As per the directives it's mandatory to wear masks when you move out of your house. Keeping in mind the safety of our residents we estate office won't allow anyone to procure groceries from Daily Mart if not wearing a mask. 

Any violation may be reported to the authorities.

It is therefore imperative that residents take a responsibility and declare if they have visited and come back from any foreign country in the last fourteen days. Naturally, this gets applied to all residents who come in our complex from today onwards, too. To re-iterate, a self-declaration is mandatory for any resident who arrived in our complex after 8th March at 12:00 midnight onwards. 

PLEASE FIND THE FORM from iSociety app / Estate office FOR SELF DECLARATION FOR NEW ARRIVALS AND THOSE RESIDENTS WHO HAVE COME BACK FROM COVID 19 AFFECTED AREAS/COUNTRIES AND PLEASE SUBMIT THE FORM IN ESTATE OFFICE.

All such residents are also to observe a 100% Self- Quarantine, for a period of fourteen days since their arrival.

It is all residents&rsquo responsibility to fully comply with self-declaration and self-quarantine for 14 days since their arrival. Failure to do so, and if found later, May lead to resident's being invalidated. Owner's details will be reported to the District Magistrate's office and as directed by the administration, an FIR will be lodged against the residents who do not comply.

In the course of just four weeks, our everyday life &ndash personal & work has changed drastically. The outbreak has the hallmarks of a &ldquolandscape scale&rdquo crisis, but here we stand together. I am sure we all are not only learning and finding new ways to manage our work, but are also learning to manage our personal life and families. It has been observed that some of the residents continue to use the leisure activities like Badminton Court, Basketball court and Kids play area which is under violation of directives from Govt. of India. In case anyone found violation the security personal are directed to stop the activity immediately and please note this is being observed by local Police authorities during their round up in each society.

In Addition to this as per directives from Gautam Buddh Nagar Police all movement of residents from the entry/exit gate will be registered and a copy will be forwarded to the Police Official on daily basis. It&rsquos Mandatory for every Resident to enter there particulars at the main gate with the reason for exit and entry.

Request you to please adhere to the guidelines for safety of your family and neighborhood.

Parents are advised to keep their children&rsquos inside the Flats and Please Stay Away from Kids Play Area, Basket Ball Court etc.

The Disinfection Process through Sodium Hypochlorite Solution Started daily from 10.00 AM TO 1.00 PM in all common areas like Common area floor, Railings, surface, Lifts, Kids Play Area etc. likely to be touched by resident to be cleaned using Sodium Hypochlorite for maintaining the highest level of sanitation any hygiene.

As per the new directives from DM below given rules will be followed for purchasing of Daily essentials: 

1. Not more than 2 people will be allowed at any given point of time in Daily Mart shop. 

2. Security Guard will be deployed to ensure discipline is adhered to. 

3. Markers are being put today where residents are supposed to be stationed at for their turn. 

4. Anyone breaking the line or not following the rules would not be allowed to make any purchases. 

5. Rationing on daily essentials products will be done as per directives and anything in additional required needs to be ordered a day in advance (subject to availability)

7. Queue manager will be put up soon to manage the queue. 

8. Sufficient Milk available in Daily Mart on daily basis, please don&rsquot Panic.
