We acknowledge receipt of your letter dated June 29, 2024, concerning the unfortunate incident in our Royal City Community on June 27, 2024. We take this incident very seriously and are taking steps to prevent such incidents in the future.
As security is a concern, we have issued a final notice to the security agency to improve its services with immediate effect and ensure strict compliance with the norms of security and safety of residents of the complex. Failing this, we will be compelled to terminate the security services agency. If the security agency fails to improve its services we will terminate them.
As the developer and maintenance agency of Royal City, we are committed to serving you to the best of our abilities.
Here it is also important to inform all of you that we don’t have any kind of reservation regarding the formation of AOA by the residents of Royal City we our self in view that AOA should be formed in the Royal City Community as early as possible we are only waiting for the sifting of reasonable numbers of Resident in Royal City – phase II Since Royal City- phase II handing over is going on and it is expected that good numbers of residents sifting will be completed within 6 months So, we are in a view that we will hold a General Body meeting with residents of Phase I & II and after proper discussion with maximum numbers of residents of the entire complex we our self-will facilitate the Resident to form a proper and legal AOA. However, if you are in a hurry to form the AOA of Royal City, we don’t have any kind of reservation regarding this you may form it any time as per your wish we are ready to facilitate whatever you need from us.

PRC Annual Sports Carnival
Dear Residents,
Get ready to dust off your racquets, lace up your sneakers, and polish your chess skills because it's that time of the year again! We are thrilled to announce the much-anticipated Annual Sports Competition from June 2024 to July 2024.
This exciting event aims to promote health, fitness, and camaraderie among our esteemed residents. We firmly believe that sports provide recreation and foster strong bonds within our community.
AGE CATEGORIES:
All age groups are welcome to participate! We will have separate categories for kids, teens, adults, and seniors. A minimum of 08 players are required for any category if not they will merge into another category. 
REGISTRATION:
Please find the attached registration form. Kindly fill it out and submit it to the estate office along with the fee of Rs. 100. Per category Ensure you register on time to secure your spot in the competition.
SPORTS CATEGORIES:
The competition will feature Tennis, Badminton, Squash, Basketball, Chess, Swimming, Snooker, Billiards, Speed Hockey, and Table Tennis. Participants can register for one or more sports depending on their interests and abilities.

As part of this initiative, we are pleased to announce a blood donation camp in collaboration with the Government Institute of Medical Science (GIMS) and the Red Cross Society, which will contribute to Healthy Living.
The blood donation camp will be organized on 09th June 2024 with a team of 4 doctors and 5 nurses from GIMS and the Red Cross Society. The camp will be held at Club Royale from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Interested participants are requested to register their names at the estate office. Please note that participants must be at least 18 years of age. The collected blood will be donated to the district blood bank.

Circular No 590– Urgent Action Required - Relocation of Kitchen Sink to Original Location
Dear Residents,
We hope this letter finds you well. We are writing to address a crucial issue that has recently come to our attention regarding the installation of kitchen sinks in the kitchen lobby and their connection to the rainwater harvesting line.
It has been observed that some residents have connected the waste pipelines of their kitchen sinks with the rainwater harvesting line. This action has unfortunately led to damage to the bore of the rainwater harvesting system. As a result, it has become imperative for us to take immediate action to rectify this situation.
In light of this, we kindly request all residents who have installed their kitchen sinks in the kitchen lobby and connected them to the rainwater harvesting line to relocate them to their original locations within the stipulated time frame of 15 days.
We have already undertaken the necessary steps to re-bore the rainwater harvesting system to ensure its proper functioning. However, to prevent any further damage and ensure the efficient recycling of water, the kitchen sinks must be relocated to their original positions.
We understand the convenience of having the kitchen sink on the balcony however, it is our collective responsibility to maintain the integrity of our rainwater harvesting system. Failure to comply with this request may result in additional maintenance costs for the community.
We sincerely urge all affected residents to cooperate with us in this matter and take prompt action to relocate their kitchen sinks.

Circular No 589– Access Control In The Lifts of Tower 18
Dear Residents of Tower 18,

The implementation of this system is scheduled to take place on 10-6-2024. With this new feature, only residents with an authorized access control card will be able to use the lifts to reach their respective floors. Circular No 587– prioritize safety and energy efficiency this summer

As we experience increasing heatwaves across India, we urge you to prioritize safety and energy efficiency this summer.
Please take the following steps to prevent potential hazards:
- Turn off your electric devices, especially air conditioners, every 3-4 hours for some time. This will help prevent overheating and reduce the fire risk caused by AC compressors' sparks. Regular maintenance is also required.
- Use your electric devices efficiently. Turn off any appliances that are not in use and try to minimize the overall electricity consumption.
- Please service your kitchen chimney regularly. Since oil residue does not evaporate from the chimney, regular maintenance is essential to prevent kitchen fires.
