In addition to that these lifts will be sanitized 3 times in a day.

Please note this is a temporary arrangement considering the surge in the covid-19 cases and will be reverted back to normal as situation improves.

Due to sudden surge of covid-19 cases and based on the guidelines from the authorities we will be closing down some common amenities in the society for the next order with immediate effect. This would include, Children&rsquos play area, & Gym.

In addition to this we request all residents to follow safety guidelines which include avoiding social gathering, mandatory use of masks, ensuring social distancing, sanitization in accordance etc.

NO MASK NO WALK. - While visiting Daily Mart and Royal Pharmacy please make sure covid-19 precautionary guidelines are being followed.  No one will be allowed in the indoor shops without masks. 

We will be doing a thorough check at the main gate including temperature check, sanitization to the maids, servant, drivers, staff & guests etc. No one will be allowed in the society without these checks being completed.

Circular no: 331&ndash found 1 new covid-19 positive case in PRC

Dear Residents,

It is to inform you that one new corona positive case has been notified in our complex in Tower 08 by the occupant himself. The patient is quarantined in the home as advised by the doctor. We wish for his speedy recovery and would be offering all possible help to his family.

We request all residents especially of Tower 08 to stay inside and avoid moving in common areas unless unavoidable.

Maid working with this flat are &ndash Mrs. Preeti & Mrs. Pushpa

1. Mrs. Preeti Works in 3 other houses of Tower 8 (Eight Floor-adjacent flat where covid found), Tower 09(3^rd Floor) & Tower 10(18^th Floor).


2. Mrs. Pushpa works in 3 other houses of Tower 8 (Eight Floor-opposite flat where covid found), Tower 09(9^th Floor) & Tower 12-A (12^th Floor).

We request the residents who take their services to observe their health and are advised to go for Home Quarantine till the results of the support staff are out. In addition to these maids who were coming to the concerned flats will not be allowed in the society and have been asked to go on Quarantine and get tested.

ritical: On detection of Corona positive case individual resident is responsible to inform estate office and CMO Control room on contact NO 18004192211. Also, once he gets cured with test result of NEGATIVE, he should inform estate office.

While visiting Daily Mart or Royal Pharmacy please make sure covid-19 precautionary guidelines are being followed.  No one will be allowed in the indoor shops without masks.
