Dear Residents,

Hope you are keeping safe.

Due to sudden surge of covid-19 cases in our society and based on the guidelines from the authorities we will be closing down the common amenities in the society for the next 14 days with immediate effect. This would include Tennis Court, Badminton Court, Squash Court, Children&rsquos play area, Gym, Indoor games room, basketball court etc.

In addition to this we request all residents to follow safety guidelines which include avoiding social gathering, mandatory use of masks, ensuring social distancing, sanitization in accordance etc.

NO MASK NO WALK.

While visiting Daily Mart or Royal Pharmacy please make sure covid-19 precautionary guidelines are being followed.  No one will be allowed in the indoor shops without masks. 

Owing to the current festive period we understand that guests would be visiting however we will be doing a thorough check at the main gate including temperature check, sanitization. No one will be allowed in the society without these checks being completed.

In our endeavor to strengthen up security we have got the Bio Metric installation is already completed. However as communicated earlier we are not able to activate it due to the current pandemic situation.

These cards will be printed with the picture of the owner and dependents. We will be requesting Residents are requested to come to the estate office for registration.

Registration process already start from 7^th September, 2020 from 1000 Hrs. to 1800 Hrs. Once 100% of the residents have got the registration completed the Card entry will be activated.

As on date only 20 residents have got themselves registered. Request you to please support us in getting the process completed for activation. Once the registration is completed we will issue the guidelines and support for usage of the same.

Lift lobby at all floors are required to be cleared at all times, of cycles, flower pots etc. as per the requirement of Fire Department, for the purpose of quick rescue operation in case of fire incident. Fire department team keeps coming to inspect this aspect, frequently. In case they find anything kept in lift lobbies, they can levy heavy penalty on us. You all are requested to remove such items from lift lobbies at all floors.

Potted flowers on windowsills and Balcony Railings/ledge certainly add color and life to one&rsquos home, but they pose serious risks to people walking below.

Residents are hereby advised not to keep flower pots, water pots etc. on the balcony ledge as it may cause serious accidents and could be life threatening if they fall. As it is dangerous and may cause major accidents and damage the building structure also. Non-compliance to the above would lead to penalties.

Greetings of the Day!!!

Further to our circular No-129 &ndash Purvanchal Royal Diwali Fest. We planned to organize one of its kind Diwali Fest in partnership with our residents. We had an overwhelming response from all the fellow residents and had booked all the other activities including Orchestra, tents etc. We were almost geared up to make this a fun filled event.

However due to the current circumstances of the surge in the Covid-19 cases within PRC we have unfortunately decided to cancel this event. For Purvanchal Projects Health and Safety of our residents is priority and looking at the risk associated we have taken a conscious decision to cancel the event.

We are sure in future as we get out of the covid-19 situation we would have more opportunities to celebrate many more occasions together.

We still have some exciting improvements coming your way which we will share shortly with our residents.

The old clothes & items you no longer need will be placed in shelves with sizes mentioned through slip. So that any labor or staff in need of it can pick it up from there without lowering his eyes.

The items that you want to get rid off can be someone&rsquos little ray of hope, a shine in eye or a life savior. So, be generous and help those who won&rsquot ask help but will be happy to get.

Note:

There will be racks of all sizes Men/ Women/ Kids/ Households/ Kitchen/ Shoes etc. Please keep washed and clean items.
