Circular No. 760 Final Notice for Mandatory Removal of Flowerpots from Balcony Ledges
 
Dear Residents,
This is to emphasize once again and strictly enforce the safety directive regarding the removal of all flowerpots and planters from balcony parapets and ledges.
Despite repeated circulars since 2022 and continued follow-ups by the Estate and Security teams, non-compliance remains an ongoing issue.
MANDATORY ACTIONS:
All flowerpots/planters must be removed from balcony ledges and parapets immediately.
No item should be placed in any position where it could fall and pose a danger to life or property.
NON-COMPLIANCE CONSEQUENCES:
The Security Team will continue to inspect and document violations.
If any such item is found again:
The matter will be escalated directly to the local police.
No further warnings or reminders will be issued.

CIRCULAR NO. 759 – RESTORATION OF FIRE SAFETY SYSTEMS IN FLATS (TOWER 1 TO 17)
Dear Residents,
We hope you and your family are doing well.
As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain fire safety standards, our technical team recently carried out inspections in Towers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 12A, 14, 15, 16, and 17.
During this process, it was observed that 109 flats had modifications made to the fire safety system.
In some flats, 2–3 reminders have already been sent earlier, yet the required corrections have not been carried out. Additionally, a number of new flats have now been added to this list.
To ensure the safety and effectiveness of the fire protection systems in all units, all residents whose flats are listed are hereby directed to immediately restore the fire safety system to its original state without any further delay.
The updated list of flats is attached to this circular. Residents are reminded that compliance with the original fire safety setup is mandatory in the interest of the entire community.
All residents must dismantle and remove any unauthorized modifications to the fire safety infrastructure in their flats and restore the system to its approved condition within ten (10) days of this Circular, at their sole risk, responsibility, and cost. Our team is available to provide guidance or assistance if required.
 
Non-compliance within the stipulated timeframe will leave us with no option but to escalate the matter to the competent authorities.

Circular No. 757: Important Reminder – Recharge Your DG Meter Timely to Avoid Disruption
Dear Residents,
This is a courteous reminder regarding the recharge process for your DG (Diesel Generator) meter, as outlined in previous Circulars. To ensure an uninterrupted power supply, it is essential to maintain a sufficient balance in your DG meter, especially during power outages.
You have two options to recharge your DG meter: either through the Estate Office or via the iSociety App.
To check your DG balance, open the iSociety App, go to the ‘Energy’ tab, and tap the exclamation mark (!) on the right-hand side. A pop-up will appear displaying your DG meter balance, usage details, and other relevant information.
To recharge your DG meter using the iSociety App, return to the main menu and select ‘Accounts’. Scroll down and tap on ‘Pay’. Under ‘Bill Type’, choose ‘Electricity’, then enter the desired recharge amount (for example, ₹1500). Tap on ‘Make Payment,’ and a new page will open. Please review all the details carefully. Once verified, click ‘Proceed to Pay’, select your preferred payment method, and confirm the transaction. Upon successful completion, your DG meter will be recharged automatically.

CIRCULAR NO. 756 – Rash Driving by Teenagers
 
Dear Residents,
We hope you and your family are doing well.
It has come to our notice that some underage teenagers, without valid driving licenses, are using scooters, cars, and other vehicles within the society premises and engaging in rash or unsafe driving. This behavior is strictly prohibited as it poses a serious risk to the safety of all residents, particularly children and pedestrians. Such acts can easily lead to serious mishappenings and endanger lives.
All residents are reminded that they must ensure their children drive only if they hold a valid license, strictly follow traffic rules, and observe the prescribed speed limits within the society.
We request all residents to actively ensure compliance and educate their children on the importance of safe and responsible driving.
In case you observe any incidents of rash or underage driving, please report them immediately to the Uttar Pardesh Police so that prompt action can be taken.

It has been observed that some adults have been using the children’s play area within the society premises. Residents are reminded that the children’s play area is exclusively meant for children, and adults are strictly prohibited from using these facilities. This rule has been established to ensure the safety, enjoyment, and well-being of all children in our community.
All residents are requested to actively ensure that adults can not use the play area designated for children. Any interference with the intended use of the play area compromises the safety of our younger residents and disrupts the environment meant for their recreational activities.

It has been observed that some resident teenagers are bringing outsiders into the premises and permitting them to use the common facilities. Residents are reminded that this practice is strictly prohibited under society rules. A previous circular has already been issued to reinforce this regulation.
All residents are requested to ensure compliance and refrain from allowing outsiders to access common areas such as the clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, and other shared facilities.
Non-compliance will be viewed seriously, and violators may have their membership to society facilities suspended for one month.

CIRCULAR 751: GREATER NOIDA AUTHORITY – MANDATORY REGISTRATION OF PETS AND GUIDELINES FOR PET OWNERS
Dear Residents,
The Greater Noida Authority has laid down specific rules for all pet owners within its jurisdiction. These rules apply to every resident of our society who owns a dog or a cat. Adherence to these directions is compulsory, and any non-compliance will attract penalties as prescribed by the Authority.
1. Registration
- All pets must be registered annually on the Mitra (GNIDAPR) App.
- Documents required: Vaccination records (rabies compulsory) and proof of ownership.
- A fine of Rs. 2,000 will be imposed for unregistered pets inspections and investigations may follow.
2. Pet Health & Identification
- Pets must be vaccinated and microchipped.
- Owners must carry a health certificate if a pet is unwell.
- Pet deaths must be updated/reported on the GNIDAPR App.
3. Pet Owner Responsibility
- All pets must be walked on a leash outside the house.
- Leaving pets unattended outside homes is prohibited.
- Owners must clean pet waste in public/common areas.
- Pets must be handled carefully in lifts and public spaces to avoid risk to others.
- In case of an untoward incident, a fine of Rs. 10,000 will be imposed, and the cost of treatment of the injured person/animal will be borne by the pet owner.
- If a pet dog attacks stray dogs, treatment expenses will be borne by the pet owner.
- If a stray dog attacks, its treatment cost will also be borne by the pet dog owner, and fines collected will be used for Pet Policy implementation.
4. Action Required from Residents
- Complete online registration immediately on the Mitra (GNIDAPR) App.
- Ensure vaccinations, microchipping, and documents are up to date.
- Follow leash rules, hygiene practices, and elevator/public space guidelines.
- Additionally, no pet owner shall leave their dog/cat loose in any public place (street, road, park, or near the road) nor allow them to defecate in such areas. Violations will attract fines of Rs. 100/- (first time), Rs. 200/- (second time), and Rs. 500/- (third time).

Dear Residents,
We are delighted to announce the upcoming Navratri Festival 2025 at Purvanchal Royal City – Club Royale, beginning Monday, 22nd September 2025 and continuing until Thursday, 2nd October 2025.
Festival Highlights: A designated hall at PRC will host daily Pooja, followed by Aarti, throughout Navratri. Bhajans and Aarti will be conducted between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM, and 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Devotees will oversee the decoration and upkeep of the Akhand Jyoti, with the hall kept minimally lit overnight and dedicated security personnel stationed round the clock. PRC devotees will manage Bhajan/Kirtan, Aarti, and Prasad distribution.

CIRCULAR NO. 746 – FIRE SYSTEM INSPECTION FOR PRECAUTION AND SAFETY MEASURES
Dear Residents,
We hope this letter finds you and your loved ones in good health.
Our utmost priority is the safety and well-being of all residents living within our community. As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a secure living environment, we will conduct comprehensive fire system checks in every flat within PRC twice a year.
This fire system checking is a precautionary measure to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our fire safety infrastructure. The inspection helps us identify potential issues, confirm the proper functioning of fire prevention and detection equipment, and address any concerns without delay.
Our team of professionals specializing in fire safety systems will carry out the inspection. They will begin visits to residences starting Monday, September 1, 2025, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The process typically takes no longer than 15 minutes per flat, depending on the unit's size and layout.
During the inspection, our team will:
Check the fire sprinkler system inside your flat.
Inspect smoke detectors and fire alarms to confirm functionality.
Verify the condition of fire hoses and other firefighting equipment on your floor.
 
Important Reminder:
As per our previous Circular No. 703 – Reminder: Fire Safety Violations & Urgent Need for Compliance, during the last inspection, it was observed that some residents had made unauthorized changes to the fire safety system. We once again request that all residents remove any such modifications or obstructions immediately. If any flat is found not to have taken corrective measures despite this final reminder, we will be compelled to report the matter to the local Fire Department and other regulatory authorities without further notice.

This divine event will be conducted by the respected Acharya Naresh Ji Maharaj (Shreedham Vrindavan), who will take us on a spiritual journey into the enchanting pastimes of Lord Shri Krishna and the eternal wisdom of the Bhagwat Purana.
