CIRCULAR NO. 703 Reminder – Fire Safety Violations & Urgent Need for Compliance
Dear Residents,
This is a serious and urgent reminder regarding fire safety compliance across the estate.
Over the past several months, the Estate Office has issued multiple notices and conducted inspections to ensure that each flat is adhering to the mandated fire safety norms. These norms are not optional—they are legally required safety measures designed to protect lives and property in a high-rise residential setting.
Unfortunately, a significant number of flats continue to remain non-compliant, particularly concerning the kitchen sprinkler systems and ceiling-mounted smoke detectors. In many instances, these crucial safety devices have been:
- Covered by false ceilings or kitchen wardrobes
- Obstructed by furniture or decorative elements
- Tampered with or rendered inaccessible
Such modifications compromise the effectiveness of fire detection and suppression systems, putting at risk not only the residents of that flat but also the entire building and all its occupants.
We once again remind all residents of the following:
- Do NOT cover, conceal, tamper with, or obstruct fire sprinklers or smoke detectors in any part of your flat.
- If such modifications have already been made, you must remove the obstructions immediately.
- Ensure that all fire safety systems remain fully accessible, visible, and functional at all times.

We are writing to you with concern regarding a serious safety issue. Due to strong wind conditions yesterday, several flower pots placed on the balcony parapets fell to the ground floor. Fortunately, no one was injured, but these incidents highlight the real danger posed by unsecured items on balcony ledges.
Despite repeated reminders and the efforts of our security staff, some residents continue to place pots and decorative items on the edge of their balconies. In some cases, these items are even returned to the same unsafe positions after being removed by security guards. This practice not only endangers lives but also violates the safety directives issued by the Authority.
 
With immediate effect, all residents are requested to:
- Remove any pots or items currently placed on balcony parapets or railing edges.
- Keep such items securely within the inner floor area of the balcony.
- Avoid repositioning these items once removed.

This will help the cleaning team access the area without any obstruction and complete the job more efficiently.

Circular No. 700: Fire Safety Alert – Incident in Tower 2 and Non-Compliance by Some Flats
Dear Residents,
We wish to inform you about an important incident that occurred this morning in Tower 2. A fire broke out in the kitchen of one of the flats, but thanks to the properly installed and functional water sprinkler system, the fire was immediately brought under control. There was no damage most importantly, no one was harmed.
This incident demonstrates the critical role of fire safety systems, particularly in high-rise residential buildings like ours. The prompt activation of the kitchen sprinkler prevented the fire from spreading, protecting not just the concerned flat but also neighbouring flats and common areas.
We are sharing this with you not just to inform, but also to once again emphasize the importance of maintaining the fire detection and suppression systems in every flat. Unfortunately, despite repeated reminders and official communications, several flats continue to violate fire safety norms.
Over the past months, the Estate Office has issued multiple letters to specific residents whose kitchen sprinklers and ceiling-mounted fire detection devices have been covered or obstructed, usually by kitchen wardrobes, false ceilings, or other modifications. Our team has also made repeated visits to such flats to inspect and advise on corrective actions.
However, it is extremely concerning that in many of these flats, no corrective action has been taken. By covering or tampering with these systems, residents are not only risking their own lives and property but also endangering the lives of others in the building.
We would like to humbly but firmly remind all residents:
Do not cover or enclose fire sprinklers or smoke detectors.
If you have already done so, please rectify the issue immediately by removing any obstruction.
Ensure that all fire safety devices in your flat remain accessible, visible, and operational at all times.
 
Please treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves. Non-compliance with fire safety norms is a legal violation and a threat to public safety. If we do not see timely corrective action, the Estate Office will be left with no choice but to escalate the matter to the local Fire Department and concerned authorities.

Circular No. 699: Final Notice Immediate Removal of Flower Pots from Balcony Ledges
Dear Residents,
This is the final and strict notice to all residents regarding the unsafe and prohibited practice of placing flower pots and similar objects on balcony ledges and parapet walls.
Despite multiple circulars and active intervention by the security staff, it has come to our notice that certain residents continue to wilfully ignore the safety instructions by placing pots back on the ledges after removal. This is not only reckless and negligent, but it also puts lives at risk and is a clear violation of established safety norms and civic regulations.
Please be aware that, as per prevailing Authority guidelines:
- Any injury, damage, or fatal incident caused by falling pots will result in direct legal liability for the flat owner concerned.
- Such acts may lead to police complaints, legal prosecution, and penalties under relevant public safety laws.
To reiterate:
- Do NOT place any flower pots, planters, or heavy objects on balcony/parapet edges under any circumstances.
- Items found in violation will be removed immediately and without prior intimation.
- Repeat offenders will face strict action, including monetary penalties and escalation to regulatory bodies.

Circular No. 697: Important Notice – Unauthorized Parking in Designated Spaces  (Towers 1, 2, 3, 16 & 17)

This is to inform you that the Estate Office has received multiple complaints from residents, as well as the security team, regarding unauthorized parking of vehicles in open car parking spaces allotted to other residents. These complaints have primarily come from Towers 1, 2, 3, 16, and 17.
It has been observed that some residents are parking vehicles in parking slots that do not belong to them. This is creating considerable inconvenience for the rightful owners of those spaces and is against the rules of our residential community.
Please Note:
Every resident is allocated a specific parking space. Parking in another resident’s slot—without their prior permission—is strictly prohibited.
If your vehicle is currently occupying a parking space that is not allotted to you, we urge you to immediately move it to your designated parking area.
 
Final Deadline – 10th May 2025:
All residents must ensure that their vehicles are parked only in their designated slots by 10-05-2025.
After this deadline, the security team will be authorized to lock any vehicle found parked in an unauthorized space without further warning.

This is to inform all residents that on the night of May 5, 2025, the Station House Officer (SHO) of Thana Beta 2, with a police team of Chowki Judge Colony, visited Purvanchal Royal City and conducted a thorough inspection of our emergency preparedness systems. Following his assessment, the SHO instructed that the police team conduct a full-scale civil defense awareness program and mock drill within our premises.
Purpose:
This initiative is being undertaken to educate and prepare all residents and maintenance staff on emergency response protocols during critical situations such as:
Air raids, Sabotage or terror threats, Hostile intrusions, Fire, and other civil emergencies

We regret to inform you about an unfortunate incident that occurred last night at the swimming pool facility. A female resident was observed entering the women's washroom accompanied by her son, estimated to be around 13–14 years of age.
Despite the efforts of the on-duty security staff to intervene and advise against entry, the resident insisted and proceeded into the washroom. This action led to discomfort among other residents and resulted in a verbal disagreement at the facility.

Purpose of the Fridge:
Every day, some of us end up with extra food that often goes to waste, while others, such as helpers, workers, and passers-by, may go hungry. This "Leftover Food Fridge" provides a simple and meaningful way to bridge that gap. If you have clean, leftover food that is still fresh and edible, you can place it in this fridge. Anyone in need is welcome to take food from it freely and without hesitation.
How It Works:

- How to donate? Neatly pack the food in clean containers, label it with the date and time it was kept, and place it in the fridge.
- Who can take the food? Anyone in need—Maids, Drivers, society staff, delivery workers, laborers, or other individuals—can take food at any time.
Guidelines for Donating:
- Please ensure the food is hygienic, fresh, and safe to eat.
- Do not donate spoiled, stale, or long-stored items.
- Clearly label the container with the date and time of placement.
- Use reusable or disposable containers with proper lids to maintain cleanliness.

As temperatures continue to rise across the country and intense heat waves become more frequent, we at PRC Estate Administration strongly encourage all residents to prioritize safety and energy efficiency during the summer months.
To safeguard your homes and loved ones, and to support the community in managing electricity usage responsibly, we request that you kindly follow the guidelines below:
Air Conditioner Usage & Service
During peak summer, air conditioners are used extensively. However, running them continuously for long hours can result in overheating, increasing the risk of short circuits or even fire due to compressor sparks. We recommend switching off your AC units every 3–4 hours for a short duration to allow them to cool down. Additionally, Air conditioners are heavily relied upon during summer, but improper usage and lack of maintenance can pose serious hazards. Running ACs continuously for long hours can lead to overheating and increase the risk of short circuits or fire due to compressor sparks.
We cannot stress enough that regular AC servicing is very important. It ensures that your unit operates safely and efficiently, reduces power consumption, and extends the lifespan of the appliance.
 
Efficient Use of Electrical Appliances
Please make a conscious effort to turn off lights, fans, and other electrical devices when not in use. Conserving electricity not only helps reduce your energy bills but also eases the overall load on the power grid during high-demand periods.
 
Kitchen Chimney Maintenance
Chimneys tend to accumulate oil and grease, which, if left uncleaned, can become a significant fire hazard. We urge you to service your kitchen chimneys periodically to ensure proper functioning and eliminate the risk of ignition caused by built-up residue.

Circular No. 689 Notice Regarding Labour Day Closure on 1st May 2025
 
Dear Residents,
Greetings from the PRC Estate Administration.
We wish to inform all residents that the PRC Estate Office will remain closed on Thursday, 1st May 2025, on account of Labour Day, a day observed globally in honour of the contributions of workers and support staff who form the backbone of every community.
However, the Clubhouse will remain open and accessible to all residents during regular operational hours.
During this time, we kindly request that you raise any concerns through the ISociety app or the IVR system at +91-9667887388. Please note that while our support team will be unavailable, there may be delays in addressing raised concerns. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Please note that on Thursday, 1st May 2025, laborers such as carpenters, interior workers, electricians, and similar service providers will not be permitted entry into the Purvanchal Royal City complex. This temporary restriction is in place to facilitate internal administrative and operational requirements.
We request all residents and vendors to kindly plan their work schedules accordingly and ensure that no service appointments requiring external labour support are scheduled for that day.
