Dear Residents,
Coronavirus cases across Uttar Pradesh spiraling, UP Govt announces lockdown on Saturdays, Sundays, and night curfew in all districts during which only essential services will be allowed, the state government said. The rest, government and private offices, shops for non-essential items, malls and restaurants, will be shut. The Government said that people seen without mask will have to pay Rs. 1000/- Fine and the Same Person will have to pay Rs. 10000/- next time.
This is for the information of the Residents of Purvanchal Royal City Residential Complex, as per the order of new guidelines issued by state government on &ldquoSATURDAY & SUNDAY LOCKDOWN&rdquo.
- Any type of Labors like Car painters, Interior Workers, electricians, AC mechanic etc. will not be allowed to enter in Purvanchal Royal City complex during &ldquoSATURDAY & SUNDAY LOCKDOWN&rdquo.
- Domestic Maid, Drivers, and Car Cleaners are not allowed inside the Complex during &ldquoSATURDAY & SUNDAY LOCKDOWN&rdquo.
- Guests are not allowed inside the complex and in case of any urgent requirement for guest entry it needs to be notified to the Estate Manager and retrospectively will be informed to the concerned Authorities.
- As Per Current Practice the Disinfection Process Continue in all Common area floor, Railings, surface, Lifts, Kids Play Area etc. Some Housekeeping Services Available for Essential Services like Garbage collection, floor cleaning, road cleaning, Disinfection Process in lifts in each n every floor.
- In addition to this we have dedicated set of staff including but not limited to Housekeeping, Medicine or essential deliveries who will take care of our residents who are currently infected with covid-19.
- It has been observed that some residents have removed the notice which was put by Govt. authorities marked at the flat which were put under isolation. PRC Estate office will be placing the notice back on all the flats to ensure staff and other residents can take precautionary measures.
- As per the current practice courier delivery mechanism where all the courier deliveries will be aggregated at the Main gate through the day and distributed by the internal staff/security at 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM every day starting today. The perishable goods will however be delivered to the tower entry as per the current practice.
