CIRCULAR NO 474 – “Re-open of Swimming Pool”

Dear Residents,

We hope this letter finds you well and in good health

The Swimming Pool operations will resume on 4th April 2023, Swimmers using the swimming pool will Comply with all the instructions displayed around the pool and observe the rules of personal hygiene displayed all over the swimming pool area.

Guidelines and precautions you must follow while hitting the swimming pool

  1. Any children under the age of 14 will not be allowed in the swimming pool without their parents/guardians and should not be left unaccompanied while they’re in or outside the pool
  2. Swimming in normal Clothes is strictly not allowed, make sure you wear a proper swimming costume and headgear (swim cap), and biometric entry is compulsory
  3. People with open cuts, wounds, bandages, injuries, colds, coughs, fever, skin diseases, venereal diseases, and upset stomachs must not be allowed to swim
  4. Do not enter the swimming pool if you suffer from a dermatological disease. People with extended abrasions, blisters, or open wounds should get information about the risk of infection and avoid entering the swimming pool
  5. Toddlers must be made to wear swim-proof diapers. Use swim-specific diapers (reusable or disposable options are available). A non-swim diaper will not perform well in water (Wear swimming attire, not regular clothes)
  6. Shower before and after swimming in the pool, do not use creams or lotions before entering the pool
  7. Take a shower obligatorily before using the swimming pool. Use obligatorily the foot basin which contains a 0.3-0.6% chlorine solution to disinfect their feet before entering the swimming pool
  8. Leave a towel on the lounge chair if you’re occupying it so that others know it’s taken
  9. Never bring food or drinks in the pool as crumbs or spills can increase bacteria and attract pests. If a glass, cup, or dish breaks, you will need to drain the pool so you can clean it and ensure all the broken pieces are removed
  10. Do not engage in a conversation with the lifeguard as it may divert his attention
  11. Instruct children to walk, not run around the swimming pool. Adults should not engage in roughhousing in or around the pool
  12. Kindly note that the due to the cleaning of the swimming pool. In lieu of this, the pool will be closed every Thursday. The pool closures are to facilitate a thorough cleaning process of all pool facilities.
  13. Details of check-in and check-out times of members and visitors must be recorded along with their name address, phone number, temperature, and oxygen saturation the document said. Thermal screening at the entry point for residents and staff is mandatory before entering
  14. The temperature should be recorded for the employee and the residents for contact tracing.
  15. Sanitize your middle finger with an alcohol swab and check oxygen saturation using a pulse oximeter. Those having oxygen saturation below 95% should not be allowed to enter. PRC management will call the central / state helpline/ambulance and refer such persons to the nearest health facility.
  16. No more reaching out to disposable cups at the water cooler, instead, carries your water bottle. 
  17. The management is not responsible for any injuries that may occur at any time within the pool area, and assume no liability for articles left in the pool area
  18. Do not swim when you are hungry, exhaustive, overheated, and for at least an hour after the meal.

Therefore, you are requested to deposit the water charges on or before 10.04.2023 as per the category-wise table mentioned above. 

The Greater Noida Authority has raised the water bill from 29th Oct 2018 to 31 March 2023. The company has given the first five-month rebate to all the customers as the water bill has been charged from 29th Oct 2018 by Greater Noida Authority to the Company. The company has calculated the water bill from 1st April 2019. All individual flat owners need to pay the water charges from the date of the Certificate of transfer of possession of their flat. There is an interest levied by the Greater Noida Authority on the water bill raised towards the company, but the Company has not levied the same interest on the customers, the interest has been borne by the Company only.

In case of delay in payment after 10.04.2023, the interest @ 10% per annum shall be charged for the first 30 days, and thereafter, appropriate penalty/action will be imposed against the defaulters in addition to the levy of the interest as mentioned above.

In case of cheque bounces for any reason Rs. 300/- will be charged as Bank & other charges. If the flat owner(s) fails to pay or redeposit the new cheque in lieu of bounced cheque within 10 days, the interest & penalty will also be charged as mentioned above after 10 days.

Payment Detail:

The Cheque/DD in favor of “R. R. Management Consultants Pvt Ltd” may be deposited in the estate office.

PRC Cultural Committee is organizing Navratri Festival with sheer enthusiasm at Purvanchal Royal City Club House from Wednesday 22nd March until 30th March 2023 as per details given below.

  1. A dedicated hall will be provided by PRC for Daily Pooja followed by Aarti during Navratri. 
  2. Daily Bhajan and Aarti will be conducted between Times 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Apart from that, some devotees may visit the venue to take care of the decoration.
  3. Dedicated security manpower (02 No's - 01 male, 01 female) will be deployed 24*7 at the venue.
  4. Fixtures and furniture will be provided during the event. Sound System, chairs, Carpet, etc. are covered with white bedsheets.
  5. Bhajan/Kirtan, Aarti, and Prasad will be the responsibility of the PRC devotees. 
  6. Prasad will be prepared in the Club Kitchen and distribution can be done by a few devotees nominated by a group of devotees to execute in an organize and controlled manner in the guidance of the CC Team to mitigate the risk. 
  7. The last date to be intimated for prasad etc. for Navratri would be 19/03/2023. You can connect with your tower representative to share any contribution you would like to make voluntarily only (This is as per the request from some devotees to contribute in Parsad).
  8. On the day of Ram Navami, we will celebrate ram janmotsav on 30th March 2023.

Purvanchal Projects for their residents is proud to continue “WE CARE”. Under this initiative, we will be inviting the Government institute of medical science (Government of Uttar Pradesh) and the red cross society to provide a blood donation camp that would help us for Healthy Living. In the series, we would like to introduce. 

The blood donation camp will be organized on 18th March 2023 in collaboration with GIMS and the Red Cross Society a group consisting of 4 doctors and 5 nurses. This program will be organized in our Club Royale from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Interested participants are requested to register their names in the estate office. Also, participants must be at least 18 years of age. The collected blood will be given to the district blood bank.

An awareness drive is therefore proposed on 17th March 2023 for a more effective outcome for the proposed walk-in camp on 18th March 2023.

Purvanchal Projects have been supporting residents to the extent possible however we have residents who have not paid the maintenance for the last 2 quarters.

We request all residents pay their dues on priority, failing to do so we would not be able to support the maintenance. The last extended date to pay is 12th March 2023 for residents who have >=2 quarters of maintenance pending.

PRC Cultural Committee is organizing Holi Festival with sheer enthusiasm in the complex, as per the following program.

7th march 2023: Holika Dahan - 7:00 PM onwards at the main gate.

8th march 2023: Rangwali Holi - 9:00 am onwards at parking area between tower 11 and main gate with DJ & water sprinkler system. DJ Will be Available between 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Only.

SECURITY MEASURES ARE AS BELOW.

Play Holi only in the designated area near the main gate, No Holi colors will be allowed in any blocks, staircase, Club House, or fountains area. Keep the common area and walls free of color.

The Entry & Exit gates of Purvanchal Royal City will be closed on Wednesday 8th March 2023 starting from 09 AM TILL 3 PM due to the security measures taken on the Holi festival.

No Guests will be allowed to enter the Purvanchal Royal City. In case of necessity, the guest will be allowed after the approval on the intercom and, the guest will enter only after the owner \ Tenant will come to the gate and escort their guest.

Any type of Labors (Car painters, Interior Work, Car cleaners, & Dhobi, etc.) will not be allowed to enter in Purvanchal Royal City complex during the Holi festival on 8th March 2023. No private job will be allowed on the occasion of Holi.

Please inform the main gate security if any unidentified/suspicious person is moving into the complex.

No visitor car without a sticker car will not be allowed inside the campus on the occasion of Holi.

On the occasion of Holi, the Purvanchal Estate office and club House will remain closed on the 7th & 8th of March 2023. We request you kindly drop your concerns via the Isociety app and IVR-+91-9667887388. Please note that due to support team unavailability, there would be delays in resolving issues and we request you kindly be patient and cooperate with us.

It has been found that some of the residents have been throwing trash in the other flats and the shafts or via their balconies on the ground floor, every day people are throwing cigarette butts, ladies’ hair, food disposal, etc., etc. on the ground floor Lawns. This is prohibited and disturbing from the hygiene and cleaning prospectus.

We all need to ensure that we maintain hygiene and cleanliness in our neighborhood.

Request all the residents to report any such incident to the estate office and in case of any defaulters are identified there will be strict action taken by the Estate office.

Request you to please cooperate and maintain hygiene in society.

Circular No-464 – Formation of Next Cultural Committee

Dear Residents,

Hope you are well and keeping safe.

First of all, we would like to congratulate and thank the PRC Cultural Committee for their sincere efforts and contribution to the PRC Cultural Event. Congratulation

Continuing our efforts to streamline the procedures established with our residents for celebrating festivals in the PRC, we wish to inform you that the term of the current PRC Cultural Committee has expired. Therefore, to constitute the PRC Cultural Committee, we propose forming a new committee of 22 flat owners to take care of cultural activities in the PRC. To ensure true representation, at least one unit owner from each tower should be represented on this cultural committee.

Membership of PRC Cultural Committee – The membership of the society is open to Any person, HUF, firm, association of persons, and/or corporation who has purchased and currently resides in a dwelling in Purvanchal Royal City and shall become a member of the PRC Cultural Committee. The tenant cannot apply to the cultural committee. Only the constituted active PRC Cultural Committee is authorized to conduct cultural activities/events, irrespective of caste/religion or reservations.

We request that interested flat owners complete the form for the cultural committee by downloading it from the isociety app and submitting it to the estate office by Feb. 15, 2023. The nomination of the said unit owner for the Cultural Committee shall be supported and duly signed by at least 20 flat owners from the same tower. In the event of multiple requests from the same tower, the selection will be made by the draw of lots by the applicants in the presence of the estate office.

General Terms & Conditions.

  1. The meeting of the Culture Committee should be convened with 7 days' notice by the members of the Culture Committee at their registered cell phone number: via WhatsApp
  2. The meeting will be brief. A meeting of the cultural committee can be called at short notice, subject to the following conditions: If the cultural committee is required to have an urgent function, at least 11 members are required. In the absence of such meetings, the decision made at such meetings shall be circulated to all members of the Cultural Committee and shall be final only upon ratification by at least 11 members. 
     
  3. A quorum was present at the meeting of the Culture Committee with a total of 11 members. If a committee meeting cannot be held due to a lack of a quorum, the meeting shall automatically adjourn to the same time and place the following week. If the committee no longer has a quorum, the remaining members may hold a meeting with the estate office and make the decision.
  4. Cultural committee members must attend at least one monthly meeting to continue their membership. Please find the attached form for nominations.

THE RECOMMENDED MINIMUM RENTAL AMOUNT IS (INCLUDING MAINTENANCE FOR SEMI-FINISHED FLATS)

  • Rent for a semi-finished apartment in the B1 category is 30,000 per month
  • Rent for a semi-finished apartment in the A3 category is 35,000 per month 
  • Rent for a semi-finished apartment in the A2 category is 45,000 per month 
  • Rent for a semi-finished apartment in the A1 category is 60,000 per month

THE FOLLOWING BENEFITS WILL COME FROM THE CENTRALIZATION OF RENTALS -

  • The owners do not pay broker commissions
  • There will be no document forgery

It’s a Proud Moment for all of us as Indian to be a part of our 74th Republic Day of India Celebration.

Republic Day marks the adoption of India's constitution and the country's transition to a republic on January 26, 1950. Every year, the celebrations marking the day feature spectacular military and cultural pageantry. In New Delhi, armed forces personnel march along the Kartavya path in an elaborate display of military might. The epic show on Kartavya path eclipses everything else happening across the country on this auspicious day.

Republic Day is celebrated yearly with grandeur, gaiety, fervor, and enthusiasm. This year also, Republic Day will be celebrated in a manner befitting the occasion.

It’s a proud moment for all of us as Indians to be a part of our 74th Republic Day celebration. Republic Day is celebrated yearly with grandeur, gaiety, fervor, and enthusiasm. This year also, Republic Day will be celebrated in a manner befitting the occasion.

A ceremony at 9:00 AM in the Purvanchal Royal City consisting of the National Flag unfurling by Our Senior Resident Shree Satish Handoo and playing the National Anthem.

Further to our earlier cascade, we are glad to inform you that we have successfully tied up with Delhi Metropolitan Education and Kailash Hospital to facilitate the free booster dose for the above 18 years drive at Purvanchal Royal City.

Free Booster Dose will be conducted on Saturday 14 January 2023 for 18+ at Ground Floor, Club House, Purvanchal Royal City, Sector-Chi-V, Greater Noida, UP.

Dear Residents,

Hope you are well and keeping safe.

Observed a night before Makar Sankranti, Lohri is celebrated by those in North India as a traditional winter folk festival or as a popular harvest festival of farmers. It commemorates the passing of the Winter Solstice and looks forward to longer days as the sun journeys towards the northern hemisphere.

Each year the festival of Lohri is celebrated with a traditional bonfire. Along with offering prayers to the Gods for a healthy harvest which has brought prosperity to the families, people also offer peanuts, gur ki Rewari, and makhana (fox nuts) to the bonfire, and then dance around it while singing popular folk songs. 

We are pleased to inform you that the PRC Cultural committee has planned the Lohri celebration on, 13th January 2023 at 7 pm for all the residents. The venue for the celebration will be near the Main Gate Entrance of the society. The event will be celebrated with a bonfire, Dhol, and dancing. All residents are cordially invited to grace the occasion with their presence.

Please take reference to our letter dated 01.04.2022 regarding the demand for maintenance charges for the period of 01.04.2022 to 31.03.2023. Please make the payment of the 4th Quarter maintenance charges for the period commencing from 01.01.2023 to 31.03.2023 towards the maintenance services for the residential complex of “Purvanchal Royal City”, GH-05, Sector-CHI-V, Greater Noida.

All the flat owners are requested to pay maintenance charges for the 4th quarter starting from 01.01.2023 to 31.03.2023 according to the attached sheet.

In the event of a payment delay after 10.01.2023, interest at the rate of 10% per annum will be charged for the first 30 days, and then an appropriate penalty/action will be imposed against the defaulters in addition to the levy of the interest. 

If you have already paid your maintenance charges online but have not submitted the transaction details, please share them with emprc@purvanchalprojects.com or your estate manager so that a receipt can be issued. If you have already paid, please disregard this reminder.
