Dear Residents,

We are pleased to announce the formation of the PRC Official Cricket Teams for Leather and Cosco, each comprising the 30 best players selected from the existing teams participating in the PRC Cricket League. This initiative aims to bring together the finest talent within our society and build two strong, competitive teams to represent the PRC at the highest level.

Selection Process:

Registration:

  • Players interested in being considered for selection must complete the registration form available at the PRC Estate Office.
  • The deadline for submission is 16th February 2025.

Inter-Team Tournament:

  • All existing teams will compete in a structured tournament.
  • Individual performances will be carefully assessed based on batting, bowling, fielding, and overall contribution to the game.
  • Consistency, technique, and match awareness will be key evaluation criteria.

Trials & Fitness Assessment:

  • Shortlisted players from the tournament will be invited for advanced skill-based trials.
  • Fitness tests will be conducted to evaluate endurance, agility, and physical preparedness.
  • A professional coaching panel will oversee this stage.

Final Selection:

  • A selection committee comprising experienced cricketers and organizers will review individual performances, fitness levels, and overall suitability for the team.
  • The final squad of 30 players will be announced after a thorough evaluation.

Dear Residents,

In continuation of Circular No. 652, we would like to formally inform you that the new security service provider has been fully deployed across the society effective 1st February 2025. Ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents remains our topmost priority, and with this transition, we have introduced significant enhancements to the security infrastructure of our community.

Enhanced Security Measures for Maximum Vigilance

To ensure uninterrupted and improved security coverage, we have implemented the following measures:

  • Increased Security Presence: An additional team of supervisors has been deployed, with five supervisors on the day shift and five on the night shift to oversee operations more effectively.
  • Strategic Division of Security Zones: The society has been systematically divided into five security groups to ensure focused monitoring of all towers and common areas.
  • Regular Patrols & Hourly Post Checks: Each supervisor will conduct hourly inspections of designated security posts to eliminate any potential security gaps, ensuring that no post is left unattended.
  • Immediate Backup Coverage: In cases where a guard may need to step away momentarily (e.g., for a break or restroom use), the assigned supervisor will ensure there is no disruption in coverage.
  • 24/7 Emergency Response: The new system ensures that supervisors remain readily available to respond to any security concerns, emergencies, or resident queries at all times.

Please be informed that essential maintenance work will be carried out on our HT, VCB, and Relay systems to enhance the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our electrical infrastructure. These components play a critical role in protecting our power supply from faults and ensuring a stable distribution of electricity. Regular maintenance is necessary to prevent unexpected failures, minimize risks, and ensure uninterrupted service in the long run. As a result, the NPCL power supply will be temporarily shut down during this scheduled maintenance.

Following the earlier announcement in Circular No. 606 regarding the PRC Cosco Ball Cricket Tournament, we are excited to reintroduce this event due to unavoidable circumstances. The tournament could not be held earlier due to the non-availability of the ground and the fact that some of our Phase 2 residents had not shifted at the time.

This is an opportunity for our community to come together and enjoy the spirit of cricket. We invite all residents to participate and make this event a grand success.

HOW TO REGISTER:

Form a team with your fellow residents, gather your friends, and assemble a ready squad to hit the pitch and showcase your cricketing skills. Each team must have at least 11 players. Registration forms can be obtained from the Estate Office or downloaded from our Isociety App. Completed forms can be submitted to the Estate Office. Don't miss this chance to not only enjoy the thrill of the game but also to build lasting bonds with your neighbors. The last Date for Registration is 31st January 2025.

The outgoing Cultural Committee has played a pivotal role in organizing events, festivals, and activities that have been central to fostering a sense of unity, pride, and shared identity among our residents. Formation of the New Cultural Committee

In the spirit of inclusivity, the new Cultural Committee will be formed with equal representation from both genders, with two members—one male and one female—from each tower in PRC. This will ensure that the committee reflects a broad range of perspectives and upholds our commitment to diversity and equal participation.

Eligibility for Membership and Roles of Committee Members

We invite all flat owners who reside in the PRC to consider joining the Cultural Committee. Ideal candidates will be individuals who have demonstrated a strong commitment to community involvement and possess a genuine passion for enhancing the cultural life of our society. As a member, you will be integral in planning, organizing, and overseeing various cultural events and activities throughout the year.

The main responsibilities of the committee will include:

Planning and organizing community events: This could include celebrations for national holidays, cultural festivals, theme-based gatherings, talent showcases, and other social activities that bring people together.

Promoting inclusivity: Ensuring that all cultural events are welcoming, diverse, and inclusive, providing opportunities for everyone in our community—regardless of caste, religion, or other backgrounds—to participate and enjoy.

Monthly meetings and decision-making: Committee members are required to attend at least one meeting per month to contribute to the decision-making process regarding cultural events, ensuring that the committee's activities align with the community’s interests and needs.

Nomination and Submission Process

To nominate yourself or someone else for the Cultural Committee, please access the nomination form through the Isociety app, WhatsApp group, or Telegram group. The completed forms, along with the necessary details, must be submitted to the estate office no later than 15 February 2025. In addition, each nomination must be endorsed by at least 20 flat owners from the same tower, who should sign the form to confirm their support for the candidate. This ensures that the community is engaged and has a say in forming the committee.

Selection Process

If multiple nominations are received from the same tower, a fair and transparent draw will be conducted in the presence of the estate office to determine the representatives. This process will ensure that the selection is unbiased and in line with the community's best interests.

Committee Meetings and Participation Requirements

The Cultural Committee will hold regular meetings to discuss upcoming events, plan activities, and review the success of past initiatives. A minimum of 18 members will be required to form a quorum for decision-making. While we will aim to provide at least 7 days' notice for regular meetings, in cases of urgency, meetings may be scheduled with shorter notice, provided the quorum is met. If a quorum is not achieved, the meeting will be adjourned and rescheduled for the same time and place the following week.

Important Note on Participation

To maintain an active role in the Cultural Committee, members are required to attend at least one meeting per month. Active participation is key to ensuring that the committee continues to thrive and serve the interests of all residents.

The Cultural Committee is integral to the vibrant and cohesive atmosphere that we have come to cherish within the PRC.   • Tata Power EZ Charge App: Easily manage your EV charging needs by downloading the app via this link.

To use the EV Connect App:

1.       Locate the station by searching based on location, power level, or accessibility.

2.       Access the station by scanning the QR code displayed or entering the station ID manually.

3.       Set up your payment method by selecting from the app wallet, credit card, or RFID card.

4.       Choose the connector type that matches your vehicle's charging port.

5.       Prepare your vehicle by opening the charging port cover.

6.       Securely attach the charging cable to the port and lock to begin charging.

Please note: Charging times may vary based on several factors, including your vehicle's current battery level, ambient temperature, the station’s type and capacity, and the battery’s age and condition, which may degrade naturally over time.

Dear Residents,

We hope this letter finds you well and in good health.

Upon examination of the lease agreements of tenants in this complex, it has come to our attention that, in certain cases, the expiration date of their lease agreements has passed. In such circumstances, impacted renters are considered to be illegally present.

While lease agreements may have been renewed, copies have not been submitted to the estate office. All affected owners/tenants are requested to double-check the lease agreement dates of their tenants. If the date has already passed and the tenants still reside there, the leases should be renewed promptly, and copies should be provided to the estate office to update their records. Those who have already renewed their lease agreements but have not yet submitted a copy to the estate office are urged to do so by January 20, 2025.

Failure to comply will result in the Estate Office of PRC being compelled to cease all services related to the specified flat, including access to the iSociety app and club entry. Furthermore, the estate office will notify the concerned police station that the said flat is being occupied by individuals for whom no details are available with the estate office. In case of any security concerns raised by the police stations, you alone will be solely responsible for all the consequences arising from such situations.

Dear Residents,

We are writing to inform you about an important update regarding the security services in our residential complex. Ensuring the safety and security of all residents is our utmost priority, and it is imperative that our security arrangements are reliable and effective.

As communicated in our earlier circular dated Wednesday, July 3, 2024, we had given Swift Securitas approximately 4-5 months to improve their performance and fulfill their commitment to providing adequate manpower. Despite repeated follow-ups and a final notice issued to the agency to address the gaps in their service, there has been no significant improvement. The agency has failed to meet the agreed standards, posing a concern for the security and safety of the residents.

After thorough deliberation, we have decided to terminate Swift Securitas's services by giving them one month’s notice, per our agreement's terms. Their services will officially conclude on January 31, 2025. In the interim, we have identified a new security provider, NDS Security, to take over safeguarding our complex.

NDS Security has been selected after rigorous evaluations, including site visits to various residential projects and assessments of multiple agencies. Their consistent excellence in service delivery, well-trained personnel, and adherence to complete manpower deployment standards make them the ideal choice for our community’s security needs.

NDS Security will commence its services on February 1, 2025. To ensure a seamless transition, a three-month adaptation period will be required to familiarize itself with the site’s requirements and implement its security protocols effectively.

We firmly believe that this change will substantially enhance the security framework of our complex, providing residents with the highest level of safety and peace of mind. This initiative underscores our commitment to creating a secure living environment for everyone within the community. We are confident that these measures will contribute to a greater sense of security and trust among all residents.

Dear Residents, 

I trust this message finds you in good health and safety.

We wanted to share some information about the upcoming Lohri celebration, a traditional winter folk festival celebrated in North India. On the night before Makar Sankranti, Lohri marks the passing of the Winter Solstice and symbolizes the anticipation of longer days as the sun moves towards the northern hemisphere.

During Lohri, a customary bonfire is lit, and people offer prayers for a bountiful harvest, expressing gratitude for the prosperity it brings to their families. They are accompanied by dancing and singing popular folk songs.

We are delighted to announce that the PRC Cultural Committee has organized a Lohri celebration for all residents on January 13, 2025, at 7:30 PM. The event will take place near the Gate no 2 Entrance of the society and will include a Bonfire, Dhol performances, and dancing. We warmly invite all residents to join us in making this occasion memorable.

Please refer to our letter dated 31.03.2024 concerning the demand for maintenance charges from 01.04.2024 to 31.03.2025. Kindly make the payment for the 4th Quarter maintenance charges, covering the period from 01.01.2025 to 31.03.2025, for the maintenance services provided in the residential complex of "Purvanchal Royal City," located at GH-05, Sector-CHI-V, Greater Noida.

All flat owners are requested to pay maintenance charges for the 4th quarter, starting from 01.01.2025 to 31.03.2025, according to the category of their flat mentioned in the attached "Annexure-A," on or before 10.01.2025.

If you have already paid the maintenance charges online but have not submitted the transaction details, please provide them so that a receipt can be issued. Kindly ignore this reminder if you have already paid.

Follow these simple steps to pay your maintenance charges through the iSociety app:

  1. Open the iSociety app and log in using your credentials.
  2. Select the "Accounts" option from the menu.
  3. In the payment options, choose "Maintenance" and enter the required maintenance amount.
  4. Click on the "Make Payment" button.
  5. Proceed to pay your maintenance bill using credit/debit cards or any other available payment method.

You can conveniently pay your maintenance charges through the following methods:

It has been observed that some residents have been keeping pots and other objects on ledges outside their windows or balconies after repeated reminders, which poses a significant risk to both individuals and the community as a whole.

While we understand the desire to add a touch of greenery or utilize space efficiently, it is crucial to recognize the potential hazards associated with placing pots on ledges. The weight and instability of these objects can lead to accidents, especially during inclement weather conditions or when strong winds are present. A falling pot or object from a significant height can cause severe injuries to individuals below and may even be fatal.

We strongly urge you to immediately remove any pots or objects from the ledges. Instead, we encourage you to explore safer alternatives such as utilizing indoor planters or garden spaces designated within the PRC where plants can be nurtured without compromising safety.

Furthermore, we kindly request your cooperation in reminding your neighbors and fellow residents about the importance of adhering to this safety guideline. We can create a secure living environment that benefits everyone by working together.

In a fire emergency, our fire evacuation system must operate efficiently to facilitate a quick and safe evacuation. To achieve this, all residents must always cooperate and maintain clear floor pathways.

Together, we can create a secure and protected environment for all residents. Your commitment to clear pathways will contribute to our community's safety and well-being. Lift lobbies on all floors are required to be cleared at times, including cycles, flower pots, etc., as per the requirement of the Fire Department for quick rescue operations in case of a fire incident. The fire department team frequently inspects this aspect and can levy heavy penalties on us if they find anything kept in lift lobbies. You all are requested to remove such items from lift lobbies on all floors.

Therefore, we kindly request your utmost attention to the following guidelines:

  1. Keep common areas free from personal belongings, furniture, and other obstructions that may hinder or delay evacuation.
  2. Avoid storing items or leaving objects unattended in stairwells, hallways, or emergency exit areas.
  3. Do not block or obstruct fire doors, emergency exits, or fire extinguishers.
  4. Exercise caution when placing plants, decorations, or any other items near emergency exits to ensure they do not impede evacuation routes.
