Purvanchal Projects for their residents is proud to continue “WE CARE”. Under this initiative, we will be inviting the Government institute of medical science (Government of Uttar Pradesh) and Red cross society to provide a blood donation camp that would help us for Healthy Living. In the series, we would like to introduce. 

The blood donation camp will be organized on 17th April 2022 in collaboration with GIMS and the Red Cross Society a group consisting of 4 doctors and 5 nurses. This program will be organized in our Club Royale from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Interested participants are requested to register their names in the estate office. Also, participants must be at least 18 years of age. The collected blood will be given to the district blood bank.

An awareness drive is therefore proposed on 16th April 2022 for a more effective outcome for the proposed walk-in camp on 17th April 2022.

Circular No: 398 – “Protective guidelines & measures”

Dear Residents,

Hope you are keeping safe. 

The incident involves one kid who had a near-drowning incident. He was held down by another kid, our lifeguards were there and noticed the unusual expression of gasping for air and pulled him up. There were no adults around, so it was lucky to save, and an unfortunate accident was averted. This is to inform you that any children under the age of 14 will not be allowed in the swimming pool without their parents/guardians and should not be left unaccompanied while they’re in or outside the pool.

Precautions you must follow while hitting the Swimming pool

1. 14 वर्ष से कम उम्र के किसी भी बच्चे को उनके माता-पिता/अभिभावकों के बिना स्विमिंग पूल में जाने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी और उन्हें पूल परिसर के अंदर या बाहर अकेला नही छोडा जाए
2. This is to inform you that any children under the age of 14 will not be allowed in the swimming pool without their parents/guardians and should not be left unaccompanied while they’re in or outside the pool
3. Swimming in normal Clothes is strictly not allowed, make sure you wear a proper Swimming Costume and Head Gear (Swim Cap), and biometric entry is compulsory.
4. People with open cuts, wounds, bandages, injuries, cold, cough, fever, skin disease, venereal diseases, and upset stomachs must not be allowed to swim
5. Do not enter the swimming pool if you suffer from a dermatological disease. People with extended abrasions, blisters, or open wounds should get information about the risk of infection and avoid entering the swimming pool
6. Toddlers must be made to wear swim-proof diapers. Use swim-specific diapers (reusable or disposable options are available). A non-swim diaper will not perform well in water. (Wear swimming attire, not regular clothes)
7. Shower before and after swimming in the pool, do not use creams or lotions before entering the pool. 
8. Take a shower obligatorily before using the swimming pool. Use obligatorily the foot basin which contains a 0.3-0.6% chlorine solution to disinfect their feet before entering the swimming pool
9. Leave a towel on the lounge chair if you’re occupying it so that others know it’s taken
10. Never bring food or drinks in the pool as crumbs or spills can increase bacteria and attract pests. If a glass, cup, or dish breaks, you will need to drain the pool so you can clean it and ensure all the broken pieces are removed
11. Do not engage in a conversation with the lifeguard as it may divert his attention
12. Instruct children to walk, not run around the swimming pool. Adults should not engage in roughhousing in or around the pool
13. Kindly note that the due to the cleaning of Swimming Pool. In lieu of this, the pool will be closed every Thursday. The pool closures are to facilitate a thorough cleaning process of all pool facilities.
14. Details of check-in and checkout times of members and visitors must be recorded along with their name address, phone number, Temperature, and oxygen saturation the document said. Thermal screening at the entry point for residents and Staff is mandatory before entering.
15. The temperature should be recorded for the employee and the Residents for the purpose of contact tracing.
16. Sanitize your middle finger with an alcohol swab and check oxygen saturation using a pulse oximeter. Those having oxygen saturation below 95% should not be allowed to enter. PRC Management will Call the central / state helpline/ambulance and refer such persons to the nearest health facility.
17. No more reaching out to disposable cups at the water cooler, instead, carries your own water bottle.

CIRCULAR NO: 396– TYre lock for wrong parking

Dear Residents,

We hope this letter finds you well and in good health. 

It is being observed & reported by many residents that wrong parking in parking slots is continuing.  At times, residents find that their parking slot is occupied by somebody else and even by reporting to security staff their parking slot is not vacated.

To control this wrong parking menace, if any 2-wheeler or four-wheeler found wrongly parked, Tyre lock would be put in that particular 2-wheeler or four-wheeler, by security staff and would be opened only on payment of Rs 500/- per day, in the maintenance office, as a penalty.

We again request you to park your 2-wheeler or four-wheeler in your designated parking slots.

Dear Residents,

Hope you are keeping safe. 

Protective measures for swimmers and spectator swimmers using the swimming pool should: 

• Make sure you wear a proper Swimming Costume and Head Gear (Swim Cap). Do not swim in normal clothes.

However, because of the spread of Covid-19, while organizing activities for the iftar Celebration, it is imperative to follow certain preventive measures such as maintaining social distancing, wearing masks, avoiding large congregations, protecting vulnerable persons, etc., and following all guidelines related to Covid-19 issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.
2. A dedicated hall will be provided by PRC for Iftar Party. The Fixtures and furniture will be provided during the event like Chairs, carpets, etc. are covered with white bedsheets, etc.
3. The Iftar Party is 100% Veg on 15th April 2022 between Times 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM.
4. Dedicated security manpower (02 No's - 01 male, 01 female) will be deployed at the venue.
5. Iftar will be prepared in the Club Kitchen and distribution can be done by Halwai to execute in an organized and controlled manner to mitigate the risk. 
6. At last, with dua. Let's make dua for all those who are suffering across the world, you are requested to attend the program and take blessings of ALLAH SWT.

Please be informed that Purvanchal Royal City Swimming Pool will be reopened for residents with effect from 08th April 2022. The operating hours will be from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

7. Do not hang to the safety rope or play with it.
8. Spitting, and spouting water from the nose and mouth should be against the rules.
9. People with open cuts, wounds, bandages, injuries, cold, cough, fever, skin disease, venereal diseases, and upset stomachs must not be allowed to swim.
10. The pool interior, premises, and patio should not be littered with food wrappers, cigarettes, or other trash.

Safety and Rescue Equipment:

A throw rope equal to the width of the pool is attached to a ring buoy (life-saving floating device) along with the below-listed items.

1. A fully equipped first aid kit is displayed and mounted within the pool premises
2. Resuscitation equipment (orange life jackets, rescue tubes, respirators, oxygen cylinders, etc.)
3. Emergency and hospital contact list.
4. Chart for life-saving instructions.
5. Depth markers indicate the depth of the pool in meters at shallow and deep ends, transition points, and ‘no diving’ signs.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you very much for the co-operation extended by you for maintaining the complex “Purvanchal Royal City”. We also appreciate the suggestions being given by the flat owners towards the improvement of the maintenance services and we are sincerely thankful for their valuable suggestions. It is only due to your cooperation, that we are amongst the top well-maintained group housing complexes in Noida & Greater Noida. We are confident that this gesture of co-operation will continue in future too. 

As you are aware that maintenance charges for the subject period have now become due. You will appreciate that our Management has decided not to increase any maintenance charges for the said period. The detailed sheet for category-wise maintenance charges to be paid by the flat owners is attached herein as “Annexure-A”.

Therefore, it is requested to arrange to deposit the maintenance charges as per the category of your flat mentioned in the attached “Annexure-A” on or before 10.04.2022.

Your cooperation is solicited for timely payment. No separate reminders will be sent to you, please ensure sufficient balance in your Bank Account on the dates mentioned in your cheques. If you are opting for the quarterly option the dates of cheques should be 10.04.2022, 10.07.2022, 10.10.2022 & 10.01.2023 and all these four cheques should be handed over at our estate office on or before 10.04.2022. 

If you are opting for the quarterly option and making an online payment, the payment should be received on or before the due dates as mentioned above. In case of default in the payment, the following penalty schedule will be applicable:

1. In case of delay in payment after 10.04.2022, the interest @ 10% per annum shall be charged for the first 30 days, and thereafter, appropriate penalty/action will be imposed against the defaulters in addition to levy of the interest as mentioned above.

1. In case of cheque bounces for any reason Rs. 300/- will be charged as Bank & other charges. If the flat owner(s) fails to pay or redeposit the new cheque in lieu of bounced cheque within 10 days, the interest & penalty will also be charged as mentioned in clause “A” above after 10 days.

PRC Cultural Committee is organizing Navratri Festival with sheer enthusiasm at Purvanchal Royal City Club House from Saturday 02nd April until 10th April 2022 as per details given below. 

1. However, because of the spread of Covid-19, while organizing activities for the Navratri Celebration, it is imperative to follow certain preventive measures such as maintaining social distancing, wearing masks, avoiding large congregations, protecting vulnerable persons, etc., and follow all guidelines related to Covid-19 issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.
2. A dedicated hall will be provided by PRC for Daily Pooja followed by Aarti during Navratri. 
3. Daily Bhajan and Aarti will be conducted between Times 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Apart from that, some devotees may visit the venue to take care of decoration.
4. Dedicated security manpower (02 No's - 01 male, 01 female) will be deployed 24*7 at the venue.
5. Fixtures and furniture will be provided during the event. Sound System, chairs, Carpet, etc. are covered with white bedsheets.
6. Bhajan/Kirtan, Aarti, and Prasad will be the responsibility of the PRC devotees.  
7. Prasad will be prepared in the Club Kitchen and distribution can be done by a few devotees nominated by a group of devotees to execute in an organized and controlled manner to mitigate the risk. 
8. The last date to be intimated for prasad etc. for Navratri would be 1/04/2022. You can connect with your tower representative to share any contribution you would like to make voluntarily only (This is as per the request from some devotees to contribute in Parsad).
9. On the day of Ram Navmi, we will celebrate the ram janmotsav with sundarkand Path and kirtan.

CIRCULAR NO: 389– TYre lock for wrong parking

Dear Residents,

We hope this letter finds you well and in good health. 

It is being observed & reported by many residents that wrong parking in parking slots is still continuing.  At times, residents find that their parking slot is occupied by somebody else and even by reporting to security staff their parking slot is not vacated.

To control this wrong parking menace, if any 2-wheeler or four-wheeler found wrongly parked, Tyre lock would be put in that particular 2-wheeler or four-wheeler, by security staff and would be opened only on payment of Rs 200/- per day, in the maintenance office, as a penalty.

We again request you to park your 2-wheeler or four-wheeler in your designated parking slots.

You all are requested to kindly cooperate to control this problem.

PRECAUTIONS:

1. Please note that there will be no water supply from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm, so please make the necessary arrangement to store water as per your requirement.


2. Please drain the first water (which is likely to be muddy) immediately after cleaning. Open all taps at kitchen & bathrooms after tank cleaning for 3-4 Minutes.


3. Please put off your water purifiers. Use water only after the flow of reddish water stops.

1. No Pirated Movies/Shows will be allowed to play and movies have to be from registered OTT platforms or original DVDs. Violation of the rule may lead to legal action as per the Govt of India regulations.

2. Any expense occurring due to the damage being made on property will be borne by the respective resident taking the mini plex on rent.

Circular No-384&ndash Happy Holi

Dear Residents,

Hope you are keeping safe.

Owners of Purvanchal Royal City are organizing a grand Holi festival celebration 2022 in the complex, as per the following program.

1. 17^th march 2022: Holika Dahan - 7:00 PM onwards at the main gate.


2. 18^th march 2022: Rangwali Holi - 9:00 am onwards at parking area between tower 11 and main gate with DJ & water sprinkler system. DJ Will be Available between 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Only.

Security measures are as below.

1. Play Holi only in the designated area near the main gate, No Holi colors will be allowed in any blocks, staircase, Club House, and fountains area. Keep the common area and walls free of color.


2. The Entry & Exit gates of Purvanchal Royal City will be closed on Monday 18^th March 2022 starting from 10 Am Till 3 PM due to the security measures taken on Holi festival.


3. No Guests will be allowed to enter the Purvanchal Royal City. In case of necessity, the guest will be allowed after the approval on the intercom and, the guest will enter only after the owner \ Tenant will come to the gate and escort their guest.


4. Any type of Labors (Car painters, Interior Work, Car cleaners, & Dhobi, etc.) will not be allowed to enter in Purvanchal Royal City complex on Holi festival 18^th March 2022. No private job will be allowed on the occasion of Holi.


5. If any unidentified/suspicious person is moving into the complex then you please inform the main gate security.


6. No visitor car and without sticker car will not be allowed inside the campus on the occasion of Holi.


7. On the occasions of Holi, the Purvanchal Estate office and club House will remain closed on 17^th & 18^th March 2021.
