According to the information, occupant of these flats are Home Quarantine.

On detection of Corona positive case individual resident is responsible to inform estate office and CMO Control room on contact NO 18004192211. Also once he gets cured with test result of NEGATIVE, he should inform estate office.

The Noida Administration has announced to shut all the Gym in the district in view of the rising COVID-19 cases. As per the official order by the Gautam Budh Nagar District Magistrate the gyms have been closed with immediate effect till further notice.

U.P. Govt. has made wearing face cover / masks mandatory while in public (with penalty for not following this rule), all members / residents are requested to ensure strict compliance while outside their homes.

In light of recent increase in number of Covid-19 cases in and around the district and because of increase in positivity rate gives us opportunity to rethink and relook at the activities and precautions we need to take to ensure we are keeping our Family safe during the time of crises. It would need all of us to stand together and fight the situation.

This can only happen when each one of us take a pledge to follow the norms and take precautions to avoid this virus.

1. Ensure you are wearing a MASK before you step out of your home.

2. Always carry a hand sanitizer with you.

3. Practice frequent hand washing. Wash hands with soap and water or use alcohol based hand rub. Wash hands even if they are visibly clean.

4. Cover your nose and mouth with handkerchief/tissue while sneezing and coughing Throw used tissues into closed bins immediately after use See a doctor if you feel unwell (Fever, difficult breathing and cough). While visiting doctor wear a mask/cloth to cover your mouth and nose.

5. Avoid participating in gathering weather its Kids play area, Badminton court, Basketball court, PRC premise etc.

6. While visiting shops like Daily Mart ensure you are always wearing a mask and not more than 4 residents are in the shop at any given point of time.

7. While in Badminton/Tennis/Basketball court not more than 2-4 residents are playing at any given point of time.

As you are aware we are witnessing a rise in Covid-19 cases in Uttar Pradesh and similar to some of the protocols laid down last year to reduce the exposure of our residents, we would be again introducing courier delivery mechanism where all the courier deliveries will be aggregated at the Main gate through the day and distributed by the internal staff/security at 4:00 pm and 10:00 Pm every day starting 12^th April 2021.

The boxes would be sanitized using the Hypo Sodium Chloride available with the security for added safety however the perishable goods will however be delivered to the tower entry as per the current practice.

We are working on other controls to minimize the exposure ensuring safety of our residents as we fight during this tough period.
