Circular No 730: Code of Conduct for Domestic Help & Request for Resident Participation in Finalizing Salary Structure
Dear Residents,
We hope this message finds you in good health and high spirits.
In the collective interest of maintaining security, discipline, and harmonious living within Purvanchal Royal City, the Estate Office has officially prepared and documented a detailed Code of Conduct for Domestic Help (Maid Servants), Drivers, and Other Household Staff. This document outlines the essential rules, behavioral expectations, verification procedures, and action protocols related to staff management.
We thank you for your support and valuable feedback that helped shape this framework.
Resident Participation Needed: Salary Structure Coordination
While the Estate Office does not have the authority to define or enforce fixed salary structures, we recognize the growing need for a clear, community-accepted salary guideline to avoid arbitrary wage demands and ensure consistency.

To facilitate this process, we kindly request each tower to nominate 2–3 active residents to represent their respective towers in the coordination group. We especially encourage the inclusion of two ladies and one gentleman from each tower.

While the PRC Residents Committee is already in place, the involvement of additional residents—particularly women—is essential, as domestic help and house staff primarily work under the supervision of lady residents. Their direct experience and day-to-day interactions are vital in shaping a realistic and balanced Code of Conduct, especially regarding the definition of salary structures.

This group will work together to:
- Discuss and propose standardized salary ranges based on the type of work (e.g., cleaning, cooking, babysitting, full-time, part-time, drivers).
- Consider factors such as workload, working hours, and prevailing market rates.
- Finalize a mutually agreeable recommendation for voluntary adoption by all residents.
- Review and provide feedback on the draft Code of Conduct to ensure it reflects the collective needs and expectations of the community.

Upon completion of the consultation process, the Estate Office will share a draft of the Code of Conduct with the resident representatives and the PRC Residents Committee. Once the draft is reviewed and mutually agreed upon by the Estate Office, the resident representatives, and the PRC Residents Committee, the finalized Code of Conduct—along with the proposed salary guidelines—will be formally circulated for adoption by the entire community
Your participation and unity will help create a more respectful, secure, and organized environment for all.

Circular No 729: Reminder Guidelines for Hiring and Managing Domestic Help and Drivers
Dear Residents,
In the interest of maintaining safety, accountability, and discipline within the complex, we urge all residents to strictly adhere to the established protocols for hiring domestic help and drivers.
Residents are required to ensure that no domestic staff or drivers are employed without prior documentation and verification. The necessary employee information must be submitted to the Estate Office, following which a valid security gate pass will be issued. Entry to the premises will not be permitted without this authorization. Please note that police verification is mandatory and the sole responsibility of the employer. No gate pass will be issued without submission of a valid police verification report.
When hiring new domestic help or drivers, residents must communicate the terms of employment, including salary structure, job responsibilities, notice period, and leave entitlements. These details should also be documented and submitted through the prescribed employment form available at the Estate Office.
In the event of termination or resignation, it is the resident’s responsibility to collect the issued gate pass from the domestic worker or driver and return it to the Estate Office for deactivation and record updation. This step is vital to prevent unauthorized access and to maintain a secure environment. If a maid or driver is working in more than one flat, it is the responsibility of the resident who no longer wishes to retain their services to inform the Estate Office in writing. Based on this intimation, the Estate Office will deactivate access for that specific flat, while allowing the individual to continue working in the other flats where their services are still retained.
In the interest of maintaining discipline and ensuring the safety of all residents, no domestic help or driver will be permitted re-entry into Royal City if they leave employment without serving the mandatory 15-day notice period, or are found involved in theft or any criminal activity, upon receipt of a formal complaint from the employer.
If a maid or driver discontinues work without providing the mandatory 15-day notice to both the employer and main gate security, or is terminated due to theft, the resident must report the matter in writing to the Estate Office at emprc@purvanchalprojects.com. Upon receiving such complaints, the Estate Office will immediately revoke the gate pass and permanently restrict the individual's entry into the premises.
In such cases involving theft or criminal behavior, residents are also strongly advised to file a complaint promptly at the nearest police station for appropriate legal action.
We appreciate your cooperation and commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of our community.
If you have any questions, please get in touch with us at emprc@purvanchalprojects.com or connect with your Estate Manager. At 9717291592, 8800190823, 8800190810, 9311771103.
Thank you very much,

We are writing to provide an important update regarding the ongoing PRC Residents Committee selection process. We are pleased to inform you that a total of 22 nominations have been received from various towers. In towers where multiple nominations have been received, the applicants will first be allowed to mutually decide among themselves who will represent their tower in the committee. For instance, if there are three nominations from a tower and one nominee voluntarily withdraws, the remaining two will be selected without the need for a draw, provided they meet the eligibility criteria. However, if the applicants are unable to reach a consensus, the final selection will be made through a draw of lots, conducted in the presence of the applicants and the Estate Office. However, we wish to highlight that no nominations have been received from Towers 2, 4, 5, 7, 11, and 18, and only one nomination each has been received from Towers 1, 3, 6, 9, and 14. We kindly urge residents from these towers to submit their nominations on or before 23rd July 2025. Please note: If no nominations are received from the above-mentioned towers by the stated deadline, the existing nominations will be confirmed as final without any draw. We sincerely thank all residents for their enthusiastic participation in this important community initiative. The formation of a representative and proactive Residents Committee is essential to addressing collective concerns and promoting a harmonious living environment. Further communication regarding draw dates and procedures will be shared shortly. For any queries or assistance, please feel free to contact the Estate Office. Warm regards, PRC Estate Administration

Circular No 718 – Prioritize Safety and Energy Efficiency This Summer [13 Jun 2025]
Date: Friday, 13 June 2025 Circular No. 718 – Prioritize Safety and Energy Efficiency This Summer Dear Residents, As temperatures continue to rise across the country and intense heat waves become more frequent, we at PRC Estate Administration strongly encourage all residents to prioritize safety and energy efficiency during the summer months. To safeguard your homes and loved ones, and to support the community in managing electricity usage responsibly, we request that you kindly follow the guidelines below: Air Conditioner Usage & Service During peak summer, air conditioners are used extensively. However, running them continuously for long hours can result in overheating, increasing the risk of short circuits or even fire due to compressor sparks. We recommend switching off your AC units every 3–4 hours for a short duration to allow them to cool down. Additionally, Air conditioners are heavily relied upon during summer, but improper usage and lack of maintenance can pose serious hazards. Running ACs continuously for extended periods can lead to overheating and increase the risk of short circuits or fires due to compressor sparks. We cannot stress enough the importance of regular AC servicing. It ensures that your unit operates safely and efficiently, reduces power consumption, and extends the lifespan of the appliance. Efficient Use of Electrical Appliances Please make a conscious effort to turn off lights, fans, and other electrical devices when not in use. Conserving electricity not only helps reduce your energy bills but also eases the overall load on the power grid during high-demand periods. Kitchen Chimney Maintenance Chimneys tend to accumulate oil and grease, which, if left uncleaned, can become a significant fire hazard. We urge you to service your kitchen chimneys periodically to ensure proper functioning and eliminate the risk of ignition caused by built-up residue. By observing these simple yet important measures, you are not only protecting your home but also contributing to the collective well-being and safety of our entire residential community. Let us work together to stay safe, conserve energy, and make this summer manageable for everyone. Thank you for your continued cooperation and support. Stay Safe and Stay Cool, PRC Estate Administration

Circular No. 716 Shahi Paneer Deserves a Home – Don’t Waste Food [10 Jun 2025]
Date Tuesday, 10 June 2025 Circular No. 716: Shahi Paneer Deserves a Home – Don’t Waste Food Dear Residents, Just a gentle (and slightly hungry) reminder – our community’s “Leftover Food Fridge” is still alive and chilling near Tower 14, waiting to be fed… and to feed! We know how it goes: you cooked for 10, only 4 showed up. Your paneer butter masala is sitting sadly in the fridge, questioning its purpose. Fear not! Give that delicious dish a second chance at glory! Here’s how you can be a leftover hero: Got extra food? Pack it nicely, label it with the date & time, and place it in the fridge. Who can take it? Anyone in need—maids, drivers, guards, workers, delivery folks, etc. Let’s make sure: Food is fresh and not something your microwave has already given up on. It’s labelled (the food, not your fridge rage). Packed in clean containers (Tupperware > polythene bags). You feel like a superhero every time you donate. Why does this matter? Because kindness doesn’t need a Wi-Fi connection. And no one should go hungry while food ends up in bins. So, let’s spread the love (and the pulao) – one container at a time. You can reach us at: Email: emprc@purvanchalprojects.com, www.prcresidents.com Estate Manager Contacts: 8800190810, 9311771103, 9717291592, 8800190823 Stay generous, stay awesome.
