We feel delighted to inform that the gym timing has been revised with effect from 7th October, 2021 for the convenience of our residents. Gym will be open on all seven days and it will close only on gudget holidays. Two gym couches available on morning and evening shift.

PRECAUTIONS YOU MUST FOLLOW WHILE HITTING THE GYM: -

1.    Details of check-in and checkout times of members and visitors must be recorded along with their name address, phone number, Temperature and oxygen saturation the document said. Thermal screening at the entry point for residents and Gym Staff is mandatory before entering the Gym.

2.    Temperature should be recorded for the employee and the Residents for the purpose of contact tracing.

3.    Sanitize your middle finger with alcohol swab and check oxygen saturation using pulse oximeter. Those having oxygen saturation below 95% should not be allowed to enter in the gym. PRC Management will Call central / state helpline / ambulance and refer such persons to the nearest health facility.

4.    Ensure 6 feet distance between personal trainer and clients during training sessions, wherever feasible.

5.    No more reaching out to disposable cups at the water cooler at the gym, instead, carries your own water bottle. You may also need to carry your own yoga mat for stretching. 

6.    Respiratory etiquettes to be strictly followed. This involves strict practice of covering one&rsquos mouth and nose while coughing/sneezing with a tissue/handkerchief/flexed elbow and disposing off used tissues properly.

Hope you are keeping safe. 

PRC Cultural Committee is organizing Navratri Festival with sheer enthusiasm at Purvanchal Royal City Club House from Thursday 07th October until 14th October, 2021 as per details given below. 

1.    However, in view of spread of Covid-19 pandemic, while organizing activities for the Navratri Celebration, it is imperative to follow certain preventive measures such as maintaining social distancing, wearing masks, avoiding large congregations, protecting vulnerable persons, etc. and follow all guidelines related to Covid-19 issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.

2.    Dedicated hall will be provided from PRC for Daily Pooja followed by Aarti during Navratri. 

3.    For Bhajan and Aarti will conducted between Times 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM on daily basis. Apart from that some of devotee may visit the venue to take care of decoration, upkeep and Akhand Jyoti.

4.    Minimum lights of Hall to be kept on during night to take care of Akhand Jyoti. Dedicated security manpower (02 No's - 01 male, 01 female) will be deployed 24*7 at venue.

5.    Fixture and furniture will be provided during event. Sound System, Limited chair (50 no&rsquos) for senior citizens, Carpet covered with white bed sheet (will be replaced on daily basis as precaution). 

6.    Bhajan/Kirtan, Aarti and Prashad will be the responsibility of the PRC devotees. 

7.    Prashad / Bhandara will be prepared in the Club Kitchen and distribution can be done by few of devotees nominated by group of devotees so as to execute in organizer and controlled manner to mitigate the risk. 

8.    The last date to be intimated for prasad etc. for Navratri would be 2/10/2021. You can connect with your tower representative to share any contribution you would like to make voluntarily only (This is as per the request from some devotees to contribute in Bhandara)

Residents are hereby advised not to keep flower pots, water pots etc. on the balcony ledge as it may cause serious accidents and could be life threatening if they fall. As it is dangerous and may cause major accidents. To this we have clearly mentioned that we will not be responsible and the flat owner will be held responsible for the same and all the legal actions will be taken against that family who has placed their pots on ledges.

Hence, we again request to all the residents that don't place their plants on ledges.

Please co-operate with us in maintaining a better society.  This is only for the safety and security of the residents.

Circular No: 298 &ndash &ldquoreminder for non-segregated waste&rdquo

Dear Residents,

Hope you are keeping safe.

Further to our Circular for Non-Segregated Waste, please note that the we will not collect NON-Segregated Waste from 20-09-2021.

Throwing waste in the bin is a good habit. However, it is not where the process of managing waste ends, but where it begins. Segregation is the first step of waste management. While most of us think that it starts once the waste reaches the dustbin vans or the dumping grounds, it really starts right at our houses.

Over the next few days, we will continue to refresh our memory and the housekeeping staff will keep reminding of collecting segregated waste ONLY. Come 20 September, 2021, if the waste is not segregated in your household, it won&rsquot be collected. We need to work together ensuring a green and healthy environment for our families. Our Residents will participate in the drive with the same enthusiasm as we did, at the beginning of the year.

Please segregate the wet waste & dry waste in two different biodegradable garbage bags. It is mandatory as per law and most importantly this is our moral responsibility in the interest of environment.

Wet waste includes cooked and uncooked food, waste from fruits and flowers, fallen leaves, dust from sweeping and other similar things.

Dry waste includes cloth rags, glass, leather, metals, paper, plastic, rubber, wire and related things etc.

One of the main elements of these natural surroundings is trees which are considered as the best friend of mankind. They are considered one of the greatest resources if utilized respectfully and economically. Since the evolution of the country has taken the pace, the humankind has started to utilize the resources insufficiently and in large quantities. The increase of the population in our country has led to the shrinking of the forest area. Therefore, there&rsquos an urgent need for plantation of trees in the country for securing the future of the country and its natural base.

At PRC we are committed to "GO GREEN" initiatives and standing together as One Family to ensure us and our loved one's got clean air and contribute to Mother Nature.

Firstly, let us reassure you that Purvanchal Projects is committed to Health and Safety of their residents. We are conducting sessions with our staff to reiterate the message and importance of having vaccination across.

It is a very heart-warming development for us and ensuring the safety and security of our customers and employees is our foremost responsibility. Purvanchal is committed to vaccinate all of its employees and staffs. In this context, we would like to inform you that more than 99% of employees, guards and housekeeping staff etc. are already vaccinated for covid-19 and we are committed to achieve 100% vaccination for all remaining employees and staffs by 15^th of September 2021.

Purvanchal also requests all residents to ensure that all respective maids, staffs, drivers etc. of each of the resident are vaccinated. Residents may encourage and motivate their respective staffs (maids, drivers and other staffs) for vaccination.

Purvanchal Projects team has been reiterating through visual boards to wear masks, maintaining social distancing and other protocols laid down by Health Ministry and State Government in lieu of covid-19 situation. Dear Residents,

Further to our Circular for converting the single Point metering to Multi Point metering, please note that infrastructure, and installation of DG meter is completed and accordingly, the DG meter will start from 15-09-2021. DG Charges will be applicable as per the contract is the said DG meter is already pre-installed along with your NPCL meter in the respective electricity shaft.

Unit Rate 15.72 Paise and Fixed Charge for Generator power Back-up Rs 70 per KVA. The consumer will also get 4 free units per KVA per month against the fixed charges of Generator Power Backup. Un-used free units will be automatically lapsed in the end of each month.

Further, please note that as per the contractual understanding, maximum of 3-KVA load shall be sanctioned to all individual flats. Please note that under 3-KVA load, maximum one AC with normal household equipment shall be workable therefore, you&rsquore kindly requested to contact the estate office by informing as to which AC, you would prefer to be aligned with power backup load, so that, appropriate linking as mentioned above could be marked and completed accordingly.

The importance of waste segregation in the world cannot be understated. Waste Segregation is the first step in a compliant waste management plan that will help the save the environment and improve the quality of the atmosphere we live in. It really does matter which bin you put the garbage into.

We have been notified by Greater Noida Authority that non-segregated waste will not be collected from our complex starting 15^th September, 2021.

In our endeavor to have green environment PRC has setup a waste management plant which will convert the segregated waste into mineral (Khaad). The plant has been tested and in operations since 1^st July 2021.

PRC has proactively started segregation of waste at source effective 1^st August, 2021.

Over the next few weeks, we will continue to refresh our memory and the housekeeping staff will keep reminding of collecting segregated waste ONLY.
