Further to our Chairman & Managing Director Mr. Shah Alam&rsquos discussion with group of residents in further enhancing the Infrastructure of the society. We are Glad to inform that there are multiple initiatives which Purvanchal Projects are taking in making our society one of the Best in Delhi NCR.

1. Reception Area in each tower on the ground floor (Sofa Sets with center table) will be placed in each tower where our residents and their guests can sit, relax or wait.

2. New Enhanced look in each Lift with Beautiful Wall paper across the towers.

3. Special indoor plants will be placed at the reception area which will give a natural and beautiful look as you enter your tower.

4. Foxtail Palms Trees and Exotic Ficus plants are being planted in front of tower to give our society a &ldquoGO GREEN&rdquo look.

While we work on the beautification we would request our resident&rsquos owners/tenants to take care of these assets and avoid any damage.

The overall completion of these tasks will take next 07-15 days.

We are committed to make this Society a DREAM HOME for our residents and will be going above and beyond to deliver on our commitments.

Hope you are well and keeping safe.

In our endeavor to strengthen up security we have got the Bio Metric installation is already completed. However as communicated earlier we are not able to activate it due to the current pandemic situation.

These cards will be printed with the picture of the owner and dependents. We will be requesting Residents are requested to come to the estate office for registration.

Registration process already start from 7^th September, 2020 from 1000 Hrs. to 1800 Hrs. Once 100% of the residents have got the registration completed the Card entry will be activated.

As on date only 20 residents have got themselves registered. Request you to please support us in getting the process completed for activation. Once the registration is completed we will issue the guidelines and support for usage of the same.

Lift lobby at all floors are required to be cleared at all times, of cycles, flower pots etc. as per the requirement of Fire Department, for the purpose of quick rescue operation in case of fire incident. Fire department team keeps coming to inspect this aspect, frequently. In case they find anything kept in lift lobbies, they can levy heavy penalty on us. You all are requested to remove such items from lift lobbies at all floors.

Circular No-140 &ndash Potted Flowers

Dear Residents,

Hope you are doing well.

Potted flowers on windowsills and Balcony Railings/ledge certainly add color and life to one&rsquos home, but they pose serious risks to people walking below.

Residents are hereby advised not to keep flower pots, water pots etc. on the balcony ledge as it may cause serious accidents and could be life threatening if they fall. As it is dangerous and may cause major accidents and damage the building structure also. Non-compliance to the above would lead to penalties.

Circular No-139 &ndash Diwali Event stands cancelled owing to Surge in Covid-19

Dear Residents,

Greetings of the Day!!!

Further to our circular No-129 &ndash Purvanchal Royal Diwali Fest. We planned to organize one of its kind Diwali Fest in partnership with our residents. We had an overwhelming response from all the fellow residents and had booked all the other activities including Orchestra, tents etc. We were almost geared up to make this a fun filled event.

However due to the current circumstances of the surge in the Covid-19 cases within PRC we have unfortunately decided to cancel this event. For Purvanchal Projects Health and Safety of our residents is priority and looking at the risk associated we have taken a conscious decision to cancel the event.

We are sure in future as we get out of the covid-19 situation we would have more opportunities to celebrate many more occasions together.

We still have some exciting improvements coming your way which we will share shortly with our residents.

What it&rsquos all about:

The Shop will be stalled in basement-1 within 5 - 10 days.

The old clothes & items you no longer need will be placed in shelves with sizes mentioned through slip. So that any labor or staff in need of it can pick it up from there without lowering his eyes.

The items that you want to get rid off can be someone&rsquos little ray of hope, a shine in eye or a life savior. So, be generous and help those who won&rsquot ask help but will be happy to get.

Note:

There will be racks of all sizes Men/ Women/ Kids/ Households/ Kitchen/ Shoes etc. Please keep washed and clean items.

Dear Residents,

In Continuation to our collaborate and participate with our Residents during this festival period, Purvanchal Royal City Estate Office is glad to inform that we will be organizing &ldquoKarwa Chauth&rdquo festival for our residents in the Royale Club on 4^th Nov, 2020.

Ladies can do the Puja on the 2^nd Floor Community hall between 4-6 PM and Terrace Garden of the Club Royale will be ready to do the rituals post the moon is out.

Request all to ensure you follow the guidelines and all are wearing masks at all times.

Please note this is another step from our end to ensure our residents are able to celebrate the festival with full enthusiasm and excitement. Purvanchal Projects is coordinating and providing the facilities and would request residents to come forward for prep of the rituals in accordance.

Dear residents,

Hope you are keeping well.

Further to our communication dated:  Tuesday, September 22, 2020 on mobile booster. To reiterate we have got the infrastructure setup completed from our end however we continue to experience delay from telecommunication partners (airtel, vi and jio). We are in constant touch with them and escalating it as necessary to expedite the process.

Revised dates received from telecom companies is on or before 15^th November, 2020 to enable the boosters for improvement of network signals.

We are sure you appreciate the fact that this beyond our control and we are trying our best to ensure this is operational ASAP.

If any of the residents has further contact to expedite this with telecom providers please come forward and support us in expediting this collaboratively.
