CIRCULAR NO. 873 Falling Object Incident and Immediate Removal of Pots from Balcony Ledges
Dear Residents,
The Incident
The PRC Estate Administration wishes to bring to the attention of all residents a very serious and unfortunate incident that occurred inside Purvanchal Royal City.
At approximately 12:50 A.M. on 21 August 2026, a beer bottle was thrown or dropped from one of the floors of Tower 12 down to the ground. The bottle fell directly onto a car belonging to a resident of Flat No. 715, Tower 12. Due to the impact, the vehicle's windshield and roof were damaged.
Fortunately, the bottle did not strike any person. Had it hit a resident, child, security guard, domestic helper, visitor, or any other person, the consequences could have been extremely serious and potentially life-threatening. This incident is a matter of grave concern and clearly demonstrates the danger of throwing or dropping any object from a height.
Considering the seriousness of the incident and the damage caused to the resident's vehicle, the management will lodge a complaint with the Police and other appropriate law-enforcement authorities.
Balcony Safety Requirements
In view of the above incident, the management once again wishes to draw the attention of all residents to the long-standing safety concern regarding flower pots, planters, and other objects being kept on balcony ledges.
For the past three years, the management has repeatedly requested residents, through various circulars and safety notices, to remove flower pots and other objects from balcony ledges.
Our security and maintenance staff have also made flat-to-flat visits on several occasions and personally requested residents to remove such pots from unsafe locations. Despite these repeated efforts, in some cases residents have placed the pots back on the balcony ledges.
A flower pot or planter kept on a balcony ledge can fall due to wind, accidental movement, improper placement, or other unforeseen circumstances. From a higher floor, even a relatively small pot can become a serious and potentially life-threatening hazard. The incident of the beer bottle falling onto a vehicle demonstrates exactly how dangerous falling objects can be.
We therefore once again strongly request that all residents immediately remove all flower pots, planters, bottles, decorative items, and other objects from balcony ledges and exposed edges, and do not place them back.
Our Request
We request all residents to treat this matter with the utmost seriousness and cooperate fully with the Estate Management Office. The safety of every resident, child, staff member, and visitor within the premises depends on this cooperation.
Regards,
PRC Estate Administration

CIRCULAR NO. 871 – FIRE SYSTEM INSPECTION FOR PRECAUTION AND SAFETY MEASURES
Dear Residents,
We hope this letter finds you and your loved ones in good health.
Our utmost priority is the safety and well-being of all residents living within our community. As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a secure living environment, we will conduct comprehensive fire system checks in every flat within PRC twice a year.
This fire system checking is a precautionary measure to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our fire safety infrastructure. The inspection helps us identify potential issues, confirm the proper functioning of fire prevention and detection equipment, and address any concerns without delay.
Our team of professionals specialising in fire safety systems will carry out the inspection. They will begin visiting residences on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The process typically takes no more than 15 minutes per flat, depending on the unit's size and layout.
During the inspection, our team will:
Check the fire sprinkler system inside your flat.
Inspect smoke detectors and fire alarms to confirm functionality.
Verify the condition of fire hoses and other firefighting equipment on your floor.
Important Reminder:
As per our previous Circular Reminder: Fire Safety Violations & Urgent Need for Compliance, during the last inspection, it was observed that some residents had made unauthorised changes to the fire safety system. We once again request that all residents remove any such modifications or obstructions immediately. If any flat is found not to have taken corrective measures despite this final reminder, we will be compelled to report the matter to the local Fire Department and other regulatory authorities without further notice.
In case of specific concerns, please contact our office at 8800190810, 8800190823, 9311771103, 9717291592, or email us at emprc@purvanchalprojects.com before the inspection date.
Please be assured that the inspection will be conducted with complete professionalism and respect for your privacy. Our team members will adhere strictly to safety protocols, including proper hygiene and precautions.

Circular No 870: Dengue Prevention Measures and Temporary Closure of Fountains
Dear Residents,
Together, Let Us Keep PRC Safe from Dengue
In view of the recent increase in dengue cases, the Estate Management Office has intensified its mosquito-control and awareness measures across Purvanchal Royal City to protect the health and safety of our residents.
As an immediate preventive measure, all fountains in the society will remain temporarily closed until further notice. This step is being taken to minimise potential mosquito-breeding points and strengthen our overall dengue-prevention efforts.
Daily Mosquito-Control Drive
The Estate Management Office team is carrying out daily mosquito-control spraying across the society, covering common areas, green spaces, pathways, service areas and other identified locations.
In addition, our team will visit individual homes/apartments and carry out spraying, wherever required and with the resident's cooperation, to help control mosquitoes at the household level as well.
Mosquito Awareness & Prevention Programme
A dedicated Mosquito Awareness & Prevention Programme has also been initiated. The team will regularly inspect potential mosquito-breeding areas and undertake necessary preventive treatment.
Residents' Cooperation Is Essential
Residents are requested to:
- Keep balconies, terraces and other areas free from stagnant water.
- Regularly check flower pots, trays, coolers, buckets and other containers where water may collect.
- Keep water storage containers properly covered.
- Allow and cooperate with the Estate Management team when they visit for mosquito-control spraying.
- Immediately report any stagnant water or suspected mosquito-breeding location to the Estate Management Office.
One Community. One Responsibility.
Dengue prevention cannot be achieved through spraying alone. Eliminating stagnant water and preventing mosquito breeding at the household level is equally important.
The Estate Management Office will continue the preventive drive on a daily basis and monitor the situation closely. The temporary closure of the fountains will be reviewed periodically, and the fountains will be reopened once conditions are considered suitable.
Let us work together to keep our homes, surroundings and PRC community safe, healthy and mosquito-free.
Stay Alert. Prevent Stagnant Water. Prevent Dengue.
Warm regards, PRC Estate Administration

Circular No. 869 – Electrical Maintenance and Safety Inspection in Your Flat
Dear Residents,
The safety and well-being of our residents are among our highest priorities. As part of our ongoing preventive electrical maintenance programme, we will be conducting an inspection of the MCB and ELCB connections inside individual flats to ensure that the electrical system is safe, secure, and functioning properly.
Schedule of Maintenance
The electrical maintenance activity will commence on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, and will be carried out between 10:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M.
The inspection will be undertaken progressively, starting from Tower No. 1 and continuing up to Tower No. 18.
Our electrical team will inspect and, wherever required, tighten the electrical connections associated with the MCB and ELCB from the main distribution board within the flat. This preventive inspection is intended to identify loose or improper connections and reduce the possibility of electrical faults or hazards.
Access to Your Flat
To complete the inspection, our maintenance team will require access to the electrical distribution board inside your flat. We therefore request residents to kindly ensure that an authorised person is available during the scheduled maintenance hours and cooperate with the maintenance team.
The inspection is expected to take approximately 30 minutes per flat. However, the actual time may vary depending on the condition of the electrical connections and any unforeseen circumstances.
If You Are Not Available
If you are unable to remain present during the scheduled visit, please inform the Maintenance Department in advance so that an alternative time can be coordinated, subject to the availability of the maintenance team.
Resident Cooperation
This is a preventive safety measure and is being undertaken to strengthen the reliability of the electrical system and minimise the risk of electrical faults. Your cooperation in providing timely access to the flat will help us complete the inspection efficiently and with minimal inconvenience to residents.

CIRCULAR NO 864 – FIRE SAFETY NOTICE: KEEP LIFT LOBBIES CLEAR AT ALL TIMES
Dear Residents,
Hope you are doing well.
The PRC Estate Administration would like to draw the attention of all residents to an important fire-safety requirement concerning the use of lift lobbies and common areas on every floor.
It has been observed that items such as bicycles, flower pots, shoe racks, cartons, furniture, and other personal belongings are being placed in lift lobbies and common passages.
WHY MUST LIFT LOBBIES REMAIN CLEAR?
As per the Fire Department's requirements, lift lobbies and common passages must remain completely unobstructed at all times. This is essential to ensure quick and safe movement of residents, firefighters, emergency personnel, and rescue equipment in the event of a fire or other emergency.
The Fire Department team also conducts inspections of the premises periodically. If any unauthorised items or obstructions are found in the lift lobbies, heavy penalties and other appropriate action may be imposed on the society/township.
RESIDENTS ARE REQUESTED TO REMOVE:
Bicycles and cycles, Flower pots and planters, Shoe racks, Furniture or stools, Cartons and boxes, Children's toys or play equipment, and any other personal belongings or material
All residents are requested to ensure that lift lobbies, stairway approaches, corridors, and other common passages remain completely clear and accessible at all times.
IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNING
Keeping common passages clear is not merely a matter of cleanliness or appearance. An obstruction in a lift lobby or passage can delay evacuation and emergency rescue operations during a fire.
Residents are therefore requested to remove all such items immediately and refrain from placing any personal belongings in lift lobbies or other common areas in the future.
Your cooperation is essential to ensure the safety of residents, visitors, security personnel, housekeeping staff, and emergency responders.
We request everyone to treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and extend full cooperation to the PRC Estate Administration.
For any clarification, please write to emprc@purvanchalprojects.com or contact the Estate Manager at:

CIRCULAR NO. 863 – Strict Warning: Prohibited Practices in Towers
The PRC Estate Administration wishes to draw the attention of all residents to two serious concerns that continue to be reported despite repeated advisories. These practices not only compromise the safety and hygiene of the community but also reflect a disregard for the principles of responsible and respectful community living.
1. Throwing Garbage and Food Waste into Ground Floor Lawns
It has been observed that some residents are disposing of garbage, leftover food, and other waste materials into the private lawns of ground-floor apartments. Such conduct is wholly unacceptable and has serious consequences, including:
Creating unhygienic and unsanitary conditions.
Endangering the health and safety of children and pets who may inadvertently come into contact with or consume discarded items.
Violating the privacy, comfort, and rights of fellow residents.
Residents are hereby directed to cease this practice with immediate effect. Throwing any waste, food items, or other materials into another resident's lawn, balcony, or private area will be treated as a deliberate act of nuisance and misconduct, and appropriate action shall be initiated against the responsible individual.
2. Placement of Flower Pots on Balcony Ledges
Despite several reminders, flower pots continue to be placed on balcony ledges in various towers. This practice poses a significant safety risk. Strong winds, heavy rainfall, accidental impact, or structural instability may cause flower pots to fall, potentially resulting in serious injury to residents, visitors, staff members, or damage to property below.
Residents are reminded that placing flower pots or any other objects on balcony ledges is strictly prohibited. Such violations constitute a serious safety hazard and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Warning
Both of the above practices are clear violations of community safety standards and established residential discipline.
Residents are advised that any future instance of:
Throwing garbage, food waste, or any other material into another resident's lawn or balcony
Or placing flower pots or other objects on balcony ledges, shall invite strict action in accordance with the applicable Government Bye-Laws and other relevant rules and regulations governing the township.
We earnestly request every resident to demonstrate civic responsibility and mutual respect by adhering to these essential safety measures. Maintaining a safe, clean, and harmonious living environment is a shared responsibility, and compliance with these instructions is mandatory for the well-being of the entire community.
For any clarification, please write to emprc@purvanchalprojects.com or contact the Estate Manager at 8800190823, 9717291592, 9311771103, or 8800190810.
Thank you.
