Dear Residents,

The Uttar Pradesh government on Friday said that there will be a total ban on the sale and use of all kinds of firecrackers in the NCR and all cities where air quality falls under the 'poor' or higher category.  There is a strict penalty for non-compliance.

To make your Deepawali a very happy and safe, you all are requested to kindly observe the following precautions during celebrations.

1.    Do not fire crackers where 2/4 wheelers are parked, card board/paper packed material and wooden items are stacked.

2.    Do not fire crackers in central lawn, entire club area, inside balconies, lift lobbies, near IGL gas pipe lines or on roof tops of towers.

3.    Do not fire crackers of high intensity like bombs, rockets since these are now banned.

4.    Do not allow your children to fire crackers alone but be with them for proper guidance.

5.    While firing crackers, keep a bucket of cold water with you and avoid wearing synthetic clothes.

6.    Security team equipped with fire extinguishers would be ready at main gate, to meet any eventuality of fire during this period.  

7.    Very carefully, you may fire crackers in front of Main Gate but keeping in mind the traffic flows.

Circular No 307-Purvanchal Royal Diwali Fest

Dear Residents,

Further to our communication glad to bring the &ldquoPURVANCHAL ROYAL DIWALI FEST&rdquo where our residents will be partnering in making this even a memorable one for all of us. 

Idea of the engagement is to ensure that during the festival period our residents are able to celebrate the festival with the same enthusiasm inspite of the current pandemic situation however keeping the safety and health as a top priority for everyone. The entire event will be lightened up with different decorative lights and giving that positive message of Diwali across the society/event.

We will have stalls including but not limited to providing food, toy&rsquos, game&rsquos, Arts, Apparel, Jewellery and Home Decor. Decor - in line with the festive theme, will also available at the stall. There will be play area for the kids where they can play different games etc.

The highlight of the event will be Orchestra who will be playing Music and make the fest a memorable one. The evening was then be all about Music and Dance. 

More than the shopping, games or the food ... it is the feeling of community bonding that bringing joy and happiness to all those who will be visiting the Diwali Mela. Friends will come to meet and greet and Families will enjoy the festive moments together.

1.    Event is planned for 31st October, 2021.

2.    Timing will be 4 PM till 10 PM.

CIRCULAR NO: 306&ndash TYRE LOCK FOR WRONG PARKING

Dear Residents,

We hope this letter finds you well and in good health. 

It is being observed & reported by many residents that wrong parking in parking slots is still continuing.  At times, residents find that their parking slot is occupied by somebody else and even by reporting to security staff their parking slot is not vacated.

To control this wrong parking menace, it has been decided, with immediate effect from 26 October, 2021 if any 2-wheeler or four-wheeler found wrongly parked, Tyre lock would be put in that particular 2-wheeler or four-wheeler, by security staff and would be opened only on payment of Rs 200/- per day, in the maintenance office, as a penalty.

We again request you to park your 2-wheeler or four-wheeler in your designated parking slots.

You all are requested to kindly cooperate to control this problem.

In case the residents book n pay in advance vendor will be arrange otherwise food will not arrange and people who have booked and paid advance amount would be refunded from the estate office.

Food coupons are for Rs. 200 per pax (chargeable for 08 years and above)

PRC Cultural Committee is organizing Eid-e-Milad-Un-Nabi with sheer enthusiasm at Purvanchal Royal City Club House from Tuesday, 19th October 20201 as per details given below. 

1.    However, in view of spread of Covid-19 pandemic, while organizing activities for the Eid-e-Milad-Un-Nabi Celebration, it is imperative to follow certain preventive measures such as maintaining social distancing, wearing masks, avoiding large congregations, protecting vulnerable persons, etc. and follow all guidelines related to Covid-19 issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.

2.    Dedicated hall will be provided from PRC for Eid-e-Milad-Un-Nabi Celebration. 

3.    For quizzes and other competition will be conducted between Times 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM apart from that some of devotee may visit the venue to take care of decoration, upkeep and decorations.

4.    Fixture and furniture will be provided during event. Sound System, Limited chair (50 no&rsquos) for senior citizens, Carpet covered with white Bed Sheets. 

5.    Elders Introductory Speech will be the responsibility of the PRC Residents. 

6.    Children Performance with Small Story, precise speech, Naat & Quizzes.

The Pesticide Treatment around the Royal City Residential Complex will be done on Daily basis between 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM.

The Sanitization Treatment around the Royal City Residential Complex will be done on Daily basis between 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM. The Sanitization Process through Sodium Hypochlorite, and sprayed in all Towers, Lifts, Lobby Area of each floor, railing and stair case, Residence Main Doors, Main gate & Guard Room, & common areas etc. every day, likely to be touched by resident to be cleaned for maintaining the highest level of sanitation and hygiene.

The Fumigation Treatment around the Royal City Residential Complex will be done on Daily basis between 6.30 PM to 7.30 PM.
