Circular No-192 &ndashPet Policy at PRC
Dear Residents,
Let's all understand each other better and user rules as a cradle to improve community habits over time!
- All pet owners submit their registration & vaccination detail in the estate office at the earliest.
- Few pet owners while taking their pets out leave them free that creates scare/danger to fellow residents and their families. Pet owners are requested to take their pets out with proper pet collers/harnessing and use the luggage/service lift.
- Please avoid pet from peeing in prominent spaces or common area if pet doesn't co-operate with you at all. But kindly don't let them make a habit of it.
- Barking, which is a natural form of expression of a dog, has to be tolerated in a society. Pet owners must make an effort to keep their dogs quiet, especially during night hours. Don't leave out your pet in an uncomfortable situation in the balconies for very long to avoid barking episodes. And non-pet families, please understand that pets would "speak" some of the times too.
- Every day it seen that the complex, including both the basements are littered with pet shit. With immediate effect defaulters, if caught physically or through CCTV footage, will be penalized with Rs 500/-. Pet owners, or the other care&mdashgivers or dog walkers they entrust their pets to, are advised to clean up when the pet defecates in public premises for maintaining cleanliness.
- We do have existing rule of Rs. 500/- fine on uncleansed pet poop in common areas within PRC, so kindly carry some recommended essentials and clean up if an incident does end up happening once in a while.
- Residents are requested to take their pets outside the premises for daily relieving. Pets are not allowed in any of the gardens, Basement Parking, Stilt Area for daily walking.
- In cases of repeat fines per flat for above, we will share full details of the pet walker and flat details on all channels to all PRC residents for 3rd incident onwards. We do hope that this never ever needs to be done.
Please co-operate with us in maintaining a better society.  This is only for the safety and security of the residents.

Dear Residents,
Hope you are doing well.
It has come to our notice that some residents are keeping their pots on ledges which can be fatal someday.
Few of the residents have approached us and has raised a queries like
- Who has allowed them to place pots on ledges?
- If something fatal happens because of the fall of a pots then who will be held responsible???
Residents are hereby advised not to keep flower pots, water pots etc. on the balcony ledge as it may cause serious accidents and could be life threatening if they fall. As it is dangerous and may cause major accidents. To this we have clearly mentioned that we will not be responsible and the flat owner will be held responsible for the same and all the legal actions will be taken against that family who has placed their pots on ledges.
Hence we again request to all the residents that don't place their plants on ledges.

In continuation to our endeavor to streamline the processes laid down with our residents for celebrating festivals in PRC. We wish to inform you that multiple groups are contacting us for the celebration of the festivals in the complex and it becomes very difficult for us to coordinate with these multiple groups as there are always the differences of opinions amongst these groups. Therefore, in order to resolve this issue, we propose to constitute a committee of 22 flat owners who shall look after the cultural activities in the complex. To make it true representation at least one flat owner from each tower should be included in the said cultural committee. We would request you to the interested flat owners to fill the form for the said committee by downloading from the isociety app and submit it at the state office latest by 20.02.2021.The nomination of the said flat owner for the cultural committee will be supported & duly signed by two more flat owners of the same tower. In case of the multiple requests from the same tower, the selection will be done by draw of lots by the estate office in presence of the applicants.
