Dear Residents,
We hope this email finds you and your family safe and well.
During the current pandemic period it&rsquos been tough on all of us and we are committed to stand with you together. There are multiple suggestions which we have received and with the collaboration of our residents we are working on multiple activities.
Our CMD Mr. Shah Alam has assured that &ldquoWe are like a family here and whatever possible keeping safety of our residents in mind and following the protocol of Govt. will be done from Purvanchal Projects and we would seek collaboration with our residents to implement it. Safety and Convenience of our residents is our top priority. &rdquo
We wanted to take the opportunity and keep you updated on some of the actions we are working on:
Doctor & Nurses Arrangements (L1 Support)
Dr. Ashish Kalkhande and his team will be available every day in the school facility from 6:00 PM till 9:30 PM and any of the residents who are experiencing symptoms and not being keeping well can go and get themselves checked. This facility will be free of cost for all the PRC residents and will be available from 6th May 2021.
In addition to this Dr. Ashish will be available for Online Consultation in case of any emergency support 7017359580.
We are also trying to arrange for a similar L1 support in the morning for our residents. If we have any resident doctor who would be interested to run a similar setup please feel free to connect with us on priority.
Hospital Bed Arrangement:
As notified by few residents some of the societies have setup beds and oxygen however that&rsquos being done on personal risks and no Hospital has taken the responsibility of any such setup. It&rsquos being provided on best endeavor basis which might lead to putting lives at risk and against the protocol.
Purvanchal Projects has spoken on the matter to District Magistrate and CMO Office and approval to setup an in-house Covid-19 center has been denied until and unless it&rsquos being signed off by any recognized Hospital.
We are happy to put as many beds as required and we have enough space for that however would need a Hospital to sign and take the responsibility of availing all facility to our residents as required. We have marked the school premises to be converted into temp Covid-19 facility subject to approval from authority or sign off from the hospital.
While we are working on it from our end, if any resident has any contacts in any of the hospital/home service we are happy to discuss and do the setup within the laid down protocol from the Govt.
Oxygen Cylinder/Concentrator Availability:
It has been reported and observed that there are multiple scams which are currently taking place in the name of Oxygen Concentrator and availability of it is a concern though we are working on procurement with some suppliers and leads we have received. In case our residents have any genuine lead that is ready to supply concentrator we are happy to proceed.
In the meanwhile we are arranging for some Oxygen Cylinders within the premise in the next 4-5 days and can be provided to any of the resident who are home quarantined and in need under the guidance of the medical practitioner.

We have been working alongside our COVID Volunteers in hopes that the efforts would save lives in these tough times. It keeps getting difficult to manage these efforts along with strenuous jobs many of us have and while our families struggle as well. However despite of our best efforts and multiple communications some of our residents continue to breach the guidelines putting their and others life at risk.
With above thoughts in mind, we have some urgent and important requests of you all:
- Unfortunately, we have been noticing that many of the residents are not reporting their Covid Symptoms and even positive test reports. We most sincerely ask you to Report Covid Symptoms or reports without fail! Just send us email at emprc@purvanchalprojects.com.
- Additionally, people are not reporting additional positive cases in the same household as other family members contract the virus later on. It is mandatory to REPORT ADDITIONAL CASES within the same household as well. If we are notified about any such case and non-adherence to the Govt. Guidelines there will be a complaint lodged against the household with the Covid Control Room and Local Police Authorities for action.
- DO NOT VENTURE OUT WITHOUT A MASK: We had to put this unfortunately in bold! After our repeated requests, many are not ready to wear masks and protect others. We urge all the residents if you see any of your fellow residents none adhering to the above given points (with evidence) please notify Estate office and we will in collaboration with you take stringent action to control the incidents on priority.

Hope you are well and keeping safe.
Further to our circular for proposal to dedicate lift to our residents who are suffering from covid-19, we rolled out survey to take the opinion of our residents and we got total 127 responses out of which 116 voted for &ldquoYES&rdquo and 11 voted for &ldquoNO&rdquo.
Basis the response and request from our residents we will be dedicating the lift for our residents suffering from covid-19. We will put the signage and direction on the lift before 5:00 PM on 30th April, 2021 however we would request concerned residents to quarantine themselves at home and only in case of emergency as per the govt. directive step out of your home.
In addition to that these lifts will be sanitized 3 times in a day.
Please note this is a temporary arrangement considering the surge in the covid-19 cases and will be reverted back to normal as situation improves.

Coronavirus cases across Uttar Pradesh spiraling, lockdown will be imposed across the state for three days, starting at 07 pm friday, during which only essential services will be allowed, the state government said. The rest, government and private offices, shops for non-essential items, malls and restaurants, will be shut. Buses and other public transport will be off the roads. The lockdown will be lifted at 5 am on tuesday.
Lockdown in the state will now remain imposed from Friday evenings to 7 am on Tuesdays. The decision has been taken in the wake of #COVID19 situation. Estate office will remain open on Lockdown to provide essential services to our residents.
- Any type of Labors like Car painters, Interior Workers, electricians, AC mechanic etc. will not be allowed to enter in Purvanchal Royal City complex during &ldquolockdown&rdquo.
- Guests, Domestic Maids, Drivers, and Car Cleaners are not allowed inside the Complex during &ldquolockdown&rdquo.
- Moving in flats for new Tenant/owner not allowed in complex during &ldquolockdown&rdquo.
As Per Current Practice the Disinfection Process Continue in all Common area floor, Railings, surface, Lifts, Kids Play Area etc. Some Housekeeping Services Available for Essential Services like Garbage collection, floor cleaning, road cleaning, Disinfection Process in lifts in each n every floor.
As per the current practice courier delivery mechanism where all the courier deliveries will be aggregated at the Main gate through the day and distributed by the internal staff/security at 4:00 pm every day starting today.
