Effective November 4, 2024, the swimming pool will be temporarily closed for the winter season. The pool will remain closed throughout the winter and will be reopened in the next season, allowing everyone to enjoy it once again when the weather is more conducive to outdoor swimming.

As we celebrate Dussehra, the festival symbolizing the victory of good over evil, let us take this auspicious occasion to embark on new beginnings. We pray that Lord Ram blesses your life with happiness and success. We wish you all a very Happy Vijayadashami!
Please be informed that all society services will be closed on Saturday, October 12th, 2024, and will resume on Sunday, October 13th, 2024, at 9:00 AM.
During this time, please submit any concerns via the iSociety app or IVR at +91-9667887388. Please note that due to the unavailability of our support team, there may be delays in addressing issues. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
Furthermore, entry for laborers, including interior workers, carpenters, painters, civil workers, mechanics, and others, will not be allowed in the Purvanchal Royal City complex on Dussehra, on 12th October 2024.
The Club House, including the gymnasium, spa, swimming pool, games room, library, etc, will also remain closed on that day.

Dear Sir/Ma’am,
Thank you very much for the cooperation extended by you for maintaining the residential complex of “Purvanchal Royal City”. We also appreciate the regular efforts being made by the flat owners/residents for the improvement of the maintenance services and we are sincerely thankful for their valuable suggestions. It is only due to your co-operation, that we are amongst the top well-maintained group housing complexes in Greater Noida. We are confident that this gesture of your co-operation will continue in future too.
Please refer to our letter dated 31.03.2024 concerning the demand for maintenance charges for the period from 01.04.2024 to 31.03.2025. Kindly make the payment for the 3rd Quarter maintenance charges, covering the period from 01.10.2024 to 31.12.2024, for the maintenance services provided in the residential complex of "Purvanchal Royal City," located at GH-05, Sector-CHI-V, Greater Noida.
All flat owners are requested to make the payment of maintenance charges for the 3rd quarter, starting from 01.10.2024 to 31.12.2024, according to the category of their flat mentioned in the attached "Annexure-A," on or before 10.10.2024.
If you have already made the payment for the maintenance charges online but have not submitted the transaction details, please provide the details so that a receipt can be issued. Kindly ignore this reminder if you have already made the payment.
Follow these simple steps to pay your maintenance charges through the iSociety app:
- Open the iSociety app and log in using your credentials.
- Select the "Accounts" option from the menu.
- In the payment options, choose "Maintenance" and enter the required maintenance amount.
- Click on the "Make Payment" button.
- Proceed to pay your maintenance bill using credit/debit cards or any other available payment method.
You can conveniently pay your maintenance charges through the following methods:
