To celebrate the festive season and strengthen the bonds of togetherness in our community, we are delighted to announce the ROYAL CITY FESTIVE CARNIVAL. This grand event is being organized to bring joy, unity, and memorable experiences for all our residents.

The carnival will be beautifully decorated with festive lights, creating a vibrant atmosphere across the society.

There will be stalls offering food, games, toys, arts, crafts, clothing, jewelry, home décor, and much more. A special play area will also be set up for children with fun and engaging activities.

 

Star Attraction – Live Band Performances

Day 1 (October 11, 2025): Snehi Live – a dynamic band known for their soulful Hindi and Bollywood fusion.

Day 2 (October 12, 2025): The musical man– an electrifying band bringing high-energy performances with Bollywood, pop, and rock numbers.

CIRCULAR NO. 765 – Traffic Management at Gate 1

Dear Residents,

In order to improve traffic movement and minimize congestion at Gate 1, the Estate Office will be implementing a trial traffic management system with separate entries for residents and visitors. This has been planned keeping in mind safety, convenience, and faster access for all.

Key Changes Under the Trial Arrangement

RFID-Enabled Vehicles (Residents’ Cars):

A dedicated entry lane will be created exclusively for vehicles with valid RFID stickers.

This lane will allow smooth, contactless entry without delay.

Only vehicles with RFID tags issued by the Estate Office will be permitted to use this lane.

Guest/Visitor Vehicles:

A separate entry lane will be designated for all guest and visitor vehicles.

These vehicles will continue to undergo the necessary security checks before entry.

RFID Sticker Collection – Mandatory for Residents

Residents who have not yet collected their RFID stickers are strongly requested to obtain them from the Estate Office at the earliest. Vehicles without RFID will not be able to use the resident entry lane, which may cause delays and discomfort to others.

Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM 

Trial Period and Feedback

The arrangement will initially be implemented on a trial basis.

If the system proves workable and beneficial, it will be continued permanently.

Residents are encouraged to share their feedback with the Estate Office during this period so that necessary adjustments can be made.

We request all residents to extend their cooperation to security staff and follow the directions at Gate 1 during the trial period. With your support, this initiative can greatly improve traffic convenience and reduce waiting time for everyone.

As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining strict fire safety standards across PRC, our technical team recently conducted inspections in all Towers. During this process, it was observed that:

In some flats, modifications or obstructions were found in the installed fire safety systems.

Certain flats could not be inspected as they were locked at the scheduled time.

Both situations pose a serious risk to resident safety and violate compliance requirements. To address this, the following actions are mandatory:

Flats with Modifications:

Residents who have altered, tampered with, or obstructed the fire safety system must restore the system to its original state without delay. These changes compromise the safety of not only your unit but also the entire community.

Dear Residents,

The Estate Office has received multiple complaints regarding the misuse of the society gym. It has been reported that a few residents are occupying machines, dumbbells, and other equipment for extended periods to conduct group training sessions. When other members request access to those machines or equipment, they are often denied use.

 

Please note that:

  1. Group training, coaching, or any form of commercial activity is strictly prohibited in the gym.
  2. The gym is a common facility meant only for individual fitness and exercise.
  3. No resident is allowed to restrict others from using any machine, weights, or space. All equipment must be shared fairly and used with courtesy.

 

Any resident found conducting or participating in group classes or commercial activities inside the gym will face strict disciplinary action.

We request all residents to kindly cooperate in maintaining the gym as a shared facility for the benefit of everyone.

Despite repeated circulars since 2022 and continued follow-ups by the Estate and Security teams, non-compliance remains an ongoing issue.

MANDATORY ACTIONS:

All flowerpots/planters must be removed from balcony ledges and parapets immediately.

No item should be placed in any position where it could fall and pose a danger to life or property.

NON-COMPLIANCE CONSEQUENCES:

Dear Residents,

As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain fire safety standards, our technical team recently carried out inspections in Towers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 12A, 14, 15, 16, and 17.

During this process, it was observed that 109 flats had modifications made to the fire safety system.

In some flats, 2–3 reminders have already been sent earlier, yet the required corrections have not been carried out. Additionally, a number of new flats have now been added to this list.

To ensure the safety and effectiveness of the fire protection systems in all units, all residents whose flats are listed are hereby directed to immediately restore the fire safety system to its original state without any further delay.

The updated list of flats is attached to this circular. Residents are reminded that compliance with the original fire safety setup is mandatory in the interest of the entire community.

All residents must dismantle and remove any unauthorized modifications to the fire safety infrastructure in their flats and restore the system to its approved condition within ten (10) days of this Circular, at their sole risk, responsibility, and cost. Our team is available to provide guidance or assistance if required.

 

Non-compliance within the stipulated timeframe will leave us with no option but to escalate the matter to the competent authorities.

Dear Residents,

This is a courteous reminder regarding the recharge process for your DG (Diesel Generator) meter, as outlined in previous Circulars. To ensure an uninterrupted power supply, it is essential to maintain a sufficient balance in your DG meter, especially during power outages.

You have two options to recharge your DG meter: either through the Estate Office or via the iSociety App.

To check your DG balance, open the iSociety App, go to the ‘Energy’ tab, and tap the exclamation mark (!) on the right-hand side. A pop-up will appear displaying your DG meter balance, usage details, and other relevant information.

To recharge your DG meter using the iSociety App, return to the main menu and select ‘Accounts’. Scroll down and tap on ‘Pay’. Under ‘Bill Type’, choose ‘Electricity’, then enter the desired recharge amount (for example, ₹1500). Tap on ‘Make Payment,’ and a new page will open. Please review all the details carefully. Once verified, click ‘Proceed to Pay’, select your preferred payment method, and confirm the transaction. Upon successful completion, your DG meter will be recharged automatically.

All residents are requested to ensure compliance and refrain from allowing outsiders to access common areas such as the clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, and other shared facilities.

Non-compliance will be viewed seriously, and violators may have their membership to society facilities suspended for one month.

CIRCULAR 751: GREATER NOIDA AUTHORITY – MANDATORY REGISTRATION OF PETS AND GUIDELINES FOR PET OWNERS

Dear Residents,

The Greater Noida Authority has laid down specific rules for all pet owners within its jurisdiction. These rules apply to every resident of our society who owns a dog or a cat. Adherence to these directions is compulsory, and any non-compliance will attract penalties as prescribed by the Authority.

1. Registration

  • All pets must be registered annually on the Mitra (GNIDAPR) App.
  • Documents required: Vaccination records (rabies compulsory) and proof of ownership.
  • A fine of Rs. 2,000 will be imposed for unregistered pets inspections and investigations may follow.

2. Pet Health & Identification

  • Pets must be vaccinated and microchipped.
  • Owners must carry a health certificate if a pet is unwell.
  • Pet deaths must be updated/reported on the GNIDAPR App.

3. Pet Owner Responsibility

  • All pets must be walked on a leash outside the house.
  • Leaving pets unattended outside homes is prohibited.
  • Owners must clean pet waste in public/common areas.
  • Pets must be handled carefully in lifts and public spaces to avoid risk to others.
  • In case of an untoward incident, a fine of Rs. 10,000 will be imposed, and the cost of treatment of the injured person/animal will be borne by the pet owner.
  • If a pet dog attacks stray dogs, treatment expenses will be borne by the pet owner.
  • If a stray dog attacks, its treatment cost will also be borne by the pet dog owner, and fines collected will be used for Pet Policy implementation.

4. Action Required from Residents

  • Complete online registration immediately on the Mitra (GNIDAPR) App.
  • Ensure vaccinations, microchipping, and documents are up to date.
  • Follow leash rules, hygiene practices, and elevator/public space guidelines.
  • Additionally, no pet owner shall leave their dog/cat loose in any public place (street, road, park, or near the road) nor allow them to defecate in such areas. Violations will attract fines of Rs. 100/- (first time), Rs. 200/- (second time), and Rs. 500/- (third time).

Circular No. 749 – Rechecking of Electrical Maintenance in Flats (Tower 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, & 12)

 

Dear Residents,

Further to our earlier circular on the electrical maintenance activity, we wish to inform you that our technical team has completed inspections in Towers 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12. The purpose of this exercise was to ensure the safety of all residents by inspecting and tightening the MCB and ELCB connections in each flat.

During the scheduled visits, some flats could not be inspected as they were found locked or unavailable at the time. The details of such flats are maintained with the Estate Office.

Action Required

Flat owners whose units could not be inspected are requested to contact the undersigned at the earliest to arrange a rechecking schedule. This step is important to complete the safety verification of your electrical system.
