatre&rdquo was not a part of the original plan of PRC however post doing extensive research on how we can create state of art facilities within PRC complex, in Mid of 2018 we added &ldquomini theatre&rdquo to our facilities for the respected flat owners. It&rsquos a continuous process we are always doing research that how we can enhance the facility, infrastructure and beautification of our prestigious complex henceforth we may add new appropriate facilities in the future also.

Setup of the &ldquoMini Theatre&rdquo has been going on since last 9 months and was only at halt due to covid and govt restriction.

However, we have noticed that some of the residents has been claiming that the work has been done only post their intervention. We would like to inform that this is falsified representation to our residents and demeaning the effort of Purvanchal Projects who have been investing continuously to bring luxury features and enormous improvements in the society. We are always open to take feedback and work with our residents to improve but at the same time our residents should not be misguided in any way or form by anyone under the name of Purvanchal.

&ldquoMini Theatre&rdquo will be inaugurated on 15^th March 2022 and will be a paid service, details will be provided in accordance by the Estate Office.

Circular No-367 &ndash Formation of Next Cultural committee

Dear Residents,

Hope you are well and keeping safe.

First of all, we would like to congratulate and thanks to the PRC Cultural Committee for their honest efforts and contribution to the PRC for cultural Event. Congratulation!

In continuation of our effort to streamline the procedures laid down with our residents for celebrating festivals in PRC. We would like to inform you that the term of the current PRC Cultural Committee has expired.  Therefore, in order to constitute the PRC Cultural Committee, we propose to constitute a new committee of 22 flat owners who shall look after the cultural activities in the PRC. To make it true representation at least one flat owner from each tower should be included in the said cultural committee.

That only Constituted Active PRC Cultural committee shall be authorized to purpose any of cultural activities /events irrespective of any Cast/Religion or any reservations.

That Any person, HUF, Firm, Association of Persons and /or Company who/which has purchased an Apartment in the Purvanchal Royal City and currently residing in Purvanchal Royal City shall become the Member of the Cultural committee of PRC.

We would request you to the interested flat owners to fill the form for the said committee by downloading from the isociety app and submit it at the state office latest by 12.02.2022. The nomination of the said flat owner for the cultural committee will be supported & duly signed by minimum 10 flat owners of the same tower. In case of the multiple requests from the same tower, the selection will be done by draw of lots by the applicants in presence of the Estate office.

Calling of Meeting: Meeting of Cultural Committee should be called by giving 7 days&rsquo notice to cultural committee members at his registered mobile no through: By WhatsApp.

Meeting at shorter Notice: A meeting of Cultural committee can be called by shorter notice subject to the conditions: If the Cultural committee is requiring to have an urgent function. Presence of at least 11 Members is required. In case of absence, decision taken at such meeting shall be circulated to all the Cultural Committee Members, and shall be final only on ratification thereof by at least 11 Members.

Quorum of Board Meeting: 11 of total strength.

Where meeting of Committee could not be held for want of quorum, the meeting shall automatically adjourn to same time, same place at next week. If number of Members reduced below quorum, then the remaining members may hold the meeting.

Cultural committee members need to attend at least one meeting in a month to continue their membership. Please find the attached form for nominations.

CIRCULAR NO: 366&ndash Updates on Fountain Grating

Dear Residents,

We hope this letter finds you well and in good health.

In our endeavor to drive improvement across the society and on the back of the idea shared by Mr. Satish Handoo resident and proud owner of his flat in PRC we have changed the drain grating adjoining the fountain to Stainless Steel grating which will not only improve aesthetics but also reduces the breakage and any risk associated.

Podium Grating is changed to Stainless steel.

One Center Fountain grating is Changed to Stainless steel.

Work is in progress for another center fountain and the new grating will be installed on or well before 15^th Feb 2022.
