Circular No. 810 – Final Reminder and Notice Mandatory Relocation of Kitchen Sink to Original Location
Dear Residents,
This is a final reminder in continuation of Circular No. 611 dated July 27, 2024, regarding the unauthorised relocation of kitchen sinks to the kitchen lobby and their connection to the rainwater harvesting line.
Despite repeated communication and adequate time provided, it has been observed that in several flats, the kitchen sink waste line remains connected to the rainwater harvesting system. This unauthorised practice is causing serious damage to the rainwater harvesting bore and disrupting the proper functioning of the system.
Residents are once again directed to ensure that kitchen sinks remain only at their original approved locations and are completely disconnected from the rainwater harvesting line. All such unauthorised alterations must be rectified without delay.
Please take note that the rainwater harvesting system has already required re-boring due to damage caused by these connections. In case the above-mentioned issue is not rectified within 10 days from the date of this notice, the management shall be constrained to initiate appropriate legal action against the concerned flat owner, in addition to recovering the cost of repairs, re-boring, and any consequential damages, without any further notice.
We urge all affected residents to treat this matter with utmost seriousness and ensure immediate compliance in the larger interest of the community.

Circular No 809 Final Reminder: Immediate Rectification of Fire Safety Alterations and Mandatory Compliance
Dear Residents,
This is to formally remind all concerned residents that, despite the issuance of Circular No. 806 dated Friday, 23 January 2026, several flats have not yet been rectified, as unauthorised alterations have been made to approved fire safety systems within their units.
It is deeply concerning that even after repeated inspections and multiple reminders, several residents have failed to restore their fire safety installations to the approved and original condition. Such continued non-compliance constitutes a serious violation of statutory fire safety norms and poses a direct risk to life and property, not only to the occupants of the concerned flat but also to the entire tower.
You are hereby once again directed to immediately remove all unauthorised modifications and fully restore the fire safety system as per the approved layout.
IMPORTANT DIRECTIONS:
- Restoration must be completed within seven (7) days from the date of this circular.
- All restoration work shall be carried out entirely at the resident’s own cost, risk, and responsibility.
- Any further delay or refusal to comply will be treated as wilful negligence and deliberate violation of safety regulations.
In case of continued non-compliance after the above deadline, the Management shall be compelled to initiate strict action without any further notice, including but not limited to:
- Reporting the violation to the Fire Department and other competent statutory authorities
- Initiation of action under applicable fire safety laws and regulations
- All consequences, including legal and financial liabilities arising from such action, shall rest solely with the concerned resident.
Residents who require technical guidance for restoration may contact the Estate Office for clarification regarding the approved fire safety configuration.
For assistance and coordination:
8800190810 | 8800190823 | 9717291592 | 9311771103, Email: emprc@purvanchalprojects.com
Further, residents whose flats were found locked during the earlier inspection and who have not yet arranged for re-inspection are reminded to do so immediately. Failure to facilitate inspection will also be viewed as non-compliance.
Fire safety is not optional. It is a shared and non-negotiable responsibility. Your immediate cooperation is expected in the interest of the safety of all residents.
Warm regards, PRC Estate Administration

Circular No 807 Notice Regarding Ban on Short-Term Letting, OYO / Airbnb and Temporary Stay in Residential Flats
Dear Residents,
It has been observed with serious concern that some flats in society are being used for short-term stays and are being offered through platforms such as OYO, Airbnb, and similar online booking portals, as well as through offline arrangements.
The Management strongly notes that such use of residential flats is strictly against the basic character of the society, creates serious security and safety risks, and causes inconvenience and disturbance to genuine residents.
Residents are hereby informed that, as per the regulations and planning norms of the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA), all residential flats are sanctioned strictly for residential use only. Use of any flat for commercial purposes, including hotels, guest houses, service apartments, or any other kind of lodging or commercial activity, is strictly prohibited on residential premises.
Such short-term stay activities are also in violation of the Society Bye-Laws, which permit flats to be used only for bona fide long-term residential purposes and not for commercial exploitation or hotel/guest house type operations.
Therefore, in the interest of safety, security, and peaceful living of all residents, it is hereby decided and strictly directed that:
1. No flat shall be listed or operated on OYO, Airbnb, or any similar online or offline booking platform.
2. No flat shall be used for daily, weekly, short-term, or temporary stay by paying guests, visitors, or unknown occupants.
3. Flats may be rented out only for long-term residential use, strictly after completing all documentation, police verification, and registration formalities with the Association and Security Office.
In case of any non-compliance with this notice, the PRC Estate Administration may be constrained to take appropriate action as per Bye-Laws.
All residents are requested to treat this matter as extremely important and cooperate fully in maintaining the safety, discipline, and residential character of our society.
This notice shall come into effect immediately.
For any queries or assistance, please feel free to contact the Estate Office at emprc@purvanchalprojects.com or reach out to the Estate Managers at 8800190810, 8800190823, 9311771103, or 9717291592.

Circular No 806 URGENT: Mandatory Restoration of Fire Safety Systems and Re-Inspection of Flats
Dear Residents,
As part of our ongoing fire safety compliance drive, our technical team recently conducted a detailed inspection of all towers. During this exercise, it was found that a significant number of flats have made unauthorised alterations to the approved fire safety systems installed in their units.
It is a matter of serious concern that in 90 flats, the fire safety system has been modified or tampered with. In several of these cases, two to three reminders have already been issued earlier, yet the necessary corrections have still not been carried out. Additionally, some new flats have now been added to this list.
All residents whose flats are listed are hereby directed to immediately remove all unauthorised modifications and restore the fire safety system to its original, approved condition.
Please note:
1. Restoration must be completed within ten (10) days from the date of this circular.
2. The entire work shall be done at the resident's own risk, responsibility, and cost.
3. Any deviation from the approved fire safety layout is a serious safety violation and puts not only your own family but also your neighbours and the entire tower at risk.
Our technical team is available to guide you if you need any clarification regarding the original fire safety configuration.
In the event of failure to comply within the stipulated timeframe, the Management shall be constrained to initiate appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws, rules, and statutory fire safety regulations, including reporting the matter to the competent authorities. Any consequences, penalties, or legal liabilities arising out of such non-compliance shall be solely at the risk, cost, and responsibility of the concerned resident.
For support or clarification regarding restoration of fire safety systems, you may contact:
8800190810 | 8800190823 | 9717291592 | 9311771103 | emprc@purvanchalprojects.com
Separately, during the same inspection drive, around 825 flats could not be inspected as they were locked at the scheduled time.
Residents whose flats were found locked during the inspection are hereby informed that they must arrange for a re-inspection at the earliest. Such residents are requested to immediately contact the concerned team to fix a rechecking schedule by calling 8800190810, 7303093033, 9910912940, or 9058484346.
The attached list includes flats with fire safety deviations as well as flats that could not be inspected earlier due to being locked.
All concerned residents are requested to treat this matter with utmost seriousness and urgency. Fire safety is a shared responsibility, and strict compliance is essential for the safety of everyone living in society.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Warm regards, PRC Estate Administration

Dear Residents,
I hope this message finds you well and in good health.
As winter reaches its turning point, Lohri brings with it warmth, joy, and a sense of togetherness. Widely celebrated across North India, Lohri is observed on the eve of Makar Sankranti and marks the end of the winter solstice, welcoming longer days as the sun begins its northward journey.

In this spirit, the PRC Cultural Committee is delighted to host a Lohri celebration for all residents on Tuesday, 13 January 2026, at 7:30 PM, Tower 3 to 4 near the tennis Court. The evening will feature a bonfire, Dhol performances, and group dancing, creating a festive atmosphere for all age groups.

CIRCULAR NO. 800 – Strict Warning: Prohibited Practices in Towers
Dear Residents,
This is to bring to everyone’s attention two very serious issues that have been repeatedly reported, despite earlier reminders and advisories. These actions are creating nuisance, safety hazards, and showing disregard for community living norms.
Throwing Garbage and Food Items in Lawns
Some residents have been throwing garbage, leftover food, and other waste into the lawns of ground-floor flats. This is absolutely unacceptable. Such behaviour:
- Creates unhygienic and unpleasant conditions.
- Endangers pets and children who may unknowingly come in contact with or consume such items.
- Disrespects the privacy and well-being of fellow residents.
This must stop immediately. Throwing anything into another resident’s lawn, balcony will be treated as a deliberate nuisance, and strict action will be taken.
Flower Pots on Balcony Ledges
Despite repeated reminders, many residents continue to place flower pots on balcony ledges. This practice is extremely dangerous. Pots can fall at any time due to wind, rain, or accidental movement, putting the lives of residents, especially those on the ground floor and those walking below, at serious risk.
Let it be clearly understood: placing flower pots on balcony ledges is strictly prohibited. Any such violation is a serious safety hazard and will not be tolerated.
Final Warning
Both of these issues—throwing waste into lawns and keeping flower pots on ledges—are violations of community safety and discipline. Any future violation will attract strict action as per the government bylaws.
We urge all residents to act responsibly and respect the shared values of safe and harmonious living. These rules are not optional—they are necessary for the safety, dignity, and well-being of everyone.
For any queries, please write to us at emprc@purvanchalprojects.com or contact your Estate Manager at 8800190823, 9717291592, 9311771103, or 8800190810.
Thank you.
