Further to our earlier cascade we are glad to inform that we have successfully tied up with Felix Hospital facilitate the vaccination drive at Purvanchal Royal City.
Vaccination Drive will be conducted on 5th January, 2022 for 15+ and 11th January 2022 for Booster Dose at Ground Floor, Club House, Purvanchal Royal City, Sector-Chi-V, greater Noida, UP.
Residents who have registered for the drive will get notification of the slots being allocated between 09:30 &ndash 12:30. Residents are requested to adhere to the timelines and arrive 10 minutes before there allocated timeslot.

Dear Residents,
Hope you are keeping safe.
Further to our Circular for Non-Segregated Waste, please note that the we will not collect NON-Segregated Waste from 1-1-2022.
Throwing waste in the bin is a good habit. However, it is not where the process of managing waste ends, but where it begins. Segregation is the first step of waste management. While most of us think that it starts once the waste reaches the dustbin vans or the dumping grounds, it really starts right at our houses.
Over the next few days, we will continue to refresh our memory and the housekeeping staff will keep reminding of collecting segregated waste ONLY. Come January, 2022, if the waste is not segregated in your household, it won&rsquot be collected. We need to work together ensuring a green and healthy environment for our families. Our Residents will participate in the drive with the same enthusiasm as we did, at the beginning of the year.
Please segregate the wet waste & dry waste in two different biodegradable garbage bags. It is mandatory as per law and most importantly this is our moral responsibility in the interest of environment.
Wet waste includes cooked and uncooked food, waste from fruits and flowers, fallen leaves, dust from sweeping and other similar things.
Dry waste includes cloth rags, glass, leather, metals, paper, plastic, rubber, wire and related things etc.

The boys participated in the event under various weight categories. Body Builders were very excited for this competition and to grab the title of Mr. Delhi.
Mr. Yash Sharma he is residing in B1-531 Tower No 9 also participated under the supervision of our Gym Coach Mr. Danish and secured 5th position in this championship.

CIRCULAR NO: 319&ndash Pet Policy at PRC
Dear Residents,
Let's all understand each other better and user rules as a cradle to improve community habits over time!
- Few pet owners while taking their pets out leave them free that creates scare/danger to fellow residents, old age, children&rsquos and their families. Pet owners are requested to take their pets out with proper pet collers/harnessing and please use the luggage/service lift.
 
- Please avoid pet from peeing in prominent spaces or common area and lifts if pet doesn't co-operate with you at all. But kindly don't let them make a habit of it.
 
- Every day it seen that the complex, including both the basements are littered and they use tower entry Dustbin with pet shit. With immediate effect defaulters, if caught physically or through CCTV footage, will be penalized with Rs 500/-. Pet owners, or the other care&mdashgivers or dog walkers they entrust their pets to, are advised to clean up when the pet defecates in public premises for maintaining cleanliness.
 
- Residents are requested to take their pets outside the premises for daily relieving. Pets are not allowed in any of the gardens, Basement Parking, Stilt Area for daily walking.
 
- We do have existing rule of Rs. 500/- fine on uncleansed pet poop in common areas within PRC, so kindly carry some recommended essentials and clean up if an incident does end up happening once in a while.
 
- Barking, which is a natural form of expression of a dog, has to be tolerated in a society. Pet owners must make an effort to keep their dogs quiet, especially during night hours. Don't leave out your pet in an uncomfortable situation in the balconies for very long to avoid barking episodes. And non-pet families, please understand that pets would "speak" some of the times too.
 
- All pet owners submit their registration & vaccination detail in the estate office at the earliest.
 
- In cases of repeat fines per flat for above, we will share full details of the pet walker and flat details on all channels to all PRC residents for 3rd incident onwards. We do hope that this never ever needs to be done.
 
Please co-operate with us in maintaining a better society.  This is only for the safety and security of the residents.

Circular No: 315 &ndash &ldquoreminder for non-segregated waste&rdquo
Dear Residents,
Hope you are keeping safe.
Further to our Circular for Non-Segregated Waste, please note that the we will not collect NON-Segregated Waste from 1-12-2021.
Throwing waste in the bin is a good habit. However, it is not where the process of managing waste ends, but where it begins. Segregation is the first step of waste management. While most of us think that it starts once the waste reaches the dustbin vans or the dumping grounds, it really starts right at our houses.
Over the next few days, we will continue to refresh our memory and the housekeeping staff will keep reminding of collecting segregated waste ONLY. Come 1 December, 2021, if the waste is not segregated in your household, it won&rsquot be collected. We need to work together ensuring a green and healthy environment for our families. Our Residents will participate in the drive with the same enthusiasm as we did, at the beginning of the year.
Please segregate the wet waste & dry waste in two different biodegradable garbage bags. It is mandatory as per law and most importantly this is our moral responsibility in the interest of environment.
Wet waste includes cooked and uncooked food, waste from fruits and flowers, fallen leaves, dust from sweeping and other similar things.
