Circular no: 130 &ndash found covid-19 positive in prc

Dear Residents,

It is to inform you that three corona positive case has been notified in our complex in Tower No - 9 - 8^th Floor, by the occupant himself.

According to the information, occupant of Tower No - 9 - 8^th Floor are Home Quarantine.

We have requested the concerned to notify residents who might have been in touch with them to home quarantine and consult health department in case of any Symptoms.

The family has been advised to strictly quarantine themselves and any need will be fulfilled by estate office. In addition to this maids who were coming to the concerned flats will not be allowed in the society.

All the authorities, police and the administration has been informed accordingly. Based on the next advice we receive from the administration, we will act accordingly.

We will share more information as it becomes available.

Dear Residents,

Further to our communication glad to bring the &ldquoPurvanchal Royal Diwali Fest&rdquo where our residents will be partnering in making this even a memorable one for all of us.

Idea of the engagement is to ensure that during the festival period our residents are able to celebrate the festival with the same enthusiasm inspite of the current pandemic situation however keeping the safety and health as a top priority for everyone.

Event Details:

1. Event is planned for 7^th and 8^th November 2020.


2. Timing will be 4 Pm till 10 PM for both the days.


3. There will be stalls of Food, Decorative, toys, games etc. where the preference has been given to our residents on subsidized price.


4. In addition to this we will be organizing an Orchestra who will be playing Music and make the fest a memorable one.


5. The entire event will be lighten up with different decorative lights and giving that positive message of Diwali across the society/event.


6. There will be play area for the kids where they can play different games etc.

Dear Residents,

As you might be well aware about the EPCA directions on pollution control measures to be followed with effect from 15^th October 2020. On this issue the local authorities have not yet issued any guidelines in writing to the public of Gautam Budh Nagar but through print and electronic media we can see that numbers of guidelines on this issue are being conveyed to the public of Gautam Budh Nagar, by local authorities. 

As per these guidelines Diesel generators would continue to be run for essential services like lifts, common area lights, water supply etc but in No case supplying electricity in flats. Due to restriction from EPCA we will not able to provide DG Backup supply inside the flats, all residents are requested to make their own necessary arrangement to avoid any inconvenience or any panic situation during power failures.

We may get further clarification on the subject from EPCA, anytime from now. This is advance information to you that in case we receive any guidelines from EPCA not to run diesel generators for supplying electricity to flats, we would follow their guidelines strictly to avoid heavy penalties.

Please find the attached EPCA Order for your information and records.

We are planning to adopt to overcome this situation as early as possible.

As Festival period is around the corner we are glad to participate and celebrate with our residents of Purvanchal Royal City. In our endeavor to make this festival period more exciting, we are glad to inform that PRC Estate Office is organization &ldquoDIWALI FEST&rdquo where we will have Entertainment, Fun, Food, Shopping and much more&hellip.

Dear Residents,

Greetings for the day and hope you are well!!!

1. Further to our discussion with the Residents, we are glad to inform that in collaboration with residents we will be supporting in celebrating Navratri Festival.

2. Considering the current pandemic all participating and visiting residents have to take self-ownership about precautions and safety during the event to avoid any kind of risk. Proper sanitization will be strictly followed with all devotees to wear masks, maintaining 6 feet distance and sanitization process as per the guidelines issues.

3. Dedicated hall will be provided from PRC for Daily Pooja followed by Aarti for 9 days during Navratri for 9 days.

4. For Bhajan and Aarti will conducted between Times 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM on daily basis. Apart from that some of devotee may visit the venue to take care of decoration, upkeep and Akhand Jyoti.

5. Minimum lights of Hall to be kept on during night to take care of Akhand Jyoti. Dedicated security manpower (02 No's - 01 male, 01 female) will be deployed 24*7 at venue.

6. Fixture and furniture will be provided during event. Sound System, Limited chair (25nos) for senior citizens, Carpet covered with white bed sheet (will be replaced on daily basis as precaution).

7. Bhajan/Kirtan and Aarti will be the responsibility of the PRC devotees.

8. On the day of Navami samapan at morning 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM, PRC team will host girl kids from nearby villages and all devotees can donate food for Prashad and gifts for the little girls/boy. This will help all of us to avoid finding Kanjaks and visiting multiple houses thus will help taking care of risk. Pre information has to be made to PRC team by each devotee who wants to follow will help to fix time slot of 10-15 minutes for each to avoid chaos and executing in controlled & organized manner.

9. Prashad can be prepared in the Club Kitchen and distribution can be done by few of devotees nominated by group of devotees so as to execute in organizer and controlled manner to take of risk.
