  1. 28th march 2021: Holika Dahan - 7:00 PM onwards at main gate.




  1. 29th march 2021: Rangwali Holi - 9:00 am onwards at parking area between tower 11 and main gate.  With DJ & water sprinkler system. DJ Will be Available between 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Only.

Security measures are as below.

  1. The Entry & Exit gates of Purvanchal Royal City will be closed on Monday 29th March, 2021 starting from 10 Am Till 3 Pm due to the security measures taken on Holi festival.




  1. No Guests will be allowed to enter in the Purvanchal Royal City. In case of necessity the guest will be allowed after the approval on the intercom and, guest will enter only after the owner \ Tenant will come to the gate and escort their guest.




  1. Any type of Labors (Car painters, Interior Work, Car cleaners, & Dhobi, etc.) will not be allowed to enter in Purvanchal Royal City complex on Holi festival 29th March, 2021. No private job will be allowed on the occasion of Holi.




  1. If any unidentified/suspicious person is moving in the complex then you please inform to the main gate security.




  1. No visitor car and without sticker car will not be allowed inside the campus on the occasion of Holi.




  1. On the occasions of Holi, the Purvanchal Estate office will remain closed on 29th & 30th March, 2021. (Club House Will Remain Close on 29th March, 2021)

Circular No - 199 – SOP for Maids & Drivers

Dear Residents,

Hope you are keeping safe

To avoid incidents with maids and drivers in the complex following steps are recommended to be taken: -

  1. Never employ a maid/worker without knowing his previous details and without proper documentation with the maintenance office.
  2. Maids, as far as possible, should never be left alone to work in your flat and always keep an eye on her/activities.
  3. Always keep your, almirahs, lockers, etc. closed and locked. Also never try to show off your jewelry, money, etc., or even discuss related matters in presence of maids/workers.
  4. You, all, are requested to employ domestic help/drivers with proper procedure & documentation.

Once the domestic help/driver is employed with proper documentation, the maintenance office would issue security passes to such employees to get entry into this complex. In case such an employee is removed by the employer for whatever reasons, the security pass should be withdrawn by you and handed over back to the maintenance office for cancellation and update their records.

in case, any domestic help/maid/driver`s he/she services are terminated/barred by the employer due to his/her unwanted activities like theft, leaving the employment without notice the estate office will stop the entry of help/maid/drivers with immediate effects. security staff has been instructed not to give entry to such domestic help/drivers, whose security pass shall be canceled and no new pass not been issued by the maintenance office You, all, are expected to extend your best cooperation in this regard.

It has also been reported/observed that any domestic help/maid/driver he/she is employed by other residents (s) without any verification from the former employer. This practice would certainly encourage the domestic help/drivers to involve in unwanted activities in the future also, resulting in a serious threat to you & your families. 

There is some confusion about employing domestic help/drivers by residents of this complex. It has also been reported by residents that at times, maids/drivers harass them over various issues. The maintenance office is responsible only for checking the antecedents of the maids/drivers and after their employment, to control their access in the complex and at their place of duty.

To streamline the procedure for employing them, a few guidelines, are given below.

  1. Before employing a maid/driver etc., the flat owner is required to collect a set of forms from the Isociety App, which includes an application form, and a police verification form with a challan form, given by SSP Office Gautam Budh Nagar.
  2. Complete the application form, attach ID proof of the maid/driver to be employed, fill up the challan form in triplicate, and deposit Rs 50.00 in the SBI Surajpur branch in Greater Noida.
  3. Take all the documents (Application form duly completed, police verification form duly completed, challan form duly stamped by SBI branch receipt, and ID proof) to the verification cell in SSP office Gautam Budh Nagar, Now in Surajpur, where police verification would be done and stamped by police accordingly. 

Police verification can also be done online as follows: -

  • Open the Noida police website “noidapolice.com”
  • Click the heading “VERIFICATION”
  • Click the desired heading like Servants or Drivers or Tenants etc.
  • On the screen a form would be displayed, fill it out and take its print out by pressing Ctrl P.                                   
  • Submit the form by pressing the “Submit” button on the bottom of the form.
  • The form would disappear from the screen and a verification code would appear on the screen. Enter this verification code and submit. The verification code would disappear from the screen and an acknowledgment with the verification code would appear on the screen. Take the printout of this acknowledgment.

 

  1. Handover these documents to the maintenance office, where the documentation would be done by the clerk. He would then issue an identity card after charging a prescribed fee. The flat No of the flat owner would be recorded in the identity card, by which security would control his/her access to the complex and the flat.
  2. The maid/driver would be allowed to work only in that flat, which is recorded on his/her identity card.
  3. In case the maid has got some spare time and wants to work in another flat (s), the flat owner(s) would be required to take an application form from the maintenance office, complete it and give it back to the maintenance office. After documentation, flat number(s) would be added to the identity card of the maid. Thereafter she would be allowed access to these flats. In such cases, no separate ID proof or police verification is required.
  4. In case the maid is working only in one flat and she stops working there, the flat owner would settle his/her dues, withdraw his/her identity card, and return it to the maintenance office, where it would be canceled and his/her records updated.
  5.  In case a maid is working in some flats and one flat owner wants to discontinue his/her services, for no reason, she would continue to work in other flats. If the reason is serious like theft, malicious, harmful, etc., his/her pass would be canceled for all the flats, after informing and consulting the affected flat owners. Once a maid/driver etc. is removed for a serious reason, he/she would not be allowed to be re-employed in this complex.
  6. The remaining issues related to maids/drivers etc. are required to be dealt with by flat owners themselves.  In case some flat owners are taking services of maids, without proper documentation, are required to contact the Maintenance office immediately.
  7. These guidelines apply to those flat owners also, who are keeping their maids/drivers etc. for 24 hrs. In their flats and have not done any documentation so far.

Residents fixed their rates for different jobs that were already available on the iSociety app.

It is only due to your cooperation, we are amongst the top well maintained group housing complexes in Noida & Greater Noida. As you are aware that maintenance charges for the subject period is now become become due. You will appreciate that our CMD has decided not to increase any maintenance charges for the said period. The detailed sheet for category-wise maintenance charges to be paid by the flat owners is attached herein as &ldquoAnnexure-A&rdquo.



 



Therefore, it is requested to arrange to deposit the maintenance charges as per the category of your flat mentioned in the attached &ldquoAnnexure-A&rdquo on or before 10.04.2021.



Your cooperation is solicited for a timely payment. No separate reminders will be sent to you, please ensure sufficient balance in your Bank Account on the dates mentioned in your cheques. If you are opting for quarterly option the dates of cheques should be 10.04.2021, 10.07.2021, 10.10.2021 & 10.01.2022 and all these four cheques should be handed over at our estate office on or before 10.04.2021.



If you are opting for quarterly option and making online payment, the payment should be received on or before due dates as mentioned above. In case of default in the payment, the following penalty schedule will be applicable:




  1. In case of delay in payment after 10.04.2021 the interest @ 10% per annum shall be charged for first 30 days and thereafter, appropriate penalty/action will be imposed against the defaulters in addition to levy of the interest as mentioned above.



                           




  1. In case of cheque bounces for any reason Rs. 300/- will be charged as Bank & other charges. If the flat owner(s) fails to pay or redeposit the new cheque in lieu of bounced cheque within 10 days, the interest & penalty will also be charged as mentioned in clause &ldquoA&rdquo above after 10 days.

She dons so many roles and responsibilities, and does it all with perfection.



Feminism isn&rsquot about making women strong. Women are already strong. It&rsquos about changing the way the world sees that strength. We are Glad to inform you that Purvanchal will be opening a dedicated &ldquoMulti-Purpose Room&rdquo for our Senior Citizens. This room may be used by all the residents for multiple activities like Yoga, Zumba, and Dance etc. subject to the guidelines/instructions issued by Estate office time to time.



Our Senior Citizens can relax, play carom & chess, listen to music, read magazines, meet and greet each other and much more&hellip



Our Honorable resident Dr. Pramod Kumari Gupta will be doing the opening of the multipurpose hall in presence of our Senior Citizens on 9th March 2021 at 1100 Hrs.



We would request all our Senior Citizens of the complex to grace the occasion with your presence.



Special Thanks to Mrs. Suman Sharma and Security Council Team to work collaboratively with Estate office for the launch of this initiative.

Government of India is taking all necessary steps to ensure that the nation is prepared to face the challenge and threat posed by the growing contagion of COVID-19. The exemplary groundwork and precaution advisory by the Government has helped in containing the spread of the virus in our country.



At present, the priority is to make COVID -19 vaccine available to all, ensuring vaccine traceability and beneficiary tracking from production to last mile administration. COVID-19 vaccination drive has been initiated to cover healthcare and frontline workers and is to be scaled up to cover citizens above 60 years of age and and/or citizen above 45 years of age suffering from comorbidities.



Co-WIN is a platform for the citizens of India to Register for COVID-19 vaccination and schedule their vaccination slots at the nearest vaccination centers.

Further to our earlier communication regarding the formation of a cultural committee, we are pleased to inform you that the activity to form the cultural committee has been completed in the presence of the respective candidates and Mr. Satish Handoo.



Please find below the list of Residents who will be working for the next one year in the cultural committee to organize cultural events in the society and to coordinate with the Purvanchal Estate Office.



All requests for cultural events need to be routed via the cultural committee to the estate office.



Cultural Committee has equal representation of two residents from each tower with an exception of Tower -11 comprising of 21 residents. For Tower-11 we are requesting to submit nominations latest by 28th Feb, 2021 to elect one more member for the cultural committee.
