CIRCULAR NO: 282&ndash Pet Policy at PRC

Dear Residents,

Let's all understand each other better and user rules as a cradle to improve community habits over time!

1. Few pet owners while taking their pets out leave them free that creates scare/danger to fellow residents, old age, children&rsquos and their families. Pet owners are requested to take their pets out with proper pet collers/harnessing and please use the luggage/service lift.

2. Please avoid pet from peeing in prominent spaces or common area if pet doesn't co-operate with you at all. But kindly don't let them make a habit of it.

3. Barking, which is a natural form of expression of a dog, has to be tolerated in a society. Pet owners must make an effort to keep their dogs quiet, especially during night hours. Don't leave out your pet in an uncomfortable situation in the balconies for very long to avoid barking episodes. And non-pet families, please understand that pets would "speak" some of the times too.

4. Every day it seen that the complex, including both the basements are littered with pet shit. With immediate effect defaulters, if caught physically or through CCTV footage, will be penalized with Rs 500/-. Pet owners, or the other care&mdashgivers or dog walkers they entrust their pets to, are advised to clean up when the pet defecates in public premises for maintaining cleanliness.

5. We do have existing rule of Rs. 500/- fine on uncleansed pet poop in common areas within PRC, so kindly carry some recommended essentials and clean up if an incident does end up happening once in a while.

6. All pet owners submit their registration & vaccination detail in the estate office at the earliest.

7. Residents are requested to take their pets outside the premises for daily relieving. Pets are not allowed in any of the gardens, Basement Parking, Stilt Area for daily walking.

8. In cases of repeat fines per flat for above, we will share full details of the pet walker and flat details on all channels to all PRC residents for 3^rd incident onwards. We do hope that this never ever needs to be done.

Please co-operate with us in maintaining a better society.  This is only for the safety and security of the residents.

CIRCULAR NO: 278 reinstating the earlier assigned lifts for all the residents

Dear Residents,

Hope you are keeping well.

Further to our earlier communication dated 30 April, 2021 where we have temporarily dedicated one lift in each tower for residents affected with Covid however with no active cases in PRC and improvement in the current pandemic situation we will be reinstating the earlier assigned lifts for all the residents.

The earmarked lifts will be stopped for 24 hours until they are once again fully sanitized and ventilated. These lifts will be operational from 14^th June 2021 for all residents.

CIRCULAR NO: 277&ndash Vaccine Drive on 8-6-2021

Dear Residents,

Hope you are well and keeping safe.

Further to our earlier cascade we are glad to inform that we have successfully tied up with Felix Hospital facilitate the vaccination drive at Purvanchal Royal City.

Vaccination Drive will be conducted on 8^th June 2021 at Ground Floor, Club House, Purvanchal Royal City, Sector-Chi-V, greater Noida, UP.

Residents who have registered for the drive will get notification of the slots being allocated between 09:30 &ndash 12:30.

Residents are requested to adhere to the timelines and arrive 10 minutes before there allocated timeslot.

Please refer to the attached guidelines in details before the vaccination.

Covishield @ Rs 1050/- per person per dose. All payments need to be made in advance before vaccination.

Vaccine will be &ldquoCovishield&rdquo. For time slots &ldquoFirst come first serve&rdquo concept will be applicable.

Even after getting vaccinated, we should not let our guards down. We should continue to follow the basics like using mask, adhering to social distancing, sanitizing our hands & surroundings frequently.

Dear Residents,

Further to our earlier communication Mr. Shah Alam has kindly secured 10 Oxygen Cylinders and two Oxygen concentrators for our residents in PRC which can be utilized to provide L1 support in case of emergency.

This would help our residents to get immediate Oxygen support if required.

Some points to consider:

1. This is strictly only for residents or their immediate families residing in Purvanchal Royal City.


2. Oxygen will be provided through our resident doctor Dr. Ashish associated with PRC Care Center.


3. Oxygen Cylinder will be provided for 24 hours only for emergency support and any extension would be dependent on the condition of the patient and recommendation from the Doctor. We request residents to follow the respective Doctor&rsquos guidelines for medication and further course of action.


4. It will be on basis of a First come first serve basis post the recommendation from the doctor. This is being made available on the Best Endeavour basis only.


5. PRC residents would avail this facility at their own risk. PRC or any of the support staff (Doctors, Nurses) will not be responsible in any way or form.

We are in the process of procuring more Cylinders/Concentrators which can help during the case of emergency and will keep you updated as and when there is an addition in the inventory.

Dr. Ashish Kalkhande and his team will be available every day in the school facility from 6:00 PM till 9:30 PM and any of the residents who are experiencing symptoms and not been keeping well can go and get themselves checked. This facility will be free of cost for all the PRC residents.

In addition to this Dr. Ashish will be available for Online Consultation ONLY IN CASE OF EMERGENCY support 7017359580.
