Circular No-367 &ndash Formation of Next Cultural committee

Dear Residents,

Hope you are well and keeping safe.

First of all, we would like to congratulate and thanks to the PRC Cultural Committee for their honest efforts and contribution to the PRC for cultural Event. Congratulation!

In continuation of our effort to streamline the procedures laid down with our residents for celebrating festivals in PRC. We would like to inform you that the term of the current PRC Cultural Committee has expired.  Therefore, in order to constitute the PRC Cultural Committee, we propose to constitute a new committee of 22 flat owners who shall look after the cultural activities in the PRC. To make it true representation at least one flat owner from each tower should be included in the said cultural committee.

That only Constituted Active PRC Cultural committee shall be authorized to purpose any of cultural activities /events irrespective of any Cast/Religion or any reservations.

That Any person, HUF, Firm, Association of Persons and /or Company who/which has purchased an Apartment in the Purvanchal Royal City and currently residing in Purvanchal Royal City shall become the Member of the Cultural committee of PRC.

We would request you to the interested flat owners to fill the form for the said committee by downloading from the isociety app and submit it at the state office latest by 12.02.2022. The nomination of the said flat owner for the cultural committee will be supported & duly signed by minimum 10 flat owners of the same tower. In case of the multiple requests from the same tower, the selection will be done by draw of lots by the applicants in presence of the Estate office.

Calling of Meeting: Meeting of Cultural Committee should be called by giving 7 days&rsquo notice to cultural committee members at his registered mobile no through: By WhatsApp.

Meeting at shorter Notice: A meeting of Cultural committee can be called by shorter notice subject to the conditions: If the Cultural committee is requiring to have an urgent function. Presence of at least 11 Members is required. In case of absence, decision taken at such meeting shall be circulated to all the Cultural Committee Members, and shall be final only on ratification thereof by at least 11 Members.

Quorum of Board Meeting: 11 of total strength.

Where meeting of Committee could not be held for want of quorum, the meeting shall automatically adjourn to same time, same place at next week. If number of Members reduced below quorum, then the remaining members may hold the meeting.

Cultural committee members need to attend at least one meeting in a month to continue their membership. Please find the attached form for nominations.

CIRCULAR NO: 366&ndash Updates on Fountain Grating

Dear Residents,

We hope this letter finds you well and in good health.

In our endeavor to drive improvement across the society and on the back of the idea shared by Mr. Satish Handoo resident and proud owner of his flat in PRC we have changed the drain grating adjoining the fountain to Stainless Steel grating which will not only improve aesthetics but also reduces the breakage and any risk associated.

Podium Grating is changed to Stainless steel.

One Center Fountain grating is Changed to Stainless steel.

Work is in progress for another center fountain and the new grating will be installed on or well before 15^th Feb 2022.

Circular No: 365 &ndash &ldquoCaution PRC: Segregate Waste in These 4 Categories, No More Collection of Mixed Waste from Homes.

Dear Residents,

Hope you are keeping safe.

Further to our Circular for Non-Segregated Waste, please note that the we will not collect NON-Segregated Waste from 15-2-2022.

To tackle the problem of waste management, Greater Noida Authority on Tuesday cautioned the residents to strictly segregate the waste at their homes because personnel engaged in its door-to-door collection will not collect mixed garbage. The administrative body appealed to the residents to segregate waste in four categories&ndash Dry, wet, sanitary and hazardous.

Taking the Swachhta Mission a notch higher in Greater Noida. Segregation of waste in the desired categories has been made mandatory.

Over the next few days, we will continue to refresh our memory and the housekeeping staff will keep reminding of collecting segregated waste ONLY. Come 15 February 2022, if the waste is not segregated in your household, it won&rsquot be collected. We need to work together ensuring a green and healthy environment for our families. Our Residents will participate in the drive with the same enthusiasm as we did, at the beginning of the year.

We appealed to the residents to segregate waste in four categories &ndash Dry Waste, wet Waste, sanitary Waste and hazardous Waste in different biodegradable garbage bags. It is mandatory as per law and most importantly this is our moral responsibility in the interest of environment.

We have installed PET Poop Garbage Bin around the PRC Campus. We request the pet owner to utilize these facilities (drop the poop in the bin) to make our society clean and green and extend your support.

CIRCULAR NO: 364 reinstating the earlier assigned lifts for all the residents

Dear Residents,

Hope you are keeping well.

Further to our earlier communication dated 07^th January, 2022 where we have temporarily dedicated one lift in each tower for residents affected with Covid-19 however with no active cases in PRC and improvement in the current pandemic situation we will be reinstating the earlier assigned lifts for all the residents.

The earmarked lifts will be stopped for 12 hours until they are once again fully sanitized and ventilated. These lifts will be operational from 04^th February&rsquos 2022 for all residents.

It has been observed that few of the residents have not been paying their Maintenance regularly which is causing issues and Purvanchal projects has been paying the penalties due to the delay.

Purvanchal Projects have been supporting residents to the extent possible however we have residents who have not paid the maintenance since last 3 quarters.

We request all residents to pay their dues on priority, failing to do so we would not be able to support with the maintenance. Last extended date to pay is 7th Feb 2022 for residents who have >=2 quarters maintenance pending

It is to inform you that two new corona positive case has been notified in our complex in Tower-12 by the occupant himself. The patient is quarantined in the home as advised by the doctor. We wish for his speedy recovery and would be offering all possible help to his family.

We request all residents especially of Tower-12 to stay inside and avoid moving in common areas unless unavoidable.

We request the residents who take their services to observe their health and are advised to go for Home Quarantine till the results of the support staff are out. In addition to these maids who were coming to the concerned flats will not be allowed in the society and have been asked to go on Quarantine and get tested.
