Circular No-122 – Unlock-5 Guidelines [01 Oct 2020]

Dear Residents,



We hope that you and your family are safe and healthy.



The relaxations in Unlock 5.0 guidelines have been issued for the opening up of more activities in areas outside the containment zones. As per the latest Government notification certain facilities would become operational this month.



In compliance with the current guidelines the following would be applicable:



 




  1. U.P. Govt. has made wearing face cover / masks mandatory while in public (with penalty for not following this rule), all members / residents are requested to ensure strict compliance while outside their homes



 




  1. Indoor Games is going to be operational from 10th October, 2020 Residents to ensure indoor games facility is not used by children below 10 Years old and above 65 years old as per the current guideline.



 




  1. Details of check-in and checkout times of members must be recorded along with their name address, phone number, Temperature and oxygen saturation the document said. Thermal screening at the entry point for residents is mandatory before entering the Indoor Games.



 




  1. Sanitize your middle finger with alcohol swab and check oxygen saturation using pulse oximeter. Those having oxygen saturation below 95% should not be allowed to enter in the gym. PRC Management will Call central / state helpline / ambulance and refer such persons to the nearest health facility.



 




  1. Use of face covers/masks is mandatory at all times with in the premises of indoor games. Ensure 6 feet distance between personal trainer and clients during training sessions, wherever feasible.



 




  1. No more reaching out to disposable cups at the water cooler at the gym, instead, carries your own water bottle. You may also need to carry your own yoga mat for stretching.



 




  1. Swimming pool, Library, Steam & Sauna Bath in the Club House will remain closed till further directives are issued.



 




  1. Vulnerable persons, i.e., persons above 65 years of age, persons with co-morbidities, pregnant women, and children below the age of 10 years, are advised to stay at home, except for meeting essential requirements and for health purposes.



 




  1. As per Govt. Advisory Spitting in public places/any area is a punishable offense with severe punishments, Consumption of liquor, Paan, Gutka, Tobacco in public places and common areas are not allowed.   Smoking and dropping cigarette butts in corridors and walkways should be avoided.



 




  1. Social/ academic/ sports/ entertainment/ cultural/ religious/ political functions and other congregations have already been permitted with a ceiling of 100 persons, outside Containment Zones only.



 




  1. Residents can book the Community hall from 15th October, 2020 for their needs as per the guideline of unlock 5.



 




  1. State/ UT Governments have been given the flexibility to permit such gatherings beyond the limit of 100 persons, outside Containment Zones, after 15th October 2020, which will be subject to the following conditions. Any gathering above 100 persons would need approval from the district magistrate.



 




  1. In closed spaces, wearing of face masks, maintaining social distancing, provision for thermal scanning and use of hand wash or sanitizer will be mandatory.

Circular No 120 – Adjusting the amount of INR 50 Lacs against the upcoming demand of maintenance for Qtr3- 2020. [28 Sep 2020]

Dear Residents,



Hope you are well and keeping safe.



As you are aware due to the current pandemic situation some of the services were limited due to restrictions imposed by Authorities.  As you are aware that our CMD has voluntarily declared in the meeting with groups of residents on dated 18.06.2020 that an amount of Rs. 50 Lakh will be passed on to the flat owners due to the operation of limited facilities in the club House/Complex in the wake of the current pandemic for the period from 22.03.2020 to 30.09.2020.



Accordingly, we have adjusted the amount of Rs. 50 Lakh in the maintenance charges for all the flats in phase-I in the quarter starting from 01.10.2020 to 31.12.2020. The new demand letter after the said deduction will be displayed in the coming circulars very soon. 



All the flat owners are requested to make the payment of maintenance charges for the quarter starting from 01.10.2020 to 31.12.2020 accordingly.

One of the main elements of these natural surroundings is trees which are considered as the best friend of mankind. They are considered one of the greatest resources if utilized respectfully and economically. Since the evolution of the country has taken the pace, the humankind has started to utilize the resources insufficiently and in large quantities. The increase of the population in our country has led to the shrinking of the forest area. Therefore, there&rsquos an urgent need for plantation of trees in the country for securing the future of the country and its natural base.



At PRC we are committed to "GO GREEN" initiatives and standing together as One Family to ensure us and our loved one's get clean air and contribute to Mother Nature.

According to the information, occupant of Tower No - 14 - 9th Floor are Home Quarantine.



We have requested the concerned to notify residents who might have been in touch with them to home quarantine and consult health department in case of any Symptoms.



The family has been advised to strictly quarantine themselves and any need will be fulfilled by estate office. In addition to this maids who were coming to the concerned flats will not be allowed in the society.



All the authorities, police and the administration has been informed accordingly. Based on the next advice we receive from the administration, we will act accordingly.

As per the guidelines issued by PRC Estate office, eatables are not allowed in the sports vicinity (Gym, Tennis/Squash/Badminton Court). It has been observed that some of the residents continue to violate the rules and not only litter in the vicinity but also leave the trash on the floor.



In addition to this some of the floors/premise was found broken due to misuse of the court/GYM (Playing cricket/football in the tennis court). These kind of activities are not only spoiling the property but also creating issues for residents who would like to utilize the property for the right reasons.



Going forward strict action will be taken against the concerned including imposition of penalty. Request all the residents to come together and insure we are able to manage this effectively.

In our endeavor to strengthen up security we have got the Bio Metric installation is already completed. However as communicated earlier we are not able to activate it due to the current pandemic situation.



These cards will be printed with the picture of the owner and dependents. We will be requesting Residents are requested to come to the estate office for registration.



Registration process already start from 7th September, 2020 from 1000 Hrs. to 1800 Hrs. Once 100% of the residents have got the registration completed the Card entry will be activated.



As on date only 10 residents have got themselves registered. Request you to please support us in getting the process completed for activation. Once the registration is completed we will issue the guidelines and support for usage of the same.

CIRCULAR NO 112 &ndash RE-opening of gymnasium



 



Dear Residents,



This document outlines various generic precautionary measures to be adopted in addition to specific measures to be taken at gymnasiums to prevent spread of COVID-19. The guidelines aim to minimize all possible physical contacts between staff, members & visitors and maintain social distancing and other preventive and safety measures in context of COVID-19.



The generic preventive measures include simple public health measures that are to be followed to reduce the risk of COVID-19. These measures need to be observed by all (members, visitors & staff) in these places at all times.



These include:




  1. We will be resuming the Gymnasium from 21st September, 2020. Date of reopening is aligned with the de-sealing date of the covid-19 Case. Gymnasium is going to be operational from 21st September, 2020. Spas, sauna, steam bath and swimming pools shall remain closed.



 




  1. In line with Govt. Advisory, residents above the age of 65 years of age, with co- morbidities, pregnant women, and children are advised not to venture outside the premises of one&rsquos own home unless for medical emergencies and severe critical essential requirements.



 




  1. As per Govt. Advisory Spitting in public places/any area is a punishable offense with severe punishments.



 




  1. Gymnasiums in containment zones shall remain closed and only those outside such zones will be allowed to open If PRC moved into containment zones then gymnasiums shall remain closed for residents.



 




  1. PRC gymnasiums shall comply with all health related guideline/SOP/notification issued by the Union/State Government from time to time.



 




  1. Self-monitoring of health by all and reporting any illness at the earliest to state and district helpline.



 




  1. Spitting should be strictly prohibited, and Installation & use of AarogyaSetu App shall be advised to all.



 




  1. For air-conditioning/ventilation, the guidelines of CPWD shall be followed which emphasizes that the temperature setting of all air conditioning devices should be in the range of 24°-30°.



 




  1. Staff residing in the containment zone shall not attend the facility till containment zone is de-notified.



 




  1. Precautions you must follow while hitting the gym :-

  1. Temperature should be recorded for the employee and the Residents for the purpose of contact tracing.

PRC Management will Call central / state helpline / ambulance and refer such persons to the nearest health facility.



 




  1. Cleaning and disinfection of gymnasium equipment, particularly frequently touched surfaces (hand rails, benches, fixtures, etc.) shall be done after each exercise session before it is used by the next member.



 




  1. Know facility capacity restrictions and how to monitor and No gym Trainer will be enclosed spaces within 6 feet of each other. No contact training and no equipment sharing training sessions.



 




  1. Use of face covers/masks is mandatory at all times within the premises. However, during yoga exercise or exercising in gymnasiums, as far as possible only a visor may be used. Use of mask (in particular N-95 masks) during exercise may cause difficulty in breathing.



 




  1. Ensure 6 feet distance between personal trainer and clients during training sessions, wherever feasible.



 




  1. Practice frequent hand washing with soap (for at least 40-60 seconds) even when hands are not visibly dirty. Use of alcohol-based hand sanitizers (for at least 20 seconds) can be practiced wherever feasible.



 




  1. No more reaching out to disposable cups at the water cooler at the gym, instead, carries your own water bottle. You may also need to carry your own yoga mat for stretching.



 




  1. Respiratory etiquettes to be strictly followed. This involves strict practice of covering one&rsquos mouth and nose while coughing/sneezing with a tissue/handkerchief/flexed elbow and disposing off used tissues properly.



 




  1. If you are not wearing hand gloves while handling the gym equipment, make sure to sanitize your hands after every use and do not touch your face. Carry a small bottle of hand sanitizer with you for this purpose. This will ensure two things, one you will not pick up germs and bacteria from the workout equipment and secondly it will also prevent you from accidentally touching your face. You can also consider wearing arm sweatbands to stop the sweat from trickling down your face.



 




  1. Do not show up if you feel unwell &ldquoIf you are feeling sick, it is strongly advised to stay at home to keep others safe. Get in touch with your health care provider if you develop a nagging cough, fever or a new loss of smell and taste.&rdquo



 




  1. Additional precautions to be followed in case of a suspect case in the premises:



 




  1. Stop the exercise if you feel difficulty in breathing. Check oxygen saturation level. Those having oxygen saturation below 95% should not be allowed to continue exercise. We will Call central / state helpline / ambulance and refer such persons to the nearest health facility.



 




  1. Place the ill person in a room or area where they are isolated from others. Provide a mask/face cover till such time he/she is examined by a doctor.



 




  1. Immediately inform the nearest medical facility (hospital/clinic) or call the state or district helpline. iv. A risk assessment will be undertaken by the designated public health authority (district Rapid Response Team /treating physician) and accordingly further action be initiated regarding management of case, his/her contacts and need for disinfection. Disinfection of the premises to be taken up if the person is found positive.




  1. Arrive and leave in batches.



At any given time not more than 20 persons will be allowed in the gym. The gym will be sanitized for 15 minutes after the workout of each batch. All residents are requested to cooperate with the batch time for safety of all.



Morning Batch: - | 6:00 to 8:00 | 8:15 to 10:15 | 10:30 to 12:30 |



Maximum 20 People Allowed in a Batch



Evening Batch: - 4:00 to 5:45 | 6:00 to 8:00 | 8:15 to 10:00 |



Yes, the golden rule of social distancing is still applicable while you sweat it out at the gym. Remember, the pandemic is still looming large, so ensure a distance of at least 6 feet from others, at all times.

It has been found that some of the residents have been throwing trash in the shafts or via their balconies on the ground floor. This is not only prohibited but very disturbing from hygiene and cleaning prospectus.



We all need to ensure that we maintain the hygiene and cleanliness in our neighborhood.

A free covid-19 testing camp was organized today for identification and treatment of infected people at purvanchal royal city. The testing began at 10:30 am and around 264 tests were conducted by 3:30 pm. the purvanchal staff, housekeeping, security, electrician, dailymart staff, plumber and residents participated in this exercise.



This is to inform you that 256 test found negative and 8 are corona positive in the complex. According to the information they are in home quarantine.



The family has been advised to strictly quarantine themselves and any need will be fulfilled by Estate Office.



We will share more information as it becomes available.

During the test unfortunately the results are not coming as expected though we cant disclose the numbers right now however would request residents to come forward and get their tests done ASAP.
