In this context, it is hereby informed that Purvanchal shall not provide any temporary electricity connection to any flat.

The dedicated estate office of PRC is at your entire disposal if any resident needs any assistance for applying for the electricity connection from NPCL. For your conveniences, the forms as prescribed by NPCL together with a factual information sheet prepared by Purvanchal are attached herewith.

As Per Current Practice the Disinfection Process Continue in all Common area floor, Railings, surface, Lifts, Kids Play Area etc. Some Housekeeping Services Available for Essential Services like Garbage collection, floor cleaning, road cleaning, Disinfection Process in lifts in each n every floor.

As per the current practice courier delivery mechanism where all the courier deliveries will be aggregated at the Main gate through the day and distributed by the internal staff/security at 4:00 pm every day starting today. The perishable goods will however be delivered to the tower entry as per the current practice.

As you are aware that unfortunately we have our first covid-19 case which has come up in PRC. Reassuring we are monitoring the situation with the Administration and ensuring impacted family has everything they need in support. Moreover, this is the time that we all should unite as one big family and try to help the family instead on making it a stigma. This is very important. We need to make people feel that this happens and can happen to anyone.

This incident also gives us opportunity to rethink and relook at the activities and precautions we need to take to ensure we are keeping our Family safe during the time of crises. Sanitisation alone or sealing wouldn&rsquot really help to control the pandemic, it would need all of us to stand together and fight the situation and not let our society become a containment zone.

This can only happen when each one of us take a pledge to follow the norms and take precautions to avoid this virus.

1. Ensure you are wearing a MASK before you step out of your home.

2. Always carry a hand sanitizer with you.

3. Practice frequent hand washing. Wash hands with soap and water or use alcohol based hand rub. Wash hands even if they are visibly clean.

4. Cover your nose and mouth with handkerchief/tissue while sneezing and coughing Throw used tissues into closed bins immediately after use See a doctor if you feel unwell (Fever, difficult breathing and cough). While visiting doctor wear a mask/cloth to cover your mouth and nose.

It is to inform you that a Corona positive case has been notified in our complex in Tower 12-A, by the occupant himself. We received a phone call from the resident that her husband who works in the office has tested positive.

According to the information shared by him, he went to office yesterday and from there has been admitted in the Apollo Hospital. The family is in our complex already in quarantine. The family has been advised to strictly quarantine themselves and any need will be fulfilled by Estate Office.

All the authorities, police and the administration has been informed accordingly. Based on the next advice we receive from the administration, we will act accordingly.

We will share more information as it becomes available.

In addition to the regular sanitisation already in place the Tower 12-A Will be undergoing Through sanitisation.
