Dear Residents,



Hope you are well and keeping safe.



In continuation to our endeavor to streamline the processes laid down with our residents for celebrating festivals in PRC.



We wish to inform you that multiple groups are contacting us for the celebration of the festivals in the complex and it becomes very difficult for us to coordinate with these multiple groups as there are always the differences of opinions amongst these groups.



Therefore, in order to resolve this issue, we propose to constitute a committee of 22 flat owners who shall look after the cultural activities in the complex. To make it true representation at least one flat owner from each tower should be included in the said cultural committee.



We would request you to the interested flat owners to fill the form for the said committee by downloading from the isociety app and submit it at the state office latest by 20.02.2021.The nomination of the said flat owner for the cultural committee will be supported & duly signed by two more flat owners of the same tower. In case of the multiple requests from the same tower, the selection will be done by draw of lots by the estate office in presence of the applicants.

In view of Covid-19 pandemic, large congregation ceremony is avoided. Keeping in mind the Health and Safety of our Fellow Residents Flag Hosting on 26th January, 2021 will be conducted live on Digital Platform.



A ceremony in the morning at 9:00 am in the Purvanchal Royal City consisting of unfurling of the National Flag by Our Resident Mrs. Vasundhara Masoodi (Chairperson of the Commission for Protection of Women and Child Rights J & K, She is also a practicing lawyer in Supreme Court, High court of Delhi, Punjab, Haryana and various other tribunals. She is also a social activist for the rights of Women and Children) and playing National Anthem.



This will be followed by Cultural event where our children will be participating and will be awarded for participation.



All the residents of the Society can join in from their Home and participate in the event and celebrate the occasion.

Dear Residents,



Further to our communication earlier we are automating our process of Guest parking to remove any dependency on individuals. While we are working on formalizing this on the Isociety app as an interim solution we are launching this Google form (link given below) which can be accessed from any of your mobile, desktop, laptop, Tab etc.



Please find below the rules on parking.




  1. Residents who needs guest parking please fill in the online form and provide us a minimum turnaround time of 2 hours. (09.00 AM &ndash 08.00 PM).




  1. Guest parking will be allotted on first come first serve basis.




  1. At this point of time we are not capping the number of parking due to availability however this will be formalized/allocated in coming future.




  1. Guest Parking will be allowed for max of 24 hours and any further extension needs to be applied again. Anything in increase of 48 hours needs to be discussed and agreed with your Estate Manager.




  1. Once the form is filled and processed by estate office a pass will be issued to the main gate who in turn will provide the visitor entry and a notification with the parking number will be shared with the requestor and main gate.




  1. Request to all the residents to ensure their visitors only park at the designated space provided for the visitor in the pass.

The family has been advised to strictly quarantine themselves and any need will be fulfilled by estate office. In addition to this maids who were coming to the concerned flats will not be allowed in the society.



All the authorities, police and the administration has been informed accordingly. Based on the next advice we receive from the administration, we will act accordingly.
