Dear Residents,
It is to inform you that one corona positive case has been notified in our complex in Tower No - 8 &ndash 6th Floor, by the occupant himself.
According to the information, occupant of Tower No - 8 &ndash 6th Floor are Admitted in Hospital.
The family has been advised to strictly quarantine themselves and any need will be fulfilled by estate office. In addition to this maids who were coming to the concerned flats will not be allowed in the society.
All the authorities, police and the administration has been informed accordingly. Based on the next advice we receive from the administration, we will act accordingly.
We will share more information as it becomes available.
Kindly bear with us as many messages may be published depending on the circumstance.
In compliance with the current guidelines the following would be applicable:
- U.P. Govt. has made wearing face cover / masks mandatory while in public (with penalty for not following this rule), all members / residents are requested to ensure strict compliance while outside their homes.

Circular No-201&ndash Happy Holi
Dear Residents,

Owners of Purvanchal Royal City, is organizing a grand Holi festival celebrations 2021 in the complex, as per the following program.
- 28th march 2021: Holika Dahan - 7:00 PM onwards at main gate.
- 29th march 2021: Rangwali Holi - 9:00 am onwards at parking area between tower 11 and main gate.  With DJ & water sprinkler system. DJ Will be Available between 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Only.
In compliance with the current guidelines the following would be applicable:

- Please follow the social distancing norms. Maximum 50 persons allowed at a time of celebration.  
 
Security measures are as below.
- Play Holi only in the designated area near main gate, No Holi colors will be allowed in any blocks, stair case, Club House and fountains area. Keep common area and walls free of color.
- The Entry & Exit gates of Purvanchal Royal City will be closed on Monday 29th March, 2021 starting from 10 Am Till 3 Pm due to the security measures taken on Holi festival.
- No Guests will be allowed to enter in the Purvanchal Royal City. In case of necessity the guest will be allowed after the approval on the intercom and, guest will enter only after the owner \ Tenant will come to the gate and escort their guest.
- Any type of Labors (Car painters, Interior Work, Car cleaners, & Dhobi, etc.) will not be allowed to enter in Purvanchal Royal City complex on Holi festival 29th March, 2021. No private job will be allowed on the occasion of Holi.
- If any unidentified/suspicious person is moving in the complex then you please inform to the main gate security.
- No visitor car and without sticker car will not be allowed inside the campus on the occasion of Holi.
- On the occasions of Holi, the Purvanchal Estate office will remain closed on 29th & 30th March, 2021. (Club House Will Remain Close on 29th March, 2021)

Dated: - Thursday, March 25, 2021 Circular No - 199 – SOP for Maids & Drivers Dear Residents, Hope you are keeping safe To avoid incidents with maids and drivers in the complex following steps are recommended to be taken: - Once the domestic help/driver is employed with proper documentation, the maintenance office would issue security passes to such employees to get entry into this complex. In case such an employee is removed by the employer for whatever reasons, the security pass should be withdrawn by you and handed over back to the maintenance office for cancellation and update their records. in case, any domestic help/maid/driver`s he/she services are terminated/barred by the employer due to his/her unwanted activities like theft, leaving the employment without notice the estate office will stop the entry of help/maid/drivers with immediate effects. security staff has been instructed not to give entry to such domestic help/drivers, whose security pass shall be canceled and no new pass not been issued by the maintenance office You, all, are expected to extend your best cooperation in this regard. It has also been reported/observed that any domestic help/maid/driver he/she is employed by other residents (s) without any verification from the former employer. This practice would certainly encourage the domestic help/drivers to involve in unwanted activities in the future also, resulting in a serious threat to you & your families.  There is some confusion about employing domestic help/drivers by residents of this complex. It has also been reported by residents that at times, maids/drivers harass them over various issues. The maintenance office is responsible only for checking the antecedents of the maids/drivers and after their employment, to control their access in the complex and at their place of duty. To streamline the procedure for employing them, a few guidelines, are given below. Thank you very much for the co-operation extended by you for maintaining the complex &ldquoPurvanchal Royal City&rdquo. We also appreciate the suggestions being given by the flat owners towards the improvement of the maintenance services and we are sincerely thankful for their valuable suggestions. It is only due to your cooperation, we are amongst the top well maintained group housing complexes in Noida & Greater Noida. We are confident that this gesture of co-operation will continue in future too.
 
As you are aware that maintenance charges for the subject period is now become become due. You will appreciate that our CMD has decided not to increase any maintenance charges for the said period. The detailed sheet for category-wise maintenance charges to be paid by the flat owners is attached herein as &ldquoAnnexure-A&rdquo.
 
Therefore, it is requested to arrange to deposit the maintenance charges as per the category of your flat mentioned in the attached &ldquoAnnexure-A&rdquo on or before 10.04.2021.
Your cooperation is solicited for a timely payment. No separate reminders will be sent to you, please ensure sufficient balance in your Bank Account on the dates mentioned in your cheques. If you are opting for quarterly option the dates of cheques should be 10.04.2021, 10.07.2021, 10.10.2021 & 10.01.2022 and all these four cheques should be handed over at our estate office on or before 10.04.2021.
If you are opting for quarterly option and making online payment, the payment should be received on or before due dates as mentioned above. In case of default in the payment, the following penalty schedule will be applicable:
- In case of delay in payment after 10.04.2021 the interest @ 10% per annum shall be charged for first 30 days and thereafter, appropriate penalty/action will be imposed against the defaulters in addition to levy of the interest as mentioned above.
                           
- In case of cheque bounces for any reason Rs. 300/- will be charged as Bank & other charges. If the flat owner(s) fails to pay or redeposit the new cheque in lieu of bounced cheque within 10 days, the interest & penalty will also be charged as mentioned in clause &ldquoA&rdquo above after 10 days.

Further to our earlier communication regarding the formation of a cultural committee, we are pleased to inform you that the activity to form the cultural committee has been completed in the presence of the respective candidates and Mr. Satish Handoo.

Circular No-192 &ndashPet Policy at PRC
Dear Residents,
Let's all understand each other better and user rules as a cradle to improve community habits over time!
- All pet owners submit their registration & vaccination detail in the estate office at the earliest.
- Few pet owners while taking their pets out leave them free that creates scare/danger to fellow residents and their families. Pet owners are requested to take their pets out with proper pet collers/harnessing and use the luggage/service lift.
- Please avoid pet from peeing in prominent spaces or common area if pet doesn't co-operate with you at all. But kindly don't let them make a habit of it.
- Barking, which is a natural form of expression of a dog, has to be tolerated in a society. Pet owners must make an effort to keep their dogs quiet, especially during night hours. Don't leave out your pet in an uncomfortable situation in the balconies for very long to avoid barking episodes. And non-pet families, please understand that pets would "speak" some of the times too.
- Every day it seen that the complex, including both the basements are littered with pet shit. With immediate effect defaulters, if caught physically or through CCTV footage, will be penalized with Rs 500/-. Pet owners, or the other care&mdashgivers or dog walkers they entrust their pets to, are advised to clean up when the pet defecates in public premises for maintaining cleanliness.
- We do have existing rule of Rs. 500/- fine on uncleansed pet poop in common areas within PRC, so kindly carry some recommended essentials and clean up if an incident does end up happening once in a while.
- Residents are requested to take their pets outside the premises for daily relieving. Pets are not allowed in any of the gardens, Basement Parking, Stilt Area for daily walking.
- In cases of repeat fines per flat for above, we will share full details of the pet walker and flat details on all channels to all PRC residents for 3rd incident onwards. We do hope that this never ever needs to be done.

Dear Residents,
Hope you are doing well.
It has come to our notice that some residents are keeping their pots on ledges which can be fatal someday.
Few of the residents have approached us and has raised a queries like
- Who has allowed them to place pots on ledges?
- If something fatal happens because of the fall of a pots then who will be held responsible???
Residents are hereby advised not to keep flower pots, water pots etc. on the balcony ledge as it may cause serious accidents and could be life threatening if they fall. As it is dangerous and may cause major accidents. To this we have clearly mentioned that we will not be responsible and the flat owner will be held responsible for the same and all the legal actions will be taken against that family who has placed their pots on ledges.
Hence we again request to all the residents that don't place their plants on ledges.
