Circular No-187 &ndash Formation of Cultural committee

Dear Residents,

Hope you are well and keeping safe.

In continuation to our endeavor to streamline the processes laid down with our residents for celebrating festivals in PRC.

We wish to inform you that multiple groups are contacting us for the celebration of the festivals in the complex and it becomes very difficult for us to coordinate with these multiple groups as there are always the differences of opinions amongst these groups.

Therefore, in order to resolve this issue, we propose to constitute a committee of 22 flat owners who shall look after the cultural activities in the complex. To make it true representation at least one flat owner from each tower should be included in the said cultural committee.

We would request you to the interested flat owners to fill the form for the said committee by downloading from the isociety app and submit it at the state office latest by 20.02.2021.The nomination of the said flat owner for the cultural committee will be supported & duly signed by two more flat owners of the same tower. In case of the multiple requests from the same tower, the selection will be done by draw of lots by the estate office in presence of the applicants.

In our endeavor to strengthen up security we have got the Bio Metric/Access Card infrastructure already completed however as communicated earlier activation was delayed due to the current pandemic situation.

Glad to inform that we are enabling card based entry to access club facilities with effect from 20^th Feb 2021 for the residents.

We request residents to please visit the estate office and complete your registration for issuing of the Access cards.

Remaining complex card entry will be activated once the registration is completed for 100% of the residents.

Every year, the Republic Day is celebrated with grandeur, gaiety, fervor and enthusiasm. This year also, the Republic Day will be celebrated in a manner befitting the occasion.

In view of Covid-19 pandemic, large congregation ceremony is avoided. Keeping in mind the Health and Safety of our Fellow Residents Flag Hosting on 26^th January, 2021 will be conducted live on Digital Platform.

A ceremony in the morning at 9:00 am in the Purvanchal Royal City consisting of unfurling of the National Flag by Our Resident Mrs. Vasundhara Masoodi (Chairperson of the Commission for Protection of Women and Child Rights J & K, She is also a practicing lawyer in Supreme Court, High court of Delhi, Punjab, Haryana and various other tribunals. She is also a social activist for the rights of Women and Children) and playing National Anthem.

This will be followed by Cultural event where our children will be participating and will be awarded for participation.

All the residents of the Society can join in from their Home and participate in the event and celebrate the occasion.

Circular No-183 &ndash Manual Process for Guest Parking

Dear Residents,

Further to our communication earlier we are automating our process of Guest parking to remove any dependency on individuals. While we are working on formalizing this on the Isociety app as an interim solution we are launching this Google form (link given below) which can be accessed from any of your mobile, desktop, laptop, Tab etc.

Please find below the rules on parking.

1. Residents who needs guest parking please fill in the online form and provide us a minimum turnaround time of 2 hours. (09.00 AM &ndash 08.00 PM).

2. Guest parking will be allotted on first come first serve basis.

3. At this point of time we are not capping the number of parking due to availability however this will be formalized/allocated in coming future.

4. Guest Parking will be allowed for max of 24 hours and any further extension needs to be applied again. Anything in increase of 48 hours needs to be discussed and agreed with your Estate Manager.

5. Once the form is filled and processed by estate office a pass will be issued to the main gate who in turn will provide the visitor entry and a notification with the parking number will be shared with the requestor and main gate.

6. Request to all the residents to ensure their visitors only park at the designated space provided for the visitor in the pass.

It is to inform you that one corona positive case has been notified in our complex in Tower No - 10 &ndash 20^th Floor, by the occupant himself.

According to the information, occupant of Tower No - 10 &ndash 20^th Floor are admitted in Hospital other family members are Home quarantine.

The family has been advised to strictly quarantine themselves and any need will be fulfilled by estate office. In addition to this maids who were coming to the concerned flats will not be allowed in the society.

All the authorities, police and the administration has been informed accordingly. Based on the next advice we receive from the administration, we will act accordingly.

We will share more information as it becomes available.

These plants have been especially planted to give you the Best Nature walk when you go out for jogging and a pleasant view to your eyes when you look around your neighborhood. We are trying to bring more creativity to our plantation by utilizing scrap items like cycles. On the same line couple of updates on "Guest Parking" and "Mobile Network Enhancement"

Guest Parking:

1. We have been in discussion with our software team to see how we can automate the allocation of guest parking working though we have a manual process in place however we further wanted to bring in automation to avoid any manual intervention.

2. We have been working on a solution which will be connected with the app, we have tested the solution and there are some errors which needs to be rectified and our team is working on priority to resolve this.

We should be soon sharing the management of Guest Parking automated process with you.

Mobile Network Enhancement:

1. As shared earlier the infrastructure has been setup and we are working with the telecom providers to do the needful to resolve the network issue.

2. VI (erstwhile Vodafone) has entered in the testing phase and soon we should have the respective network resolved.

3. We have also requested residents to come forward and any support to accelerate the process from telecom providers is most welcome.

This solution will enhance network across our society and not limited to any tower.

Residents are hereby advised not to keep flower pots, water pots etc. on the balcony ledge as it may cause serious accidents and could be life threatening if they fall. As it is dangerous and may cause major accidents and damage the building structure also. Non-compliance to the above would lead to penalties.
