Circular No. 668 - Proper Disposal of Waste to Prevent Sanitary Line Blockages
Dear Residents,
It has come to our attention that certain residents have been disposing of inappropriate items, such as mops, clothing, diapers, sanitary napkins, and other non-biodegradable waste, into the drainage system & open area. This improper disposal is causing severe blockages in the sanitary lines, leading to issues such as water overflow, waterlogging, and unsanitary conditions, particularly for residents on the lower floors.
Recent Incident:
Recently, we encountered a severe blockage in the sanitary line of a ground-floor flat. Upon investigation and cleaning, it was discovered that a mop had been improperly discarded into the drainage system. This resulted in a major obstruction, causing significant inconvenience to the affected residents.
Extensive cleaning efforts were required to restore normal drainage functionality.
Consequences of Improper Waste Disposal:
The sanitary lines are specifically designed to carry only wastewater and biodegradable waste. Flushing or discarding solid items into the drains leads to various problems, including:
Drainage Blockage: The accumulation of non-biodegradable waste obstructs the pipes, causing water and sewage backup, which leads to foul odors and inconvenience.
Health Hazards: Stagnant water and sewage overflow create a breeding ground for bacteria, increasing the risk of infections and diseases.
Costly Repairs: Clearing severe blockages requires extensive plumbing work, resulting in high maintenance costs.
Discomfort to Other Residents: Those residing on lower floors suffer the most due to sewage backflow, leaks, and associated hygiene concerns.
All residents are urged to follow essential waste disposal practices to prevent drainage blockages and maintain a clean, hygienic living environment. Non-biodegradable items such as mops, rags, diapers, and sanitary products should be discarded in designated garbage bins rather than toilets or drains. Toilets and sinks should only be used for their intended purposes and not as waste disposal units. Additionally, any signs of drainage issues or blockages should be reported immediately to the maintenance team to ensure timely resolution and avoid further complications.
By adhering to these simple yet essential practices, we can collectively ensure the smooth functioning of our society’s drainage system, prevent unnecessary maintenance costs, and contribute to a healthier and more comfortable living environment.
We appreciate your cooperation and responsible participation in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our residential community.

Best Regards, PRC Estate Administration

To facilitate the smooth execution of the fire system checking, we kindly request your cooperation in the following manner:
Ensure that someone aged 18 or above is present at the premises during the designated time.
Keep pets and children under supervision for their safety during the inspection.
In case of any specific concerns or issues, please notify our office at 8800190823, 8800190810, 9311771103, or 9717291592, or email us at emprc@purvanchalprojects.com before the inspection date.

Circular No. 661 – Strengthening Security Measures
Dear Residents,
In continuation of Circular No. 652, we would like to formally inform you that the new security service provider has been fully deployed across the society effective 1st February 2025. Ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents remains our topmost priority, and with this transition, we have introduced significant enhancements to the security infrastructure of our community.
Enhanced Security Measures for Maximum Vigilance
To ensure uninterrupted and improved security coverage, we have implemented the following measures:
- Increased Security Presence: An additional team of supervisors has been deployed, with five supervisors on the day shift and five on the night shift to oversee operations more effectively.
- Strategic Division of Security Zones: The society has been systematically divided into five security groups to ensure focused monitoring of all towers and common areas.
- Regular Patrols & Hourly Post Checks: Each supervisor will conduct hourly inspections of designated security posts to eliminate any potential security gaps, ensuring that no post is left unattended.
- Immediate Backup Coverage: In cases where a guard may need to step away momentarily (e.g., for a break or restroom use), the assigned supervisor will ensure there is no disruption in coverage.
- 24/7 Emergency Response: The new system ensures that supervisors remain readily available to respond to any security concerns, emergencies, or resident queries at all times.
